[0024] With the background technology, it is not only impossible to wash every nook and cranny of the body, but drying the body is not automatic either.

[0025] Aside from cases where you need to shower / dry your hair in a short time at a construction site and then leave work, or shower / dry your hair immediately after going to a sweaty outdoor sports site, or shower / dry your hair immediately after working hard at an outdoor farm, there are surprisingly many cases where people want to shower / dry their hair immediately at the site and then leave, such as the elderly who have difficulty showering / drying their hair on their own, nursing home patients, general patients, workers after working all night, and hospital staff.

[0026] The social need to immediately solve the need for cleanliness through shower / drying for people in such blind spots is the driving force behind the invention of this invention.

[0027] Against the backdrop of the above social needs, we invented an automatic shower-automatic drying-automatic skin treatment device for the general public that automatically showers, dries, and treats skin by simply sitting on a shower chair and pressing a button, no matter how poor the conditions.

[0028] If the automatic shower, automatic drying, and automatic skin treatment technology for the general public according to the present invention is implemented, the impact on the environment requiring post-work cleanliness in Korea and around the world and on related industries can be said to be unpredictably large.

[0029] The first task that the present invention seeks to solve is to solve the problem of shower / drying needs of night workers by installing it in small spaces in office facilities where shower facilities cannot be installed.

[0030] The second task that the present invention seeks to solve is to provide free bathing services and free skin treatment services to the elderly who live alone in their own homes and are suffering from illness or who have difficulty showering and drying their hair, as part of a national social welfare project.

[0031] The third problem that the present invention seeks to solve is the problem of enabling workers to shower / dry their clothes easily and simply by pressing a button at the work site without having to travel a long distance after work in poor conditions such as construction sites, agricultural sites, and factory sites.

[0032] The fourth problem that the present invention seeks to solve is that patients in general wards, hospital staff, and patients in nursing hospitals can simply press a button to shower / dry themselves as long as they can sit on a shower chair.

[0033] It can also be used as a solution to improve the cleanliness culture of those who want to shower / dry their clothes after work in poor work sites, and it is provided as a shower space for general patients or on-duty staff in general hospitals or general hospitals, and it is easy and simple to operate, so it solves the problem of revolutionizing the bathing culture of patients.

[0034] The fifth problem that the present invention seeks to solve is a device that simultaneously performs bathing and skin treatment by adding a skin treatment agent to whirlpool shower water while bathing, thereby solving the problem of treating skin diseases of a shower user afterward or providing preventive treatment in advance.

[0035] The sixth problem that the present invention seeks to solve is to enable infants, children, etc. to sit on a shower chair with their parents and shower, dry themselves, and receive skin treatment.

[0036] In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, it has the following structure.

[0037] Cylindrical external sealed case;

[0038] A cylindrical vortex generator configured inside the above cylindrical external sealed case portion;

[0039] A shower dryer is configured inside the above cylindrical vortex generator so that a person who wants to shower inside the shower dryer can fill the device with water and then automatically shower by causing the water inside to create a vortex by the rotation of the above cylindrical vortex generator.

[0040] The above cylindrical vortex generator has a vortex-generating side wing formed on the side, and rotates by the operation of a switch, thereby generating a vortex by the rotation of the vortex-generating side wing.

[0041] The cylindrical external sealed case part, the cylindrical vortex generator and the shower dryer device are configured to be fixed by combining with an upper frame fixing shaft device and a lower frame fixing device at the center of each of the upper and lower parts of the cylindrical external sealed case part, the cylindrical vortex generator and the shower dryer device, and the cylindrical external sealed case part and the shower dryer device are configured to be fixed, and the cylindrical vortex generator device is configured to rotate.

[0077] The present invention relates to an automatic whirlpool shower, dryer, and skin treatment device for the general public.

[0078] The present invention is a device that allows anyone, regardless of age or gender, to easily and conveniently shower / dry their hair by simply pressing a button while sitting on a chair.

[0079] The present invention comprises three cylinders in the shape of an erected drum.

[0080] The outermost cylinder of the present invention is a cylindrical structure for sealing the whirlpool shower water.

[0081] The cylinder in the center of the present invention is an invention for swirling whirlpool shower water, and the cylinder structure itself formed in the central portion is invented to be used as a rotating blade.

[0082] In order to rotate the cylindrical whirlpool shower water filled in the cylinder of the present invention, three types of rotating blades of the central cylindrical structure were invented.

[0083] The first main rotor was invented as a side-rotating rotor that rotated the cylindrical whirlpool shower water sideways.

[0084] The second rotating blade is the lower blade installed at the bottom of the central cylinder, and it was invented to swirl the whirlpool shower water from the bottom to the top, so that the shower water rotates and showers in the order of feet, legs, knees, buttocks, and abdomen.

[0085] The third rotating blade is the upper blade installed on the ceiling of the central cylinder, and it was invented to swirl the whirlpool shower water from the top of the ceiling to the bottom, so that the shower water rotates and showers in the order of head, chest, and abdomen of the shower user.

[0086] The innermost cylinder of the present invention is a space where a shower user sits on a shower chair, and is a device that operates shower-dry and various detailed commands by pressing various buttons after the shower user sits on the shower chair.

[0087] The present invention was invented to be portable and can be installed and moved anywhere where only water can be connected.

[0088] The technology of the present invention has the unique advancement of a vortex generator that generates side vortices, bottom vortices, and top vortices of whirlpool shower water by the sealing property of the outermost cylinder and the three pairs of wing frames of the middle cylinder.

[0089] In addition, the easy operation of the shower button in the innermost shower space, the safety of the shower, the systematic mutual mechanical operation between the three cylindrical structures, and the interconnection between the shower, drying, and skin treatment functions can be said to be the core invention technologies.

[0090] As housing culture becomes more sophisticated and advanced, social hygiene systems, such as shower dryers, are becoming more readily available everywhere.

[0091] However, even in a society that can be called advanced, there are dark areas where the benefits of bathing culture and cleanliness culture do not reach.

[0092] For example, there are many places that surprisingly lack the facilities to satisfy human needs for cleanliness, such as offices or factory sites where overtime is frequent, outdoor construction sites, outdoor farm sites, bathing facilities in hospitals or nursing homes, and bathing facilities at outdoor sports venues.

[0093] The present invention is specifically described below with reference to drawings 1 to 7b.

[0094] The present invention can be used by both patients and the general public.

[0095] First, a cylindrical external sealed case (100) is formed.

[0096] A cylindrical vortex generator (200) is configured inside the cylindrical external sealed case (100).

[0097] A shower dryer (300) is configured inside the cylindrical vortex generator (200) so that a person who wants to shower inside the shower dryer (300) fills the device with water and the rotation of the cylindrical vortex generator (200) causes the water inside to create a vortex, thereby automatically enabling a shower.

[0098] The vortex generating side wing (220) of the cylindrical vortex generating device is connected to the upper frame fixed shaft device (410) and the lower frame fixed shaft device (450) by the vortex generating device frame shaft (280, 290), respectively.

[0099] The above cylindrical vortex generator (200) comprises a vortex generating side wing (220) extending from the top to the bottom.

[0100] According to Fig. 2b, the vortex-generating side wing (220) is configured in an outward direction from top to bottom. Of course, the vortex-generating side wing (220) may also be configured in an inward direction.

[0101] By the operation of the switch, the motor transmits rotational force, causing the cylindrical vortex generator (200) to rotate, and a vortex is generated by the rotation of the vortex generating side wing (220).

[0102] The cylindrical external sealed case part (100), the cylindrical vortex generator (200) and the shower dryer device (300) are configured to be fixed by combining with an upper frame fixing shaft device (410) and a lower frame fixing device (450) at the central portions of each of the upper and lower portions, so that the cylindrical external sealed case part (100) and the shower dryer device (300) are configured to be fixed, and the cylindrical vortex generator (200) is configured to be rotated.

[0103] The frame fixing shaft device is described as follows by drawings 3a and 3b.

[0104] Drawing 3a relates to an upper frame fixing shaft device (410).

[0105] The upper frame fixed shaft lower part (411) is connected to the upper central part of the shower dryer device.

[0106] The circular bearing device (412) is coupled to the upper central portion of the cylindrical vortex generator (200).

[0107] The upper frame fixed shaft upper part (414) is connected to the upper central part of the cylindrical external sealed case part.

[0108] The motor unit (413) rotates the cylindrical vortex generator (200) by driving it through a circular bearing device.

[0109] Drawing 3b relates to a lower frame fixing shaft device (450).

[0110] The lower frame fixed shaft upper part (451) is connected to the lower central part of the shower dryer device (300).

[0111] The circular bearing device (452) is coupled to the lower central portion of the cylindrical vortex generator (200).

[0112] The lower frame fixed shaft lower part (454) is connected to the lower central part of the cylindrical external sealed case part (100).

[0113] The motor unit (453) rotates the cylindrical vortex generator (200) by driving it through the circular bearing device (452).

[0114] The above cylindrical external sealed case (100) is configured to allow a shower user to enter and exit, but a sealed entrance is configured to prevent leakage even when water is filled, thereby completing the automatic shower dryer device.

[0115] The automatic shower dryer means that even if you just sit on a chair, your whole body will automatically be showered, and after you finish showering, the rotation of the vortex-generating side wing (220) will generate vortex air to dry your body.

[0116] That is, after showering, the shower water is drained, and after draining, the cylindrical vortex generator (200) is rotated to generate a vortex, thereby allowing the person who has finished showering to dry the moisture on their body.

[0117] A vortex generating lower rotating blade part (260) is formed at the bottom of the above cylindrical vortex generating device (200), and the rotation of the vortex generating side blade part (220) and the rotation of the vortex generating lower rotating blade part (260) simultaneously generate a vortex that rises from the bottom to the top like a whirlpool together with the cylindrical vortex, thereby enhancing the shower function.

[0118] A vortex generating upper rotating blade part (240) is formed on the upper part of the above cylindrical vortex generating device (200), and the rotation of the vortex generating side blade part (220) and the rotation of the vortex generating upper rotating blade part (240) simultaneously generate a vortex that descends from the upper part to the lower part like a whirlpool together with the cylindrical vortex, thereby enhancing the shower function.

[0119] The above cylindrical vortex generator (200) comprises a vortex generating wing part, a frame constituting the vortex generating wing part, and the remaining parts are made of empty space.

[0120] The shower dryer (300) is configured so that a person using the shower can automatically shower by sitting on a chair.

[0121] The explanation is as follows with reference to Figures 5a to 6c.

[0122] In order to prevent the weight from being concentrated by rotating around the lower frame fixed shaft device (450) at the lower part of the above cylindrical vortex generator (200), the lower part of the vortex generator frame (235) is configured with a roller bearing device (230) on the vortex generator support part (232) inside the lower part of the cylindrical external sealed case (120) so as to have rotational friction.

[0123] The lower part of the cylindrical vortex generator (200) that rotates by the motor unit is configured to rotate stably by the roller bearing (231) of the roller bearing device (230).

[0124] A shower nozzle part (500) is configured as a cylindrical space in the center of the upper frame fixing shaft device (410) or the lower frame fixing shaft device (450), so that a shower can be taken using water sprayed from the shower nozzle part (500) from the upper or lower portion of the shower dryer device (300).

[0125] A pressurized pump (710) or an air bubble generating motor (720) is configured at the inlet of the above shower nozzle part (500) so that a shower or air bubble massage can be performed.

[0126] In the drawing, the shower is configured to spray water from both the top and bottom simultaneously, but it can be configured to operate only one of the two as needed.

[0127] A timer (600) can be configured at the inlet of the shower nozzle (500) to control the shower time.

[0128] This is explained as follows by drawing 7a.

[0129] The sealed entrance position sensor (115) configured on the upper part of the sealed entrance (110) and the space entrance position sensor (215) configured on the upper part of the space entrance (210) configured in the cylindrical vortex generator (200) are configured to stop and start in sync with each other by the operation of the motor that controls the operation of the cylindrical vortex generator (200), thereby enabling a person who wants to shower to enter and exit smoothly.

[0130] In addition, the window-type entrance position sensor (315) configured on the upper part of the window-type entrance (310) configured on the shower dryer (300) and the space entrance position sensor (215) configured on the upper part of the space entrance (210) configured on the cylindrical vortex generator (200) are configured to stop and start in sync with the operation of the motor that controls the operation of the cylindrical vortex generator (200), thereby enabling a person who wants to shower to enter and exit smoothly.

[0131] It is also possible to configure sensors in three places: the sealed entrance (110) of the cylindrical external sealed case (100), the space entrance (210) of the cylindrical vortex generator (200), and the bar-shaped entrance (310) of the shower dryer (300).

[0132] Additionally, it is acceptable to configure a position sensor at any location in the above-mentioned closed door entrance, space entrance, and window-type entrance.

[0133] This is explained as follows according to drawing 7b.

[0134] Drawing 7b is a drawing of a sealed entrance / exit section (110) of a cylindrical sealed case section (100).

[0135] The drawing at the exact center of Drawing 7b is a drawing showing a sealed state in the upper part of the entrance (110a) and the lower part of the entrance (110b).

[0136] The corresponding part is a sealing part (112), which is made of rubber or silicone band material and is configured to correspond to a sealed door.

[0137] The part that comes into contact with the upper part of the entrance (110a) is the sealed upper part (112a), and the part that comes into contact with the lower part of the entrance (110b) is the sealed lower part (112b).

[0138] This is explained as follows by drawing 6d.

[0139] A water level control button part (800) is configured to adjust the water level when a person who wants to shower fills the water, or a buoy sensor necklace part (850) is worn to adjust the water level up to the neck area.

[0140] When the above buoy sensor necklace part (850) is worn, a buoy sensor connection drain port (855) is configured so that when the water level becomes higher than that of the buoy sensor necklace part (850), the buoy sensor connection drain port (855) opens to allow water to drain quickly.

[0141] This is a safety measure designed to ensure that the water level is maintained while the bather is standing or sitting, and then suddenly falls over, or if the bather wants to change from standing to sitting, the buoy sensor connection drain is immediately opened to allow the water to drain quickly.
