Description

Sideline communication method and device

[0001] This application claims priority to the Chinese patent application filed with the China Patent Office on September 28, 2023, with application number 202311283737.4 and application name “Side Communication Method and Device”, the entire contents of which are incorporated by reference into this application. Technical Field

[0002] The embodiments of the present application relate to the field of communications, and in particular to a sideline communication method and device. Background Art

[0003] Radio spectrum can be divided into licensed and unlicensed spectrum. Licensed spectrum requires a government-issued license before it can be used by authorized parties. For example, major Chinese carriers must obtain government-issued 5G commercial licenses before they can use 5G frequency bands. Unlicensed spectrum, for example, is free for any device to use as long as it complies with local government regulations governing spectrum use. With the rapid development of communications technology, direct device-to-device communication has become an important form of communication. The Third Generation Partnership Project (3GPP) has designed a sidelink (SL) communication protocol for direct device-to-device communication. To meet higher-precision transmission requirements (such as device positioning accuracy), researchers have expanded direct device-to-device communication to the larger bandwidth of unlicensed spectrum, a method known as sidelink-unlicensed (SL-U).

[0004] Because multiple devices may simultaneously attempt to occupy unlicensed spectrum, countries have established regulatory mechanisms to avoid conflicts. One such mechanism is the listen-before-talk (LBT) channel detection mechanism. Terminal devices can use LBT to detect and acquire the time-frequency resources corresponding to unlicensed spectrum. Time-frequency resources successfully acquired by a terminal device can be used for sidelink data or signal transmission, such as the transmission of a sidelink positioning reference signal (SL-PRS) and the physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH) used to indicate the SL-PRS, or the transmission of a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH). To ensure full utilization of unlicensed spectrum resources, countries have established certain requirements for the occupied channel bandwidth (OCB) of terminals when using unlicensed spectrum for data or signal transmission. For example, after successfully acquiring an unlicensed spectrum channel resource, the bandwidth utilized for a single uplink data transmission must occupy at least 80% of the total bandwidth of the acquired channel resource.

[0005] However, currently, the bandwidth occupancy rate of a terminal device when sending a PSCCH using an unlicensed spectrum is not high, making it difficult to meet the above OCB requirements.

[0006] Summary of the Invention

[0007] The present application provides a sideline communication method and apparatus, which can improve the bandwidth occupancy rate when sending PSCCH by adjusting the resource occupancy of PSCCH mapped on a resource block set, which is conducive to ensuring that a data transmission meets the OCB requirement.

[0008] In a first aspect, the present application provides a sidelink communication method, which is applied to a first terminal device, or a component in the first terminal device (e.g., a processor, a chip, or a chip system), or a logic module or software that can implement all or part of the terminal device functions. The method includes: determining first information, the first information including multiple first physical layer sidelink control channels (PSCCHs) mapped on multiple resource block sets, each resource block set in the multiple resource block sets being mapped to at least one first PSCCH; and sending the first information.

[0009] It should be understood that multiple resource block sets can be multiple resource block sets on which the first terminal device successfully performs LBT in the unlicensed frequency band. One resource block set can be understood as one RB set described above, and multiple resource block sets can be understood as multiple RB sets.

[0010] In one possible implementation, each of the multiple first PSCCHs mapped on multiple RB sets includes a complete set of information, which is used to indicate the transmission of a reference signal or data, or for the configuration of related resources. For example, taking the first PSCCH as an example of indicating an SL-PRS, the information may include one or more of the following: the priority of the SL-PRS, the identification information of the resource pool, the time-frequency resource identification information mapped by the SL-PRS, the time-frequency resource identification information reserved for the user to send the SL-PRS, the device identification information of the transmitting end, the device identification information of the receiving end, the request information for instructing the receiving end to return the SL-PRS, etc.

[0011] In an embodiment of the present application, at least one first PSCCH is sent on each RB set in multiple RB sets. Compared with the current situation in which only one PSCCH is sent corresponding to a reference signal or data regardless of how many available resources there are, the bandwidth occupancy rate of the PSCCH is improved, which is conducive to meeting the OCB requirements.

[0012] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, resource occupancy of the at least one first PSCCH is the same on each resource block set in the multiple resource block sets.

[0013] It should be understood that the resource occupancy of at least one first PSCCH is the same on each resource block set in multiple resource block sets, which means (taking RB set 0 and RB set 1 in multiple RB sets as an example): the relative position of the time-frequency resources occupied by at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 0 in RB set 0 is the same as the relative position of the time-frequency resources occupied by at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 1 in RB set 1, or, the interleaving index of the first PSCCH mapped on RB set 0 and RB set 1 is the same.

[0014] The method provided in the embodiment of the present application does not require separate configuration for each resource block set, and the resource configuration efficiency is higher.

[0015] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, each first PSCCH in the at least one first PSCCH occupies multiple resource groups, and adjacent resource groups in the multiple resource groups are separated by a preset number of resource groups.

[0016] It should be understood that the granularity of a resource group can be an RB, a subcarrier, or other existing or future frequency domain units, and this application does not specifically limit this. However, it should be noted that regardless of the granularity of a resource group, there will be a corresponding conversion relationship between the various granularities.

[0017] In an embodiment of the present application, after the time-frequency resources required to be occupied by each of the at least one first PSCCH are divided in the frequency domain with the granularity of a resource group, the at least one first PSCCH is mapped to the time-frequency resources corresponding to the discontinuous resource group, so that the ratio of the bandwidth occupied by the at least one first PSCCH on each resource block set to the total bandwidth of each resource block set can be greater than or equal to a preset threshold (for example, it can be 80%), thereby increasing the bandwidth occupied by sending a PSCCH once, which is beneficial to improving the bandwidth occupancy rate of the PSCCH.

[0018] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the resource occupancy of each first PSCCH is configured based on first configuration information, and the first configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent resource groups in the multiple resource groups; the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group in the multiple resource groups; or, one or more interleaved resource indexes corresponding to each first PSCCH.

[0019] It should be understood that the starting resource group in the first PSCCH can be the first resource group it occupies in the frequency domain (for example, it can be the resource group with the smallest frequency corresponding to the frequency domain), or it can be any other specified resource group in the first PSCCH, and this application does not limit this. Optionally, the preset reference frequency domain position can be the starting position of each RB set in the frequency domain, or it can be the center position of the resource pool in the frequency domain, or it can be any other specified position, and this application does not specifically limit this. Determining the offset (PSCCH offset) of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is equivalent to determining the time-frequency resource occupied position of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH in each RB set or resource pool.

[0020] It should also be understood that the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH relative to the preset reference frequency domain position should be on the order of the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group. Optionally, the present application does not limit the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group. A frequency domain unit can be an RB, a subcarrier, or any other existing or future defined frequency domain unit.

[0021] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the first configuration information is agreed upon by a protocol, configured at the factory, or configured by a network device or other terminal device through signaling.

[0022] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the first information also includes a reference signal, and the reference signal is mapped on other time domain resources in the multiple resource block sets except the time domain resources occupied by the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0023] Optionally, if the PSCCH is mapped on a positioning-specific resource pool allocated in an unlicensed spectrum, the reference signal is SL-PRS; if the PSCCH is mapped on other resource pools, the reference signal can be any reference signal that can be sent on the side link, and this application does not limit this.

[0024] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the resource occupancy of the reference information in the multiple resource block sets is configured based on second configuration information, and the second configuration information includes at least one of the following: the resource index of the reference signal; the comb value of the reference signal; or the resource element offset of the reference signal.

[0025] It should be understood that the resource index of a reference signal can be used to indicate the time-frequency resources that the reference signal can occupy; the comb value of a reference signal can be used to indicate the number of REs that separate two adjacent resource elements (REs) mapped to the reference signal in the frequency domain; and the resource element offset (RE offset) of a reference signal can be used to indicate the offset of multiple REs mapped to the reference signal relative to a preset resource element reference position. In the presence of multi-user multiplexing, different users can multiplex the time-frequency resources corresponding to the resource index by configuring the same resource index and comb value but different RE offsets.

[0026] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the multiple resource block sets are resource block sets successfully detected by the first terminal device through the listen-before-talk LBT channel detection mechanism, and the multiple first PSCCHs are all PSCCHs to be sent by the first terminal device.

[0027] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the first resource block set among the multiple resource block sets is also mapped with at least one second PSCCH to be sent by the second terminal device, and the first resource block set belongs to the resource block set successfully detected by the second terminal device through the LBT channel detection mechanism; on the first resource block set, the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH to be sent by the first terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is different from the offset of the starting resource group in each second PSCCH to be sent by the second terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position.

[0028] The method provided in the embodiment of the present application can achieve multi-user multiplexing by configuring different offsets for different terminal devices, which is beneficial to avoiding resource occupation conflicts and improving the utilization of time-frequency resources.

[0029] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the method further includes: sending second information, wherein the second information is used to indicate identification information of the multiple resource block sets, or identification information of other resource block sets that failed to be detected by the LBT channel detection mechanism.

[0030] It should be understood that the second information includes an RB set index, which is used to indicate on which resource block sets the first terminal device successfully completed LBT. Optionally, the second information may include identification information of the resource pool and identification information of the resource block set on which the first terminal device successfully completed LBT on the resource pool, or include identification information of the resource pool and identification information of the resource block set on which the first terminal device failed LBT on the resource pool, which is not limited in this application.

[0031] Optionally, the second information may be sent in a unicast, multicast or broadcast manner, which is not limited in this application.

[0032] In combination with the first aspect, in certain implementations of the first aspect, the second information is carried on sidelink control information SCI or media access control layer control element MAC CE.

[0033] In a second aspect, the present application further provides a sidelink communication method, which is applied to a third terminal device, or a component in the third terminal device (e.g., a processor, a chip, or a chip system, etc.), or a logic module or software that can implement all or part of the terminal device functions. The method includes: receiving first information, the first information including multiple first physical layer sidelink control channels (PSCCHs) mapped on multiple resource block sets, each resource block set in the multiple resource block sets being mapped to at least one first PSCCH; and obtaining the multiple first PSCCHs based on the first information.

[0034] It should be understood that at least one first PSCCH is mapped on each of the multiple RB sets, so that after receiving the first information, the third terminal device can obtain at least one first PSCCH by parsing any RB set, which is conducive to successfully acquiring the first PSCCH.

[0035] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, resource occupancy of the at least one first PSCCH is the same on each resource block set in the multiple resource block sets.

[0036] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, each first PSCCH in the at least one first PSCCH occupies multiple resource groups, and adjacent resource groups in the multiple resource groups are separated by a preset number of resource groups.

[0037] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the resource occupancy of each first PSCCH is configured based on first configuration information, and the first configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent resource groups in the multiple resource groups; the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group in the multiple resource groups; or, one or more interleaved resource indexes corresponding to each first PSCCH.

[0038] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the first configuration information is agreed upon by a protocol, configured at the factory, or configured by a network device or other terminal device through signaling.

[0039] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the first information also includes a reference signal, and the reference signal is mapped on other time domain resources in the multiple resource block sets except the time domain resources occupied by the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0040] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the resource occupancy of the reference information in the multiple resource block sets is configured based on second configuration information, and the second configuration information includes at least one of the following: the resource index of the reference signal; the comb value of the reference signal; or the resource element offset of the reference signal.

[0041] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the multiple resource block sets are resource block sets successfully detected by the first terminal device through the listen-before-talk LBT channel detection mechanism, and the multiple first PSCCHs are all PSCCHs to be sent by the first terminal device.

[0042] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the first resource block set among the multiple resource block sets is also mapped with at least one second PSCCH to be sent by the second terminal device, and the first resource block set belongs to the resource block set successfully detected by the second terminal device through the LBT channel detection mechanism; on the first resource block set, the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH to be sent by the first terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is different from the offset of the starting resource group in each second PSCCH to be sent by the second terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position.

[0043] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the method further includes: receiving second information, where the second information is used to indicate identification information of the multiple resource block sets, or identification information of other resource block sets that failed to be detected by the LBT channel detection mechanism.

[0044] In combination with the second aspect, in certain implementations of the second aspect, the second information is carried on sidelink control information SCI or media access control layer control element MAC CE.

[0045] In a third aspect, the present application further provides a sidelink communication method, applied to a first terminal device, or a component in the first terminal device (e.g., a processor, a chip, or a chip system), or a logic module or software capable of implementing all or part of the terminal device functions. The method includes: determining first information, the first information including a plurality of first physical layer sidelink control channels (PSCCHs) mapped on a first resource block set; and sending the first information.

[0046] In an embodiment of the present application, the first resource block set is a resource block set for which the first terminal device successfully performs LBT, and multiple first PSCCHs are mapped on the first resource block set. This method of repeatedly mapping the first PSCCH multiple times within the frequency domain corresponding to the first resource block set is beneficial to improving the bandwidth occupancy rate when the first terminal device sends the first PSCCH based on the time-frequency resources of the first resource block set, and is beneficial to meeting the OCB requirements.

[0047] In one possible implementation, the first terminal device successfully completes LBT on both the first resource block set and the second resource block set. Multiple first PSCCHs are also mapped on the second resource block set, and the resource occupancy of the first resource block set is repeated on the second resource block set. In this way, it is beneficial to improve the bandwidth occupancy rate of the first terminal device on each resource block set where LBT is successful. At the same time, the repeated mapping method eliminates the need for separate configuration for each resource block set, which is more efficient.

[0048] It should be understood that if the first terminal device succeeds in LBT on more resource block sets other than the first resource block set and the second resource block set, the time-frequency resource occupancy method of multiple first PSCCHs on the first resource block set can be repeated on each resource block set where LBT succeeds, and no further details will be given.

[0049] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, each first PSCCH of the multiple first PSCCHs occupies multiple consecutive resource groups.

[0050] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the resource occupancy of the multiple first PSCCHs is configured based on third configuration information, and the third configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs; or the number of the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0051] It should be understood that the offset (PSCCH offset) of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is used to indicate the position of the multiple first PSCCHs in the first resource block set in the frequency domain relative to the preset frequency domain reference position, and the offset should be at least one unit equal to the number of multiple consecutive resource groups occupied by each of the multiple first PSCCHs. For example, if the first PSCCH occupies M consecutive resource groups, then regardless of the dimension from which the offset is defined, each offset should be at least one offset unit equal to the bandwidth corresponding to the M consecutive resource groups.

[0052] Optionally, the preset reference frequency domain position may also be the starting position of each resource block set in the frequency domain or the center position of the entire resource pool in the frequency domain, which is not limited in this application.

[0053] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs, and / or the number of the multiple first PSCCHs, is determined based on the time-frequency resources included in the first resource block set.

[0054] It should be understood that no matter how many resource block sets the first terminal device successfully LBTs, the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in multiple first PSCCHs, and / or the number of multiple first PSCCHs, are all determined based on the time-frequency resources included in a resource block set.

[0055] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the third configuration information is agreed upon by a protocol, configured at the factory, or configured by the network device or other terminal device through signaling.

[0056] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the first information also includes a reference signal, and the reference signal is mapped on other time domain resources in the first resource block set except the time domain resources occupied by the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0057] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the resource occupancy of the reference information on the first resource block set is configured based on second configuration information, and the second configuration information includes at least one of the following: the resource index of the reference signal; the comb value of the reference signal; or the resource element offset of the reference signal.

[0058] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the first resource block set is a resource block set that is successfully detected by the first terminal device through the listen-before-talk LBT channel detection mechanism, and the multiple first PSCCHs are all PSCCHs to be sent by the first terminal device.

[0059] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the first resource block set is also mapped with multiple second PSCCHs to be sent by the second terminal device, and the first resource block set belongs to the resource block set successfully detected by the second terminal device through the LBT channel detection mechanism; on the first resource block set, the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs to be sent by the first terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is different from the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs to be sent by the second terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position.

[0060] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the method further includes: sending second information, where the second information is used to indicate identification information of the first resource block set, or identification information of other resource block sets that failed to be detected by the LBT channel detection mechanism.

[0061] In combination with the third aspect, in certain implementations of the third aspect, the second information is carried on sidelink control information SCI or media access control layer control element MAC CE.

[0062] In a fourth aspect, the present application provides a sidelink communication method, applied to a third terminal device, or a component in the third terminal device (e.g., a processor, chip, or chip system), or a logic module or software capable of implementing all or part of the terminal device's functions. The method comprises: receiving first information, the first information comprising multiple first physical layer sidelink control channels (PSCCHs) mapped to a first resource block set; and obtaining the multiple first PSCCHs based on the first information.

[0063] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, each first PSCCH of the multiple first PSCCHs occupies multiple consecutive resource groups.

[0064] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the resource occupancy of the multiple first PSCCHs is configured based on third configuration information, and the third configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs; or the number of the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0065] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs, and / or the number of the multiple first PSCCHs, is determined based on the time-frequency resources included in the first resource block set.

[0066] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the third configuration information is agreed upon by a protocol, configured at the factory, or configured by the network device or other terminal device through signaling.

[0067] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the first information also includes a reference signal, and the reference signal is mapped on other time domain resources in the first resource block set except the time domain resources occupied by the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0068] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the resource occupancy of the reference information on the first resource block set is configured based on second configuration information, and the second configuration information includes at least one of the following: the resource index of the reference signal; the comb value of the reference signal; or the resource element offset of the reference signal.

[0069] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the first resource block set is a resource block set successfully detected by the first terminal device through the listen-before-talk LBT channel detection mechanism, and the multiple first PSCCHs are all PSCCHs to be sent by the first terminal device.

[0070] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the first resource block set is also mapped with multiple second PSCCHs to be sent by the second terminal device, and the first resource block set belongs to the resource block set successfully detected by the second terminal device through the LBT channel detection mechanism; on the first resource block set, the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs to be sent by the first terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is different from the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs to be sent by the second terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position.

[0071] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the method further includes: receiving second information, where the second information is used to indicate identification information of the first resource block set, or identification information of other resource block sets that failed to be detected by the LBT channel detection mechanism.

[0072] In combination with the fourth aspect, in certain implementations of the fourth aspect, the second information is carried on sidelink control information SCI or media access control layer control element MAC CE.

[0073] In a fifth aspect, the present application provides a sidelink communication method, which is applied to a first terminal device, or a component in the first terminal device (for example, a processor, a chip, or a chip system, etc.), or a logic module or software that can implement all or part of the terminal device functions. The method includes: determining first information, the first information including multiple first physical layer sidelink control channels (PSCCHs), all or part of the multiple first PSCCHs being mapped to at least two consecutive resource block sets and a guard band between the at least two resource block sets; and sending the first information.

[0074] It should be understood that when the first terminal device successfully performs LBT detection on two consecutive RB sets, the first terminal device can use the time-frequency resources corresponding to the protection band between the two consecutive RB sets to transmit data or signals.

[0075] In an embodiment of the present application, all or part of the multiple first PSCCHs included in the first information are mapped onto at least two consecutive resource block sets and the protection band between the at least two resource block sets. On the one hand, by repeatedly mapping the first PSCCH multiple times in the frequency domain, the bandwidth occupancy rate when the first terminal device sends the first PSCCH is improved, which is conducive to meeting the OCB requirements; on the other hand, if the PSCCH indicates a reference signal, the reference signal can occupy time-frequency resources including the protection band, which is conducive to the receiving end receiving more reference signals and improving the accuracy of calculations based on the reference signal (for example, the accuracy of positioning measurements); if the PSCCH indicates data transmission, the occupation of the protection band is conducive to the transmission of a larger amount of data.

[0076] In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, each first PSCCH of the multiple first PSCCHs occupies multiple consecutive resource groups.

[0077] In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the resource occupancy of the multiple first PSCCHs is configured based on third configuration information, and the third configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs; or the number of the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0078] It should be understood that the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is used to indicate the time-frequency resource positions mapped by the multiple first PSCCHs; the number of resource groups between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs is used to indicate the size of the interval between adjacent first PSCCHs; the number of multiple first PSCCHs is used to indicate the number of repetitions of the first PSCCH. Optionally, the preset reference frequency domain position can also be the starting position of each resource block set in the frequency domain, the center position of the entire resource pool in the frequency domain, or the starting position of each subchannel in each resource block set in the frequency domain, which is not limited in this application.

[0079] It should also be understood that when multiple first PSCCHs are mapped within the video resource range corresponding to two consecutive resource block sets and the protection band between the two consecutive resource block sets according to the third configuration information, the protection band between the two consecutive resource block sets may be mapped with the first PSCCH or may not be mapped. In the case where the protection band between two consecutive resource block sets is mapped with the first PSCCH, the protection band may be mapped to a complete first PSCCH or may be part of the first PSCCH. This application does not limit this.

[0080] In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs, and / or the number of the multiple first PSCCHs, is determined based on the time-frequency resources included in the at least two consecutive resource block sets and the protection band between the at least two resource block sets.

[0081] In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the third configuration information is agreed upon by a protocol, configured at the factory, or configured by the network device or other terminal device through signaling.

[0082] In combination with the fifth aspect, in certain implementations of the fifth aspect, the first information also includes a reference signal, and the reference signal is mapped on other time domain resources other than the time domain resources occupied by the multiple first PSCCHs in the at least two consecutive resource block sets and the protection band between the at least two resource block sets.

[0127] The technical solution in this application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0128] In the embodiments of the present application, words such as "first" and "second" are used to distinguish between identical or similar items with substantially the same functions and effects. For example, the first and second numerical values are merely used to distinguish different numerical values and do not limit their order. Those skilled in the art will understand that words such as "first" and "second" do not limit the quantity or execution order, and words such as "first" and "second" do not necessarily mean different.

[0129] It should be noted that in the embodiments of this application, words such as "exemplarily" or "for example" are used to indicate examples, illustrations, or explanations. Any embodiment or design described in this application as "exemplary" or "for example" should not be construed as being preferred or advantageous over other embodiments or designs. Rather, the use of words such as "exemplarily" or "for example" is intended to present the relevant concepts in a concrete manner.

[0130] In the embodiments of the present application, "at least one" means one or more, and "multiple" means two or more. "And / or" describes the association relationship of associated objects and indicates that three relationships may exist. For example, A and / or B may indicate: A exists alone, A and B exist simultaneously, and B exists alone, where A and B may be singular or plural. The character " / " generally indicates that the associated objects before and after are in an "or" relationship. "At least one (item)" or similar expressions refer to any combination of these items, including any combination of single item(s) or plural item(s). For example, at least one (item) of a, b, or c may indicate: a, b, c, a - b, a - c, b - c, or a - b - c, where a, b, and c may be single or multiple.

[0131] The technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application can be applied to various communication systems, such as: Long Term Evolution (LTE) systems, LTE Frequency Division Duplex (FDD) systems, LTE Time Division Duplex (TDD), Universal Mobile Telecommunication System (UMTS), Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) communication systems, 5th generation (5G) systems or New Radio (NR), and future communication systems, etc.

[0132] The technical solutions provided in this application can also be applied to machine type communication (MTC), Long Term Evolution-machine (LTE-M), device to device (D2D) networks, machine to machine (M2M) networks, Internet of Things (IoT) networks or Internet of Vehicles (IoV). As shown in FIG1 , the communication system 100 may include a terminal device 110, a terminal device 120, and a network device 130, and both the terminal device 110 and the terminal device 120 are within the signal coverage of the network device 130. The terminal devices 110 and 120 may communicate with each other via sidelink communication technology, for example, to send signaling and / or data. The terminal devices 110 and the network device 130 may communicate with each other via a wireless air interface, and the terminal devices 120 and the network device 130 may also communicate with each other via a wireless air interface.

[0135] Figure 2 shows a schematic diagram of a communication system 200 applicable to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 2, the communication system 200 may include a terminal device 210, a terminal device 220, and a network device 230. The terminal device 220 is within the signal coverage of the network device 230, while the terminal device 210 is outside the signal coverage of the network device 230. The terminal devices 210 and 220 may communicate via sidelink communication technology, and the terminal device 220 and the network device 230 may communicate via a wireless air interface.

[0136] Figure 3 shows a schematic diagram of a communication system 300 applicable to an embodiment of the present application. As shown in Figure 3, the communication system 300 includes a terminal device 310 and a terminal device 320. The terminal devices 310 and 320 can communicate with each other via sidelink communication technology.

[0137] Optionally, in the above Figures 1 and 2, the terminal device can communicate with the network device through a universal user network interface (Uu) interface. In the above Figures 1, 2 and 3, the terminal devices can communicate with each other through proximity communication technology (PC5), which is not limited in this application.

[0138] It should be understood that Figures 1, 2, and 3 are merely examples and should not constitute any limitation on the present application. The communication system 100 and the communication system 200 may further include more network devices and a greater number of terminal devices, and the communication system 300 may further include a greater number of terminal devices, which are not limited in the present embodiment.

[0139] In the embodiment of the present application, the network device can be any device with wireless transceiver function. The network device includes, but is not limited to, an evolved Node B (eNB), a radio network controller (RNC), a Node B (NB), a base station controller (BSC), a base transceiver station (BTS), a home base station (e.g., a home evolved NodeB, or a home Node B, HNB), a baseband unit (BBU), an access point (AP) in a wireless fidelity (WiFi) system, a wireless relay node, a wireless backhaul node, a transmission point (TP) or a transmission and reception point (TRP), etc. It may also be a gNB in a 5G, such as NR, system, or a transmission point (TRP or TP), one or a group of antenna panels (including multiple antenna panels) of a base station in a 5G system, or a network node constituting a gNB or a transmission point, such as a baseband unit (BBU) or a distributed unit (DU), etc.

[0140] In some deployments, the gNB may include a centralized unit (CU) and a DU. The gNB may also include an active antenna unit (AAU). The CU implements some gNB functions, while the DU implements some gNB functions. For example, the CU may be responsible for processing non-real-time protocols and services, such as the radio resource control (RRC) layer, the service data adaptation protocol (SDAP) layer, and / or the packet data convergence protocol (PDCP) layer. The DU may be responsible for processing physical layer protocols and real-time services. For example, it may implement the functions of the radio link control (RLC) layer, the media access control (MAC) layer, and the physical (PHY) layer. A DU can be connected to only one CU or to multiple CUs, and a CU can be connected to multiple DUs. Communication between the CU and DU can be achieved through the F1 interface. The AAU may implement some physical layer processing functions, RF processing, and active antenna related functions. Since the information of the RRC layer will eventually be delivered to the PHY layer and become the information of the PHY layer, or converted from the information of the PHY layer, therefore, in this architecture, high-layer signaling, such as RRC layer signaling, can also be considered to be sent by DU, or by DU+AAU.

[0141] It is understood that the network device may include one or more of a CU node, a DU node, and an AAU node. In addition, the CU may be classified as a network device in an access network (RAN) or a network device in a core network (CN), which is not limited in this application.

[0142] Network equipment provides services for cells, and terminal devices communicate with cells through transmission resources allocated by the network equipment (for example, frequency domain resources, or spectrum resources). The cell can belong to a macro base station (for example, a macro eNB or macro gNB), or to a base station corresponding to a small cell. Small cells here can include: metro cells, micro cells, pico cells, femto cells, etc. These small cells have the characteristics of small coverage and low transmission power, and are suitable for providing high-speed data transmission services.

[0143] In an embodiment of the present application, the terminal device may also be referred to as user equipment (UE), access terminal, user unit, user station, mobile station, mobile station, remote station, remote terminal, mobile device, user terminal, terminal, wireless communication device, user agent or user device.

[0144] The terminal device may be a device that provides voice / data connectivity to users, such as a handheld device or vehicle-mounted device with wireless connection function. At present, some examples of terminals may include: mobile phones, tablet computers, computers with wireless transceiver functions (such as laptops, PDAs, etc.), mobile internet devices (MIDs), virtual reality (VR) devices, augmented reality (AR) devices, wireless terminals in industrial control, wireless terminals in self-driving, wireless terminals in remote medical, wireless terminals in smart grids, wireless terminals in transportation safety, wireless terminals in smart cities, wireless terminals in smart homes, cellular phones, cordless phones, session initiation protocol (SIP) phones, wireless local loop (WLL) stations, personal digital assistants (PDAs), handheld devices with wireless communication functions, computing devices or other processing devices connected to wireless modems, vehicle-mounted devices, wearable devices, terminal devices in 5G networks or future evolved public land mobile communication networks (PLMNs). terminal equipment in network, PLMN, etc.

[0145] Wearable devices, also known as wearable smart devices, are a general term for wearable devices that use wearable technology to intelligently design and develop wearable devices for daily wear, such as glasses, gloves, watches, clothing, and shoes. Wearable devices are portable devices that are worn directly on the body or integrated into the user's clothing or accessories. Wearable devices are not just hardware devices, but also achieve powerful functions through software support, data interaction, and cloud interaction. In a broad sense, wearable smart devices include those that are fully functional, large in size, and can achieve full or partial functions without relying on smartphones, such as smart watches or smart glasses, as well as those that only focus on a certain type of application function and need to be used in conjunction with other devices such as smartphones, such as various smart bracelets and smart jewelry for vital sign monitoring.

[0146] Furthermore, terminal devices can also be end devices in the Internet of Things (IoT) system. IoT is a crucial component of future information technology development. Its primary technical feature is connecting objects to the Internet through communications technology, thereby enabling intelligent networks that interconnect humans and machines, and objects and things. IoT technology, for example, utilizes narrowband (NB) technology to achieve massive connectivity, deep coverage, and power-saving terminals.

[0147] In addition, terminal devices can also include sensors such as smart printers, train detectors, and gas stations. Their main functions include collecting data (some terminal devices), receiving control information and side data from other terminal devices, and sending electromagnetic waves to transmit side data to other terminal devices.

[0148] In an embodiment of the present application, a terminal device includes a hardware layer, an operating system layer running on the hardware layer, and an application layer running on the operating system layer. The hardware layer includes hardware such as a central processing unit (CPU), a memory management unit (MMU), and memory (also called main memory). The operating system can be any one or more computer operating systems that implement business processing through processes, such as a Linux operating system, a Unix operating system, an Android operating system, an iOS operating system, or a Windows operating system. The application layer includes applications such as browsers, address books, word processing software, and instant messaging software. In addition, the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the specific structure of the execution subject of the method provided in the embodiment of the present application. As long as it is possible to communicate according to the method provided in the embodiment of the present application by running a program that records the code of the method provided in the embodiment of the present application, for example, the execution subject of the method provided in the embodiment of the present application can be a terminal device, or a functional module in the terminal device that can call and execute a program.

[0149] In addition, various aspects or features of the present application can be implemented as methods, apparatuses, or articles of manufacture using standard programming and / or engineering techniques. The term "article of manufacture" as used in this application encompasses a computer program that can be accessed from any computer-readable device, carrier, or medium. For example, computer-readable media may include, but are not limited to: magnetic storage devices (e.g., hard disks, floppy disks, or magnetic tapes, etc.), optical disks (e.g., compact discs (CDs), digital versatile discs (DVDs), etc.), smart cards, and flash memory devices (e.g., erasable programmable read-only memories (EPROMs), cards, sticks, or key drives, etc.). In addition, the various storage media described herein may represent one or more devices and / or other machine-readable media for storing information. The term "machine-readable medium" may include, but is not limited to, wireless channels and various other media capable of storing, containing, and / or carrying instructions and / or data.

[0150] To facilitate understanding, the following is a brief explanation of the terms involved in this application.

[0151] 1. Time domain resources

[0152] Time domain resources are measured in time units, which can be symbols, slots, subframes, radio frames, or other time units defined in the future. A radio frame can include multiple subframes, a subframe can include one or more time slots, and a time slot can include at least one symbol. Note that a time unit is a unit of measurement in the time domain and is not necessarily the smallest time unit.

[0153] 2. Frequency domain resources

[0154] Frequency domain resources are measured in units of the number of subcarriers, the number of resource blocks (RBs), or other frequency domain units defined in the future. One RB includes a certain number of continuous subcarriers.

[0155] It should be understood that bandwidth refers to the frequency bandwidth occupied by the signal, which is also a concept in the frequency domain. In the embodiment of the present application, the frequency domain resources within a basic bandwidth (20MHz) in the unlicensed spectrum are called a resource block set (RB set). In one possible implementation, an RB set includes 105 consecutive RBs.

[0156] 3. Time-frequency resources

[0157] Time-frequency resources include time domain resources and frequency domain resources. A symbol in the time domain and a subcarrier in the frequency domain are called a resource element (RE), and a time slot in the time domain and 12 consecutive subcarriers in the frequency domain are called a resource block (RB). It should be noted that the RB here specifically refers to the time-frequency resource grid formed by a time slot in the time domain and 12 consecutive subcarriers in the frequency domain. This is different from the meaning of the RB mentioned in the above introduction to frequency domain resources. To avoid confusion, unless otherwise specified, the RB mentioned in the subsequent description refers to the RB corresponding to the frequency domain resource concept, that is, an RB includes several consecutive subcarriers and does not contain time domain restriction information.

[0158] It should be understood that a resource pool (RP) is a time-frequency resource set consisting of time-domain resources and frequency-domain resources.

[0159] 4. Sidelink Positioning Reference Signal (SL-PRS)

[0160] SL-PRS is a reference signal required for positioning measurements between terminal devices. It is sent and received via the sidelink. With the development of vehicle networking and autonomous driving technologies, it is a reference signal designed for mutual positioning measurements and obtaining relative positions between vehicles and other terminal devices with positioning requirements. In addition, with the continuous improvement of positioning accuracy requirements, in order to provide SL-PRS with a larger bandwidth to ensure its accuracy, a positioning-specific resource pool for sending positioning reference signals is also allocated in the unlicensed spectrum. That is, this positioning-specific resource pool is only used to send SL-PRS and the PSCCH used to indicate the SL-PRS.

[0161] 5. Physical sidelink control channel (PSCCH)

[0162] PSCCH is a physical sidelink control channel used to transmit control information on the sidelink (i.e., device-to-device communication) to support device-to-device (D2D) communication, vehicle-to-vehicle (V2V) communication, and vehicle-to-device (V2X) communication.

[0163] It should be understood that when sending SL-PRS, it is necessary to send the indication information of the SL-PRS through PSCCH. Exemplarily, the information may include one or more of the following: the priority of the SL-PRS, the identification information of the resource pool, the time-frequency resource identification information mapped by the SL-PRS, the video resource identification information reserved for the user to send SL-PRS, the device identification information of the transmitting end, the device identification information of the receiving end, the request information for instructing the receiving end to return the SL-PRS, and the like.

[0164] It should also be understood that the PSCCH can be understood as a physical resource, and can also be understood as data, signaling, etc. transmitted via this physical resource. For example, a terminal device sending control information, such as sidelink control information (SCI), via the PSCCH can also be expressed as the terminal device sending the PSCCH; a PSCCH mapped to a time-frequency resource can also be understood as the SCI transmitted on the PSCCH. Those skilled in the art will understand the meaning of this.

[0165] Figure 4 illustrates a time-frequency structure corresponding to the transmission of a sidelink positioning reference signal. As shown in Figure 4, the automatic gain control (AGC) occupies one symbol in the time domain and the entire available bandwidth in the frequency domain. The PSCCH is time-divided with the AGC, occupying two or three symbols after the AGC in the time domain and N consecutive RBs in the frequency domain. The SL-PRS is time-divided with the AGC and PSCCH. The SL-PRS is mapped in a comb-tooth pattern (as shown in the grid diagram on the right side of Figure 4, where, for example, the black squares in the diagram represent REs mapped with the SL-PRS) on the time-frequency resources after the PSCCH. The occupied bandwidth is consistent with the available bandwidth obtained by the terminal device. A guard interval (GAP) is also mapped after the SL-PRS. This guard interval occupies at least one symbol in the time domain and the entire available bandwidth in the frequency domain.

[0166] Optionally, in the time domain, an AGC may be included between the PSCCH and the SL-PRS. The AGC also occupies one symbol in the time domain and occupies the entire bandwidth in the frequency domain. This application does not restrict whether an AGC is set in the time domain between the PSCCH and the SL-PRS.

[0167] When a terminal device needs to use the positioning-specific resource pool to send SL-PRS, it first needs to perform LBT detection on the channels in the positioning-specific resource pool. Current regulations stipulate that the minimum channel bandwidth for terminal devices to perform LBT detection is 20MHz, which is one RB set. A successful LBT detection of an RB set by a terminal device means that the RB set is idle for a certain channel occupancy time (COT) and can be used by the terminal device initiating the LBT detection. In the description of the embodiments of this application, a successful LBT detection of a channel by a terminal device is referred to as an LBT success.

[0168] It can be understood that after each successful LBT, the terminal device will obtain the time-frequency resources corresponding to at least one RB set. In order to enable the terminal device to fully utilize the obtained unlicensed spectrum resources, various countries have certain requirements for the OCB of the terminal device when using the unlicensed spectrum for data or signal transmission. For example, some countries stipulate that after the terminal device successfully obtains the unlicensed spectrum channel resources, the bandwidth used for one uplink data transmission must occupy at least 80% of the total bandwidth of the obtained channel resources.

[0169] However, at present, for the PSCCH used to indicate SL-PRS, the information it carries requires occupying a small number of RBs, and one SL-PRS transmission corresponds to only one PSCCH. The frequency domain resources occupied by sending a PSCCH in the time slot structure shown in Figure 4 are far less than the bandwidth corresponding to an RB set. The bandwidth occupancy rate when the terminal device uses unlicensed spectrum to send PSCCH is not high, and it is difficult to meet the above-mentioned OCB requirements.

[0170] To solve the above problems, the present application provides a side communication method and device, which can effectively improve the bandwidth occupancy rate when sending PSCCH by adjusting the resource occupancy of PSCCH mapped on the resource block set, which is conducive to meeting OCB requirements. The PSCCH transmission scheme that meets OCB requirements can be applied in more countries and regions, and related terminal equipment can also be legally sold and used in more countries and regions.

[0171] It should be understood that the PSCCH mentioned above for indicating SL-PRS is only an example. Optionally, PSCCH can also be used to indicate other reference signals or data, for example, a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) for indicating an estimated channel, a channel state information reference signal (SCI-RS) for indicating acquisition of channel state information, or any other transmittable data or signal such as a physical sidelink shared channel (PSSCH). The method provided in this application can also be used to adjust the PSCCH resource occupancy when transmitting other reference signals or data. The description above or below using the PSCCH for indicating SL-PRS as an example does not constitute a limitation on the scope of application of this application.

[0172] The following describes the sideline communication method of the present application in detail with reference to Figures 5 to 12. The embodiments shown in this application illustrate the sideline communication method provided by this application from the perspective of device interaction. The specific form and quantity of each device shown are merely examples and should not constitute any limitation on the implementation of the method provided by this application.

[0173] It should be understood that the terminal device can be the terminal device itself, or it can be a chip, chip system or processor that supports the terminal device to implement the side communication method, or it can be a logic module or software that can implement all or part of the terminal device. This application does not make specific restrictions on this.

[0174] FIG5 is a schematic flow chart of a side communication method 500 provided in an embodiment of the present application. The method 500 can be applied to any of the communication systems shown in FIG1 , FIG2 and FIG3 . The method 500 specifically includes the following steps:

[0175] S501. A first terminal device determines first information, where the first information includes multiple first PSCCHs mapped on multiple resource block sets, and each resource block set in the multiple resource block sets is mapped with at least one first PSCCH.

[0176] S502. The first terminal device sends the first information; correspondingly, the third terminal device receives the first information.

[0177] S503. The third terminal device obtains at least one first PSCCH based on the first information.

[0178] It should be understood that multiple resource block sets are multiple resource block sets on which the first terminal device successfully performs LBT in the unlicensed frequency band. One resource block set can be understood as one RB set described above, and multiple resource block sets can be understood as multiple RB sets.

[0179] In one possible implementation, each of the multiple first PSCCHs mapped on multiple RB sets includes a complete set of information, which is used to indicate the transmission of a reference signal or data, or to configure related resources.

[0180] At least one first PSCCH is mapped onto each of the multiple RB sets, so that after receiving the first information, the third terminal device can obtain at least one first PSCCH by parsing any RB set.

[0181] In an embodiment of the present application, at least one first PSCCH is sent on each RB set in multiple RB sets. Compared with the current situation in which only one PSCCH is sent for each reference signal or data regardless of the number of available resources, the bandwidth occupancy rate of the PSCCH is improved, which is conducive to meeting the OCB requirements.

[0182] As an optional embodiment, resource occupancy of at least one first PSCCH is the same in each resource block set among the multiple resource block sets.

[0183] It should be understood that the resource occupancy of at least one first PSCCH is the same on each resource block set in multiple resource block sets, which means (taking RB set 0 and RB set 1 in multiple RB sets as an example): the relative position of the time-frequency resources occupied by at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 0 in RB set 0 is the same as the relative position of the time-frequency resources occupied by at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 1 in RB set 1, or, the interleaving index of the first PSCCH mapped on RB set 0 and RB set 1 is the same.

[0184] The method provided in the embodiment of the present application does not require separate configuration for each resource block set, and the resource configuration efficiency is higher.

[0185] In the design of the present application, the ratio of the bandwidth occupied by at least one first PSCCH described in the above method 500 on each resource block set to the total bandwidth of each resource block set is greater than or equal to a preset threshold. This is achieved by adjusting the mapping position of the first PSCCH in the resource block set. The specific design of the present application is introduced below.

[0186] Optionally, the preset threshold may be 80%, which is the minimum value required for OCB in some countries, but this application does not make any specific limitation to this.

[0187] First of all, it should be understood that for a PSCCH, the time-frequency resources it needs to occupy for the reference signal or data it indicates are fixed. For example, if the first PSCCH is used to indicate SL-PRS, then the time-frequency resources that a first PSCCH needs to occupy may include 2 or 3 symbols in the time domain, and N RBs in the frequency domain corresponding to the 2 or 3 symbols. The so-called bandwidth occupied by a PSCCH refers to the frequency range spanned by a complete PSCCH in the frequency domain. At present, when the first terminal device sends the first PSCCH, it maps a first PSCCH in an RB set and occupies N consecutive RBs in the frequency domain. In this case, the bandwidth occupancy rate of the first PSCCH in an RB set = the bandwidth occupied by N consecutive RBs / the total bandwidth of an RB set. The bandwidth occupancy rate of sending the first PSCCH in such a PSCCH mapping manner is obviously not high.

[0188] To improve the bandwidth occupancy of the first PSCCH in an RB set, as an optional embodiment, the time-frequency resource block required by the first PSCCH is divided into multiple resource groups in the frequency domain. Adjacent resource groups in the multiple resource groups are separated by a preset number of resource groups, and the first PSCCH is mapped to the time-frequency resources corresponding to multiple non-contiguous resource groups. As shown in Figure 6, the first PSCCH occupies the time-frequency resources corresponding to M non-contiguous resource groups, with S contiguous resource groups separated between each two adjacent resource groups. With this design, the bandwidth occupancy of the first PSCCH in an RB set = (bandwidth corresponding to each resource group * M + bandwidth corresponding to each resource group * S * (M-1)) / total bandwidth of an RB set, thereby improving the bandwidth occupancy of the PSCCH in an RB set. Furthermore, by adjusting the number of resource groups separating adjacent resource groups, that is, adjusting the value of S, the bandwidth occupancy of the first PSCCH in an RB set can be controlled. When S is appropriately set, when only one first PSCCH is mapped in an RB set, its bandwidth occupancy still meets the aforementioned OCB requirements.

[0189] Unless otherwise specified, the “*” mentioned in the context of this application represents a multiplication sign and will not be explained again later.

[0190] In an embodiment of the present application, when the first terminal device successfully LBTs multiple RB sets, the mapping method of the first PSCCH as shown in Figure 6 can be repeated on each RB set in the multiple RB sets to improve the bandwidth occupancy of the first PSCCH on each RB set.

[0191] It should be understood that the difference between mapping one first PSCCH and mapping multiple first PSCCHs in an RB set lies in the different values of S. However, regardless of how many first PSCCHs are mapped in an RB set, the mapping method shown in Figure 6 can improve the bandwidth occupancy of sending the first PSCCH in an RB set, and when the value of S is reasonable, the OCB requirements can be met. This application does not limit the number of first PSCCHs mapped in each RB set.

[0192] It should also be understood that the granularity of a resource group can be one RB or one subcarrier. When the granularity of a resource group in the frequency domain is the granularity of one RB, the above M=N. When the granularity of a resource group in the frequency domain is the granularity of one subcarrier, in one possible implementation, the above M=12*N. The granularity of a resource group can also be other existing or future frequency domain units, which is not specifically limited in this application. However, it should be noted that regardless of the granularity of a resource group, there will be a corresponding conversion relationship between the various granularities.

[0193] As an optional embodiment, no matter how many first PSCCHs there are in an RB set, the resource occupancy of each first PSCCH is configured based on the first configuration information, and the first configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent resource groups in multiple resource groups; the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group in multiple resource groups; or, one or more interleaved resource indexes corresponding to each first PSCCH.

[0194] In one possible implementation, the first configuration information includes: the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent resource groups in multiple resource groups; and the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group in multiple resource groups.

[0195] It should be understood that the starting resource group in the first PSCCH can be the first resource group it occupies in the frequency domain (for example, it can be the resource group with the smallest frequency corresponding to the frequency domain), or it can be any other specified resource group in the first PSCCH, and this application does not limit this.

[0196] It should also be understood that the offset of the starting resource group in each first PSCCH relative to the preset reference frequency domain position should be on the order of the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group. Optionally, the present application does not limit the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group. A frequency domain unit can be an RB, a subcarrier, or any other existing or future defined frequency domain unit.

[0197] In the case where part or all of the resource block sets in multiple resource block sets are successfully LBTed by multiple terminal devices at the same time, frequency division multiplexing can be achieved by configuring the first configuration information for each terminal device. For example, as shown in Figure 7, if RB set 0 in the figure is the RB set for which the first terminal device and the second terminal device are successfully LBTed at the same time, 701 in Figure 7 represents the starting resource group in the first PSCCH to be sent by the first terminal device, and 702 represents the starting resource group in the second PSCCH to be sent by the second terminal device. When the preset frequency domain reference position is the starting position of RB set 0 in the frequency domain (taking one position corresponding to one resource group as an example), if the offset of 701 relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is set to 0, and the offset of 702 relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is set to 1, and the number of resource groups between adjacent resource groups in the multiple resource groups configured by the first terminal device and the second terminal device, and the number of frequency domain units corresponding to each resource group in the multiple resource groups are the same, then the first PSCCH to be sent by the first terminal device and the second PSCCH to be sent by the second terminal device can be implemented in RB set 0 as shown in Figure 7. Frequency division multiplexing.

[0198] Optionally, if the first terminal device successfully LBTs RB set 0 and RB set 1 at the same time, and the second terminal device successfully LBTs RB set 0 and RB set 2 at the same time, then as shown in Figure 7, the resource occupancy of the first PSCCH to be sent by the first terminal device in RB set 0 is repeated in RB set 1, and the resource occupancy of the second PSCCH to be sent by the second terminal device in RB set 0 is repeated in RB set 2.

[0199] Optionally, the second terminal device and the third terminal device may be the same terminal device or different terminal devices, which is not limited in this application.

[0200] In another possible implementation manner, the first configuration information includes: one or more interleaved resource indexes corresponding to each first PSCCH.

[0201] It should be understood that interlace is a resource occupation method defined by 3GPP. For example, Figure 8 shows an RB set interlace diagram, taking an example where an RB set includes 105 consecutive RBs and the guard band between two consecutive RB sets includes 6 consecutive RBs. As shown in Figure 8, an RB set can be divided into 10 interlaces, whose resource indexes are interlace#0, interlace#1, ..., interlace#9. Each interlace can be understood as a set of RBs that are equally spaced in the frequency domain. For example, in RB set 0, the interlace with resource index interlace#3 includes 11 discontinuous RBs {RB#0, RB#10, RB#20, ..., RB#100}. If RB set 0 is the RB set in which the LBT of the first terminal device is successful, and the interleaving resource index included in the first configuration information of the first terminal device is interlace#3, then in RB set 0, one or more first PSCCHs are mapped to the time-frequency resources corresponding to {RB#0, RB#10, RB#20,…, RB#100}.

[0202] Optionally, if the first terminal device successfully LBTs RB set 0 and also successfully LBTs RB set 1, then the resource occupancy of at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 1 by the first terminal device may be the same as the resource occupancy of at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 0. The "same resource occupancy" here means that if the resource index of at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 0 is interlace#3, then the resource index of at least one first PSCCH mapped on RB set 1 is also interlace#3.

[0203] Optionally, for the guard band between two consecutive RB sets in which the first terminal device successfully performs LBT, the first PSCCH may be mapped on this part of the time-frequency resources or may not be mapped on this part of the time-frequency resources, and this application does not limit this.

[0204] Optionally, for the same terminal device, the configured interleaving resource index can be one or more, and the interleaving can be continuous (for example, interlace#3 and interlace#4) or discontinuous (for example, interlace#3 and interlace#5), which is not limited in this application.

[0205] In this configuration, if part or all of the resource block sets in multiple resource block sets are successfully LBTed by multiple terminal devices at the same time, frequency division multiplexing can be achieved by configuring different interleaving indices for each terminal device. For example, if RB set 0 in Figure 8 is an RB set in which the first terminal device and the second terminal device are successfully LBTed at the same time, the interleaving configured for the first terminal device is interlace#3, and the interleaving configured for the second terminal device is interlace#4, frequency division multiplexing of the first terminal device and the second terminal device can be achieved on RB set 0. It should be understood that if more terminal devices are successful in LBTing RB set 0 at the same time, different interleaving indices can be configured for each terminal device. Under the interleaving method shown in Figure 8, one RB set can be divided into 10 interlaces, allowing up to 10 different terminal devices to multiplex frequency domain resources at the same time.

[0206] It should be understood that the division method with RB as the basic unit of an interleave shown in Figure 8 is only exemplary. An interleave can correspond to a frequency domain unit of larger or smaller granularity (for example, an interleave basic unit can also be a subcarrier, and an interleave can include a set of subcarriers equally spaced in the frequency domain), and the interval between each basic unit in an interleave can also be larger or smaller (not limited to the interval of 9 consecutive RBs shown in Figure 8). This application does not make specific limitations on this.

[0207] As an optional embodiment, the first configuration information is agreed upon by a protocol, configured at the factory, or configured by the network device or other terminal device through signaling.

[0208] As an optional embodiment, the first information described in the above method 500 also includes a reference signal, and the reference signal is mapped to other time domain resources in the multiple resource block sets except the time domain resources occupied by the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0209] Optionally, if the PSCCH is mapped on a positioning-specific resource pool allocated in an unlicensed spectrum, the reference signal is SL-PRS; if the PSCCH is mapped on other resource pools, the reference signal can be any reference signal that can be sent on the side link, and this application does not limit this.

[0210] As an optional embodiment, the resource occupancy of the reference information in multiple resource block sets is configured based on second configuration information, and the second configuration information includes at least one of the following: the resource index of the reference signal; the comb value of the reference signal; or the resource element offset of the reference signal.

[0211] It should be understood that the resource index of a reference signal can be used to indicate the time-frequency resources that the reference signal can occupy; the comb value of a reference signal can be used to indicate the number of REs that separate two adjacent REs mapped by the reference signal in the frequency domain; and the resource element offset (RE offset) of a reference signal can be used to indicate the offset of multiple REs mapped by the reference signal relative to a preset resource element reference position. In the presence of multi-user multiplexing, different users can multiplex the time-frequency resources corresponding to the resource index by configuring the same resource index and comb value but different RE offsets.

[0212] As an optional embodiment, the first terminal device may also send second information, where the second information is used to indicate identification information of multiple resource block sets, or identification information of other resource block sets that fail to be detected by the LBT channel detection mechanism.

[0213] It should be understood that the second information includes an RB set index, which is used to indicate on which resource block sets the first terminal device successfully completed LBT.

[0214] Optionally, the second information may be sent in a unicast, multicast or broadcast manner, which is not limited in this application.

[0215] In an embodiment of the present application, the first terminal device sends a second message to other terminal devices to indicate on which resource block sets the first terminal device has successfully completed LBT, which is beneficial for other terminal devices to promptly know the occupancy status of the resource block sets and reduce the possibility of resource occupancy conflicts.

[0216] As an optional embodiment, the first terminal device may carry the second information on the sidelink control information SCI or the media access control layer control element MAC CE for transmission.

[0217] FIG9 is a schematic flow chart of another side communication method 900 provided in an embodiment of the present application. The method 900 can be applied to any of the communication systems shown in FIG1 , FIG2 , and FIG3 . The method 900 specifically includes the following steps:

[0218] S901. The first terminal device determines first information, where the first information includes multiple first PSCCHs mapped on a first resource block set.

[0219] S902: The first terminal device sends the first information; correspondingly, the third terminal device receives the first information.

[0220] S903. The third terminal device obtains at least one first PSCCH among the multiple first PSCCHs based on the first information.

[0221] In an embodiment of the present application, the first resource block set is a resource block set for which the first terminal device successfully performs LBT, and multiple first PSCCHs are mapped on the first resource block set.

[0222] In one possible implementation, the first terminal device successfully completes LBT on both the first resource block set and the second resource block set.

[0223] It should be understood that if the first terminal device succeeds in LBT on more resource block sets other than the first resource block set and the second resource block set, the resource occupancy method of multiple first PSCCHs on the first resource block set can be repeated on each resource block set where LBT succeeds, and no further details will be given.

[0224] As an optional embodiment, each of the multiple first PSCCHs described in the above method 900 occupies multiple consecutive resource groups.

[0225] Exemplarily, this embodiment is still described by taking the first PSCCH as the PSCCH for indicating SL-PRS as an example. As shown in Figure 10, Figure 10 shows the resource occupancy of multiple first PSCCHs on an RB set. In a possible implementation, the time-frequency resources that a first PSCCH needs to occupy may include 2 or 3 symbols in the time domain, and M consecutive resource groups in the frequency domain corresponding to the 2 or 3 symbols, and K consecutive resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in multiple first PSCCHs. When W first PSCCHs are mapped on the first resource block set, the bandwidth occupancy rate of the first PSCCH in an RB set = (the bandwidth corresponding to each resource group * M * W + the bandwidth corresponding to each resource group * K * (W-1)) / the total bandwidth of an RB set. It can be seen that by repeatedly mapping the first PSCCH multiple times in the frequency domain of the first resource block set provided by this application, the bandwidth occupied by the first terminal device sending the first PSCCH once is effectively lengthened, which is conducive to meeting the OCB requirements in the use of unlicensed spectrum.

[0226] As an optional embodiment, the resource occupancy of multiple first PSCCHs mapped in the above-mentioned first resource block set is configured based on third configuration information, and the third configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs; or, the number of multiple first PSCCHs.

[0227] It should be understood that the offset (PSCCH offset) of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is used to indicate the position of the multiple first PSCCHs in the first resource block set in the frequency domain relative to the preset frequency domain reference position, and the offset should be at least one unit equal to the number of multiple consecutive resource groups occupied by each of the multiple first PSCCHs. For example, if the first PSCCH occupies M consecutive resource groups, then regardless of the dimension from which the offset is defined, each offset should be at least one offset unit equal to the bandwidth corresponding to the M consecutive resource groups.

[0228] In one possible implementation, the preset frequency domain reference position involved in the third configuration information is the starting position of each subchannel in the first resource block set in the frequency domain. Still referring to Figure 10, the bandwidth of each subchannel should be at least greater than or equal to the bandwidth corresponding to M consecutive resource groups and less than or equal to the bandwidth corresponding to M+K consecutive resource groups. After the first resource block set is divided in the frequency domain dimension with subchannel granularity, the number of multiple first PSCCHs mapped in a resource block set is greater than or equal to the number of subchannels divided on the resource block set, and the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs mapped in a resource block set should be less than or equal to the difference between the number of all resource groups corresponding to a subchannel in the frequency domain and the number of resource groups corresponding to a first PSCCH.

[0229] Optionally, the preset reference frequency domain position may also be the starting position of each resource block set in the frequency domain or the center position of the entire resource pool in the frequency domain, which is not limited in this application.

[0230] In a possible implementation, the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the plurality of first PSCCHs, and / or the number of the plurality of first PSCCHs, is determined based on the time-frequency resources included in the first resource block set.

[0231] For example, taking an RB set including 105 consecutive RBs as an example, assuming that the bandwidth of a resource group in the frequency domain is the same as that of an RB, then an RB set includes 105 consecutive resource groups, and a first PSCCH occupies M consecutive resource groups. When an RB set allows X users to be multiplexed, the number of resource groups K between adjacent first PSCCHs in multiple first PSCCHs is ≥105 / ((X-1)*M); the number of multiple first PSCCHs is the number of times the first PSCCH is repeated in the first resource block set, that is, the number of multiple first PSCCHs is ≤105 / (M*X).

[0232] It should be understood that, in the case of K≥M, at least two users can be multiplexed in one resource block set.

[0233] As an optional embodiment, the first resource block set is also mapped with multiple second PSCCHs to be sent by the second terminal device; on the first resource block set, the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs to be sent by the first terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is different from the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs to be sent by the second terminal device relative to the preset reference frequency domain position, and the first resource block set is the resource block set that the second terminal device successfully detects through the LBT channel detection mechanism.

[0234] It should be understood that by configuring different PSCCH offsets for the first terminal device, frequency division multiplexing of the first terminal device and the second terminal device in the first resource block set and in the same time domain can be achieved.

[0235] As an optional embodiment, the third configuration information is agreed upon by a protocol, configured at the factory, or configured by the network device or other terminal device through signaling.

[0236] As an optional embodiment, the first information further includes a reference signal, where the reference signal is mapped to other time domain resources in the first resource block set except for the time domain resources occupied by the multiple first PSCCHs.

[0237] It should be understood that the reference signal type, configuration information, and multi-user multiplexing method are consistent with the description of the corresponding part of the reference signal in the above text, and will not be repeated here.

[0238] It should also be understood that in an embodiment of the present application, the first terminal device may also send a second message containing identification information of one or more RB sets indicating that the LBT of the first terminal device is successful. The method has been described above and will not be repeated here.

[0239] FIG11 is a schematic flow chart of another side communication method 1100 provided in an embodiment of the present application. The method 1100 can be applied to any of the communication systems shown in FIG1 , FIG2 and FIG3 . The method 1100 specifically includes the following steps:

[0240] S1101. The first terminal device determines first information, where the first information includes multiple first PSCCHs, and all or part of the multiple first PSCCHs are mapped to at least two consecutive resource block sets and a protection band between the at least two resource block sets.

[0241] S1102. The first terminal device sends the first information; correspondingly, the third terminal device receives the first information.

[0242] S1103. The third terminal device obtains multiple PSCCHs based on the first information.

[0243] It should be understood that when the first terminal device successfully performs LBT detection on two consecutive RB sets, the first terminal device can use the time-frequency resources corresponding to the protection band between the two consecutive RB sets to transmit data or signals.

[0244] Optionally, the first terminal device can successfully LBT at least two RB sets continuously. If three RB sets are successfully LBTed continuously, the two protection bands formed by these three RB sets can be used for data transmission. If all RB sets included in a resource pool are successfully LBTed at the same time, the time-frequency resources corresponding to the resource pool can be used by the first terminal device. This application does not limit the number of RB sets that can successfully LBT at the same time.

[0245] In one possible implementation, the first terminal device only successfully LBTs two consecutive RB sets. At this time, the multiple first PSCCHs included in the first information are all mapped to the two consecutive resource block sets and the protection band between the two resource block sets.

[0246] In another possible implementation, the first terminal device LBT successfully maps two consecutive RB sets and another RB set that is discontinuous with the two RB sets. Then, part of the multiple first PSCCHs included in the above first information are mapped on the two resource block sets and the protection band between the two resource block sets, while the other part of the first PSCCHs are mapped on another RB set that is discontinuous with the two RB sets.

[0247] In an embodiment of the present application, all or part of the multiple first PSCCHs included in the first information are mapped onto at least two consecutive resource block sets and the protection band between the at least two resource block sets.

[0248] As an optional embodiment, each of the multiple first PSCCHs occupies multiple consecutive resource groups. The "resource group" involved here has been mentioned above and has the same meaning, so it will not be repeated here.

[0249] As an optional embodiment, the resource occupancy of multiple first PSCCHs is configured based on third configuration information, and the third configuration information includes one or more of the following: the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position; the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs; or, the number of multiple first PSCCHs.

[0250] It should be understood that the offset of the starting resource group in the multiple first PSCCHs relative to the preset reference frequency domain position is used to indicate the time-frequency resource positions mapped by the multiple first PSCCHs; the number of resource groups between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs is used to indicate the size of the interval between adjacent first PSCCHs; the number of multiple first PSCCHs is used to indicate the number of repetitions of the first PSCCH in a resource block set or in all resource block sets. Optionally, the preset reference frequency domain position can also be the starting position of each resource block set in the frequency domain, the center position of the entire resource pool in the frequency domain, or the starting position of each subchannel in each resource block set in the frequency domain, which is not limited in this application.

[0251] As an optional embodiment, the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in multiple first PSCCHs, and / or the number of multiple first PSCCHs, is determined based on the time-frequency resources included in at least two consecutive resource block sets and the protection band between at least two resource block sets.

[0252] The following is a description of the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in multiple first PSCCHs and the process of determining the number of multiple first PSCCHs in conjunction with Figure 12. As shown in Figure 12, exemplarily, the first PSCCH is a PSCCH used to indicate SL-PRS, an RB set can be divided into Y consecutive resource groups in the frequency domain, and the protection band can be divided into Z consecutive resource groups in the frequency domain. The time-frequency resources that a first PSCCH needs to occupy may include 2 or 3 symbols in the time domain, and M consecutive resource groups in the frequency domain corresponding to the 2 or 3 symbols. The number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in multiple first PSCCHs is K. The first terminal device simultaneously performs LBT detection on RB set 0, RB set 1, RB set 2, and RB set 3.

[0253] One possible detection result is that the first terminal device successfully performs LBT on RB set 0 and RB set 1, but fails LBT on RB set 2 and RB set 3. RB set 0 and RB set 1 are two consecutive RB sets. In this case, the first terminal device transmits on RB set 0 and RB set 1, where LBT succeeded, and on the guard band between these two RB sets. When calculating the number of multiple first PSCCHs mapped on RB set 0 and RB set 1 and the protection band between the two RB sets, and the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs, all resource groups corresponding to RB set 0 and RB set 1 and the protection band between the two RB sets can be used as a benchmark, and when calculating, the number of users allowed to multiplex the time-frequency resources is considered to be X. Then, a possible way to determine the number of resource groups K spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs is: K≥(X-1)*M; a possible way to determine the number of multiple first PSCCHs, that is, the number of repetitions G of the first PSCCH on RB set 0 and RB set 1 and the protection band between the two RB sets is G≥(2*Y+Z) / (M*X).

[0254] Another possible detection result is that the first terminal device successfully LBTs RB set 0 and RB set 1, and also successfully LBTs RB set 3, and fails LBT on RB set 2. Then, the first terminal device transmits on RB set 0 and RB set 1, the protection band between RB set 0 and RB set 1, and RB set 3 where LBT succeeds. The method for determining the number of multiple first PSCCHs on RB set 0 and RB set 1 and the protection band between RB set 0 and RB set 1, and the number of resource groups spaced between adjacent first PSCCHs in the multiple first PSCCHs can be the same as the determination method when the first terminal device only successfully LBTs RB set 0 and RB set 1. As for the multiple first PSCCHs mapped on RB set 3, their resource occupancy can repeat the resource occupancy of the multiple first PSCCHs in RB set 0 or RB set 1, or can be determined separately according to the method corresponding to Figure 10 (the method of repeatedly mapping multiple first PSCCHs in one RB set), which is not limited in this application. Optionally, in this case, the third configuration information may include two groups, one group for indicating the resource occupancy of multiple first PSCCHs on at least two consecutive RB sets and the protection band between the at least two RB sets, and one group for indicating the resource occupancy of multiple first PSCCHs on an independent RB set, but this application is not limited to this.

[0255] It should be understood that in an embodiment of the present application, the protection band between two consecutive resource block sets may be mapped with the first PSCCH or may not be mapped. In the case where the protection band between two consecutive resource block sets is mapped with the first PSCCH, the protection band may be mapped to a complete first PSCCH or may be part of the first PSCCH. This application does not limit this.

[0256] It should also be understood that the configuration method of the third configuration information, the time division multiplexing method with the first PSCCH when the first information also includes a reference signal, the multi-user multiplexing method based on the PSCCH offset when multiple users successfully perform LBT on a resource block set at the same time, the method and content of the first terminal device sending the second message to other terminal devices, etc., have all been described above, and the process is similar, so they will not be repeated here.
