In many cases, the multimedia content delivered to users by internet platforms may not be what the users want to watch, and the delivered multimedia content cannot be accurately and efficiently adjusted. In view of this, the present disclosure provides an information feedback method that can more efficiently and accurately deliver multimedia content to users. The present disclosure provides an information feedback method, which will be described below in conjunction with Figures 1 to 21. Figure 1 is a flowchart of some embodiments of the information feedback method of the present disclosure. As shown in Figure 1, the method of this embodiment includes steps S102 to S108. In step S102, first multimedia content is displayed. The first multimedia content may be, for example, text, images, or videos, or a combination thereof. The first multimedia content may be selected from a database according to a preset policy and sent to a client for display. The preset policy may be the adjustment policy corresponding to the candidate feedback information previously selected by the user, or other policies, without limitation. The first multimedia content may be displayed in a multimedia content display interface (page). The multimedia content display interface may be dedicated to displaying multimedia content selected according to the preset policy or candidate feedback information. In step S104, in response to the satisfaction of a preset trigger condition, first candidate feedback information is displayed. In some embodiments, the first candidate feedback information includes natural language information associated with one or more multimedia content sent to the user. The first candidate feedback information describes the first adjustment policy for the multimedia content sent to the user. The one or more multimedia content includes the first multimedia content. For example, the first candidate feedback information is a sentence generated based on relevant information about one or more multimedia contents. The relevant information may include title, summary, content, category, etc., without limitation to the examples given. The first candidate feedback information may include words describing the one or more multimedia contents. The relevant information about the one or more multimedia contents may be input into a machine learning model (e.g., a neural network model) to generate output first candidate feedback information. If the neural network model outputs multiple pieces of feedback information, the multiple pieces of feedback information may be sorted according to a preset ranking method (e.g., from highest to lowest relevance to the one or more multimedia contents), and a preset number of pieces of feedback information may be selected from the sorted order as the first candidate feedback information. In some embodiments, the first candidate feedback information is determined based on the category of the first multimedia content, or based on the categories of multiple multimedia contents sent to the user within a preset time range. The multiple multimedia contents sent to the user within the preset time range may include the first multimedia content. For example, based on the identifier of the first multimedia content, a database may be queried for the category corresponding to the stored identifier of the first multimedia content, or the type of the first multimedia content may be identified using a machine learning model (e.g., a neural network), without limitation to the examples given. The categories of multiple multimedia contents can be determined in a similar manner, which will not be described in detail here. One multimedia content can correspond to multiple categories, and there can be multiple pieces of first candidate feedback information, each piece of first candidate feedback information can correspond to a different category. If multiple multimedia contents correspond to multiple categories, there may be multiple pieces of first candidate feedback information, each corresponding to a different category. For example, the natural language information associated with one or more multimedia contents sent to the user in the first candidate feedback information may be a term representing a category. A natural language description sentence can be generated using a machine learning model based on the term representing the category and used as the first candidate feedback information. In some embodiments, the first adjustment strategy includes at least one of the following: the adjusted quantity of multimedia content sent to the user, the adjusted type, the adjustment effective time range, the adjustment degree, and the source of the adjusted multimedia content. For example, the adjusted quantity can be represented by "more" or "less"; the adjusted type can represent the type of multimedia content, such as animals or plants; the adjustment effective time range can be within one week; the adjustment degree can be a minor adjustment; and the source of the adjusted multimedia content can be obtained from users followed by the user. There may be multiple pieces of first candidate feedback information, each of which can include natural language information associated with one or more multimedia contents sent to the user. The different content of the multiple first candidate feedback messages corresponds to different first adjustment strategies. Different first candidate feedback information may include natural language information associated with the same multimedia content, or may include natural language information associated with different multimedia content. In some embodiments, when receiving (responding to) a user's interactive operation on one or more multimedia content, the bias of the first adjustment policy is determined based on the type of the user's interactive operation on the one or more multimedia content. For example, the types of interactive operations are categorized into positive and negative. Positive interactive operations may indicate a user's positive emotional bias toward the one or more multimedia content, such as "like," "comment," "share," "favorite," "complete," and so on, without limitation. Negative interactive operations may indicate a user's negative emotional bias toward the one or more multimedia content, such as "skip" (display time below a threshold), "downvote," and so on, without limitation. Priority can be set for positive and negative interactive operations. If both positive and negative interactive operations are generated for a given multimedia content, the type of interactive operation corresponding to the multimedia content is determined based on the priority. For example, if negative interaction operations have a higher priority, then for multimedia content that generates both positive and negative interaction operations, the corresponding interaction operation type is determined to be a negative interaction operation. For multiple multimedia contents, if the types of interaction operations generated vary, different first candidate feedback information can be used for each multimedia content to describe first adjustment strategies with different tendencies. The bias of the first adjustment policy can also be determined based on the type of interaction operation with the largest number of corresponding multimedia contents. The bias of the first adjustment policy can be used to indicate the strength of the relationship between the adjusted multimedia content and one or more multimedia contents already sent to the user. If the type of user interaction operation on one or more multimedia contents is positive, the bias of the first adjustment policy is positive, indicating that the adjusted multimedia content has a strong relationship with the one or more multimedia contents already sent to the user. If the type of user interaction operation on one or more multimedia contents is negative, the bias of the first adjustment policy is negative, indicating that the adjusted multimedia content has a weak or no relationship with the one or more multimedia contents already sent to the user. In some embodiments, second candidate feedback information is displayed, where the second candidate feedback information uses fixed natural language information to describe the second adjustment policy for the multimedia contents sent to the user. The bias of the second adjustment policy is determined based on the type of user interaction operation on the one or more multimedia contents. The second candidate feedback information can be general feedback information, and second candidate feedback information with different biases can be set. For multiple multimedia contents, if the corresponding interaction operation types are the same, the corresponding second candidate feedback information can be the same. For example, satisfying a preset trigger condition includes receiving a preset user action, the display time of the first multimedia content reaching a preset duration, and the like. Satisfying the preset trigger condition may also include: the number of multimedia contents displayed within a unit time granularity reaching a first threshold, the number of times candidate feedback information is displayed for the user within a preset time range falling below a second threshold, and the like. For example, if 20 multimedia contents are displayed in a day, the preset trigger condition is satisfied. For a user, if no candidate feedback information is displayed within seven days, the preset trigger condition is satisfied. In some embodiments, a first user action on the first multimedia content is received; if the first action is a preset interaction action, a second user action on the first multimedia content is received; if the second action is a preset trigger action, it is determined that the preset trigger condition is satisfied, and the first candidate feedback information is displayed. For example, the preset interaction action may include a preset positive interaction action and / or a preset negative interaction action. A preset positive interaction action may indicate a positive user sentiment toward the first multimedia content, such as a like, comment (posting a review), share, favorite, or complete viewing, and the like. The examples are not limited thereto. The preset negative interaction operation may represent a user's negative emotional inclination toward the first multimedia content, such as skipping (display time below a threshold), giving a negative review, etc., and is not limited to the examples cited. For example, the preset trigger operation may be clicking a trigger control, scrolling down to exit the display page of the first multimedia content, etc., and is not limited to the examples cited. In some embodiments, a third user operation on first multimedia content is received, and a first interactive control is displayed; a user operation on the first interactive control is received; and in response to receiving the user operation on the first interactive control, a predetermined trigger condition is determined to be satisfied, and first candidate feedback information is displayed. Examples of the third operation include a click or a long press, but are not limited to these examples. As shown in FIG2A , the first interactive control can be displayed in an interactive options interface, which can be a panel displayed on the page displaying the first multimedia content. The interactive options interface can also include other controls, such as a download control for downloading the first multimedia content, a negative review control for indicating a lack of interest in the first multimedia content, a share control for sharing the first multimedia content through different channels, and a send control for sending the first multimedia content to different users, but are not limited to these examples. The user can display the first candidate feedback information by clicking the first interactive control. The first candidate feedback information can be displayed in a feedback information display interface, which can be a separate page from the multimedia content display page, or a window or panel displayed additionally on the multimedia content display page, but are not limited to these examples. The feedback information display interface is a page independent of the multimedia content display page. It can be another page displayed after leaving the first multimedia content display page by swiping down, for example. The feedback information display interface can be a multimedia content display page used to display first candidate feedback information. That is, the feedback information display page and the multimedia content display page are of the same type and are configured within a group of pages corresponding to the same option (for example, option 2 shown in FIG2B ). As shown in FIG2B , the feedback information display interface is an independent page and includes multiple pieces of first candidate feedback information. The feedback information display interface may also include a title prompting feedback on one or more multimedia content items. For example, the title may be "Do you like this (or these) videos?" Multiple pieces of first candidate feedback information may be displayed below the title. Related information about the first multimedia content, such as images, text, or videos of the first multimedia content, may also be displayed. The feedback information display interface may also include second candidate feedback information. The feedback information display interface also includes a second interactive control, which can access the same interface as the first interactive control, as described in subsequent embodiments. The feedback information display interface can be a window or panel additionally displayed on the multimedia content display page. For example, the feedback information display interface is displayed by triggering the first interactive control. As shown in FIG2C , the feedback information display interface is a panel additionally displayed on the multimedia content display page and includes multiple pieces of first candidate feedback information. The feedback information display interface may also include a title prompting users to provide feedback on one or more multimedia content items, or prompting users to adjust the received multimedia content through the current interface. For example, the title may be "Custom Subscription Feed." The feedback information display interface may include an interactive area, where user input is received and the multimedia content adjusted based on the input information is displayed. The input information is then machine-interpreted to determine the adjustment method for the multimedia content. The interactive area may also include an interactive mode switch control, where user operation on the interactive mode switch control is received and a prompt icon and interface for the switched interactive mode is displayed. For example, the interactive mode may be voice or text, as shown in Figure 2C . In some embodiments, the switch control is displayed; user operation on the switch control is received; and third candidate feedback information after the switch is displayed. The third candidate feedback information includes natural language information associated with one or more multimedia content items sent to the user, and the third candidate feedback information describes a third adjustment strategy for the multimedia content sent to the user. For example, as shown in Figures 2B and 2C , the feedback information display interface includes a switch control. Triggering the switch control switches one or more candidate feedback information items. The format of the feedback information display interface can be configured according to actual needs and is not limited to the examples described above. In step S106, a user selection operation for the first candidate feedback information is received. For example, a user click on the first candidate feedback information is received to confirm the user's selection of the first candidate feedback information. User selection operations for the second candidate feedback information and the third candidate feedback information may also be received. In step S108, second multimedia content is displayed, where the second multimedia content is selected based on the first adjustment policy. For example, if the first candidate feedback information is "Show more videos about Chinese food," the second multimedia content may be videos about Chinese food. The second multimedia content may be selected based on the category included in the first candidate feedback information or the first adjustment policy. A database may be searched for multimedia content corresponding to the category included in the first candidate feedback information or the first adjustment policy, and the second multimedia content may be selected. The categories of each multimedia content in the database may be pre-identified using a neural network model, and the multimedia content may be stored with the corresponding category. In some embodiments, in response to receiving the user selection operation for the first candidate feedback information, a first prompt is displayed, where the first prompt indicates that the first candidate feedback information has been recorded. The first candidate feedback information may be recorded in the history record. After the recorded first candidate feedback information takes effect, the second multimedia content is displayed. As shown in FIG2D , a first prompt message “Recorded” in text form may pop up.The first prompt information can also be a check mark or other form of prompt. The user can select multiple first candidate feedback information items. After each first candidate feedback information item, the first prompt information can be displayed in the form of a prompt mark, and the first prompt information can also be displayed in text form. In some embodiments, upon receiving a user's cancellation of a first candidate feedback information item, a second prompt information is displayed or the first prompt information is canceled. The second prompt information can be a cancellation of the first prompt information in the form of a prompt mark, or a text prompt. For example, upon receiving a user's click again on the selected first candidate feedback information item, the check mark disappears or the text "Cancelled" appears. This example is not limiting. In some embodiments, if the number of items recorded in the history record reaches a preset number, a third prompt information is displayed. The third prompt information indicates that the preset number of items recorded in the history record has been reached. In some embodiments, the user receives a third prompt information; displays the history record; receives a user's deletion of one or more items in the history record; and displays the history record after deleting the one or more items. As shown in Figure 2E , if the number of records in the history reaches a preset number, a third prompt message may pop up, and the first prompt message may not be displayed. A user action such as clicking on the third prompt message may be received, and the history record may be displayed, as shown in Figure 2F . The history record display interface may include multiple records, each of which may display recorded candidate feedback information. Each record may have a corresponding delete control. Upon receiving a user action to delete one or more records in the history record, the history record after the deletion of the one or more records may be displayed. The history record interface may also include a title, such as "History Record." Closing the history record display interface may return to the multimedia content playback interface or the feedback information display interface. In some embodiments, a user action on the interface displaying the first candidate feedback information is received; second multimedia content is displayed. The interface displaying the first candidate feedback information, i.e., the feedback information display interface, may receive a user action such as closing the feedback information display interface, scrolling down, etc., to return to the multimedia content display interface and display the second multimedia content. In some embodiments, when the feedback information display interface includes an interactive area, in response to a user selecting the first candidate feedback information, the first candidate feedback information is displayed in the interactive area; a user confirmation operation for the first candidate feedback information is received; and second multimedia content is displayed. In some embodiments, in response to the user confirming the first candidate feedback information, adjustment information corresponding to the first candidate feedback information is displayed; a user confirmation operation for the adjustment information is received; and second multimedia content is displayed. As shown in Figure 2C, the feedback information display interface includes an interactive area. Receiving a user's selection of the first candidate feedback information can fill the interactive area with the first candidate feedback information, entering editing mode and simultaneously displaying an input control (e.g., a keyboard), as shown in Figure 2G. A confirmation control can also be displayed to receive the user's confirmation of the first candidate feedback information. After receiving the user's confirmation of the first candidate feedback information, adjustment information can be displayed, as shown in Figure 2H. A confirmation control and a cancel control can be displayed below the adjustment information. Upon receiving the user's confirmation, the interface returns to the multimedia content display interface, displaying the second multimedia content. Upon receiving the user's cancel, the interface returns to the previous page, such as the page shown in Figure 2G. The adjustment information and the first candidate feedback information can describe the first adjustment strategy from different perspectives. For example, the first candidate feedback information can describe the desired adjustment from the user's perspective, while the adjustment information can describe the upcoming adjustment from the platform's perspective. The conversion between the adjustment information and the first candidate feedback information can be performed using a natural language processing model. The above-described embodiment, by receiving multiple user confirmations and converting information, can more accurately understand user feedback and improve the accuracy of multimedia content adjustment. In some embodiments, a user selection operation for the second candidate feedback information is received; and third multimedia content is displayed, where the third multimedia content is selected based on the second adjustment policy. In some embodiments, a user selection operation for the third candidate feedback information is received; and fourth multimedia content is displayed, where the fourth multimedia content is selected based on the third adjustment policy. The process of receiving the user selection operation for the second candidate feedback information and displaying the third multimedia content, or the process of receiving the user selection operation for the third candidate feedback information and displaying the fourth multimedia content, can be described in detail in the above embodiments and will not be further described here. In some embodiments, while the first candidate feedback information is displayed in the interactive area, a user edit operation is received, and the edited candidate feedback information is displayed. Machine interpretation is performed on the edited candidate feedback information to determine an adjustment method for the multimedia content. A user confirmation operation for the edited candidate feedback information is received, and the multimedia content selected based on the adjustment method is displayed. In the above embodiment, while the first multimedia content is being displayed, in response to the satisfaction of a preset trigger condition, first candidate feedback information is displayed. The first candidate feedback information includes natural language information associated with one or more multimedia contents sent to the user and is used to describe a first adjustment policy for the multimedia content sent to the user. After receiving a user selection operation in response to the first candidate feedback information, second multimedia content selected and sent according to the first adjustment policy is displayed. The methods of the above embodiments can efficiently and accurately receive user feedback regarding one or more multimedia content items sent, and quickly and accurately adjust the sent multimedia content, thereby improving the efficiency and accuracy of multimedia content sent to users. As mentioned in the above embodiments, the feedback information display interface can be implemented in various ways. If the feedback information display interface does not include an interactive area, a second interactive control can be displayed, and upon receiving a user's triggering of the second interactive control, the user enters the feedback information display interface with the interactive area. In some embodiments, the second interactive control is displayed; a user's operation on the second interactive control is received; and the interactive area and fourth candidate feedback information are displayed. The fourth candidate feedback information includes natural language information associated with the one or more multimedia content items sent to the user, and the fourth candidate feedback information is used to describe a fourth adjustment strategy for the multimedia content sent to the user. In some embodiments, the fourth candidate feedback information is determined based on the categories of the multiple multimedia content items sent to the user within a preset time range. For details, please refer to the above embodiments and will not be further described here. As shown in 2C, when the first control is used to enter the feedback information display interface with the interactive area, the first candidate feedback information is displayed. When the second control is used to enter the feedback information display page with the interactive area, the fourth candidate feedback information may be displayed. The fourth candidate feedback information may be the same as or different from the first candidate feedback information. When the neural network model outputs multiple pieces of feedback information, the multiple pieces of feedback information may be sorted according to a preset method.
[0002] The feedback information is sorted (for example, by relevance to one or more daily content items, from highest to lowest). A preset number of feedback information items are selected as first candidate feedback information items according to the sorting order. When a feedback information display page with an interactive area is accessed via the second control, candidate feedback information items following the first candidate feedback information are selected as fourth candidate feedback information items according to the sorting order. In some embodiments, a user confirmation operation is received for the fourth candidate feedback information; and fifth multimedia content is displayed, where the fifth multimedia content is selected based on a fourth adjustment policy. In some embodiments, in response to the user's confirmation operation for the fourth candidate feedback information, adjustment information corresponding to the fourth candidate feedback information is displayed; a user confirmation operation for the adjustment information is received; and in response to the user's confirmation operation for the adjustment information, the fifth multimedia content is displayed. The details of the selection and confirmation process for the first candidate feedback information are described in detail here and will not be further described. In some embodiments, the second interactive control may include an interactive mode switching sub-control that receives a user operation on the interactive mode switching sub-control and displays interfaces for different interactive modes. For example, if the interactive mode is text input, a feedback information display interface with an interactive area is displayed; if the interactive mode is voice input, a voice input interface is displayed. As shown in Figure 21, the voice input interface includes a voice input area and a cancel control. When a user triggers voice input, the system determines whether microphone permission is granted. If microphone permission is granted, the system directly begins recording. If microphone permission is denied, an authorization prompt is displayed to the user; otherwise, voice input is unavailable. The authorization process is performed based on user input. Before microphone permission is granted, each voice input trigger requires authorization. The authorization prompt can appear as a pop-up window, and controls such as authorization and disabling controls can be set. The user can click the authorization control to directly authorize the user or enter the settings interface for authorization settings. When recording begins, the system determines whether voice input is complete based on the duration of the user's voice cessation. For example, if there is no voice input within the 'Is' window, recording is complete. The voice recognition results can be displayed in real time in the voice input area, and an animation or text indicating that the recording is in progress can be displayed as a recording prompt. If the voice recognition results exceed the preset character count, scrolling or sliding display is supported. When recording begins, if no user voice is received within the preset duration, recording is considered unsuccessful, and a failure prompt is displayed. When the reception is completed or interrupted, a feedback information display page with an interactive area may be displayed, and the speech recognition result may be displayed in the interactive area.In some embodiments, a history entry control can be displayed on the display interface of the adjusted multimedia content (e.g., the second multimedia content, the third multimedia content, the fourth multimedia content, the fifth multimedia content), etc.; a user operation on the history entry control can be received; and the history records can be displayed, where the history records include first candidate feedback information. In some embodiments, a user deletion operation on one or more records in the history records can be received; and the history records after the one or more records are deleted can be displayed. For details on the display of the history records, please refer to the aforementioned embodiments and will not be described in detail here.
