Data processing system, data processing device, data processing method, operating condition evaluation system, operating condition evaluation method, data collection device, program provision method, maintenance planning method, maintenance plan provision method, and billing method

[0001] The present invention relates to a data processing system, a data processing device, a data processing method, a driving state evaluation system, a driving state evaluation method, a data collection device, a program providing method, a maintenance planning method, a maintenance plan providing method, and a billing method.

[0002] Conventionally, in a water supply device that includes an inverter that drives a motor connected to the pump device and a control unit that controls the inverter, an operational abnormality of the pump unit has been detected. For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a water supply device that includes a memory unit that stores details of the operational abnormality as record data when an operational abnormality of the pump unit is detected, and a display unit that displays the record data stored in the memory unit.

[0003] JP 2009-275367 A

[0004] The water supply device disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a display unit on the water supply device itself, so if a user manages multiple pump devices, they must visit the installation site of each pump device and check the recorded data. Furthermore, simply recording the detection of an operational abnormality in the recorded data may not clearly identify the cause of the abnormality or the countermeasures, and it also makes it difficult to implement predictive maintenance. Furthermore, if an older model water supply device does not have a recording unit and a display unit, retrofitting them requires cost and effort. Furthermore, although the water supply device disclosed in Patent Document 1 has a display unit on the water supply device itself, it is difficult for the user to correctly evaluate the operating status of each pump device.

[0005] In view of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a data processing system, a data processing device, a data processing method, an operating state evaluation system, an operating state evaluation method, a data collection device, a program provision method, a maintenance planning method, a maintenance plan provision method, and a billing method that enable easy management of multiple load control devices.

[0006] In order to achieve the above object, a data processing system according to a first aspect of the present invention is a data processing system comprising a plurality of load control devices and a data processing device configured to be able to communicate with the plurality of said load control devices, wherein each of the plurality of said load control devices comprises: an inverter that drives a motor connected to the load device, and a load side communication unit configured to be able to communicate with the said data processing device; a load side memory unit capable of storing operating information when the inverter drives the motor to operate the said load device; and a load side control unit that performs operating information control processing to store the operating information in the load side memory unit and transmit the operating information stored in the load side memory unit to the data processing device, and the said data processing device comprises: a management side communication unit configured to be able to communicate with the plurality of said load control devices; a management side memory unit with a larger memory capacity than the load side memory unit and capable of storing the operating information for each of said load control devices; and a management side control unit that performs operating information reception processing to store the operating information received from each of the plurality of said load control devices in the management side memory unit for each of said load control devices.

[0007] Furthermore, in order to achieve the above object, a data processing system according to a second aspect of the present invention is a data processing system comprising: a load control device; a data processing device configured to be able to communicate with the load control device; and a data collecting device configured to be able to communicate with the data processing device, wherein the load control device comprises: an inverter that drives a motor connected to a load device, and a load side communication unit configured to be able to communicate with the data processing device; a load side memory unit capable of storing operation information when the inverter drives the motor to operate the load device; and a load side control unit that performs operation information control processing to store the operation information in the load side memory unit and transmit the operation information stored in the load side memory unit to the data processing device, wherein the data processing device comprises: a management side communication unit configured to be able to communicate with the load control device and the data collecting device; a management side memory unit capable of storing the operation information for each load control device; and a management side control unit that performs operation information reception processing to store the operation information received from the load control device in the management side memory for each load control device, wherein the data collecting device comprises: a data collection communication unit configured to be able to communicate with the data processing device; The system is equipped with a data collection memory unit capable of storing the operating information for each load control device, and a data collection control unit that performs operating information reception processing to store the operating information received from the data processing device in the data collection memory unit for each load control device, and evaluates the operating state of the load control device by comparing the operating information stored in the data collection memory unit with the operating information when the load device is operated.

[0008] According to the data processing system of the first aspect of the present invention, in each of the plurality of load control devices, operation information when the inverter drives the motor to operate the load device is transmitted to the data processing device. Then, in the data processing device, the operation information received from each of the plurality of load control devices is stored in a management-side memory unit for each load control device. Therefore, the plurality of load control devices can be easily managed.

[0009] Furthermore, in a data processing system according to a second aspect of the present invention, each of the plurality of load control devices transmits operation information when the inverter drives the motor to operate the load device to the data processing device. The data processing device then stores the operation information received from each of the plurality of load control devices in a management-side memory unit. The data collection device then collects and stores the operation data stored in the management-side memory unit, and can easily evaluate the operating state of the load device to be evaluated based on the stored operation data and the operation data of the load device to be evaluated.

[0012] Hereinafter, an embodiment for carrying out the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The scope necessary for the explanation to achieve the object of the present invention will be schematically shown, and the scope necessary for explaining the relevant parts of the present invention will be mainly explained, and the parts that are omitted from the explanation will be based on publicly known techniques.

[0013] 1 is an overall configuration diagram showing an example of a data processing system 1 according to a first embodiment. The data processing system 1 functions as a system for managing, by a data processing device 3, a load control device 2 that controls the operation of a pump device 10 serving as a load device.

[0014] The data processing system 1 mainly comprises a plurality of load control devices 2 and a data processing device 3 configured to be able to communicate with the plurality of load control devices 2. The plurality of load control devices 2 and the data processing device 3 are configured, for example, as general-purpose or dedicated computers (see FIG. 6 described later), and are configured to be able to mutually send and receive various data via a network 4.

[0015] The pump device 10 is a device that transfers any fluid. The pump device 10 is used, for example, as infrastructure facilities such as water supply and sewerage systems, water supply and drainage facilities installed in buildings, and plant facilities installed in plants for oil refineries, power generation, manufacturing, chemical processes, and the like. The pump device 10 is composed of, for example, an impeller, a rotating shaft, bearings, mechanical seals, gland packing, a casing, piping, and the like. Note that the pump device 10 is an example of a load device, and load devices other than the pump device 10 may also be used.

[0016] The plurality of pump devices 10, each controlled by a plurality of load control devices 2, are distributed at any installation location. The range of distribution may be, for example, within an area separated by administrative districts, within a business establishment such as a factory, or across multiple areas separated by distance. The number of pump devices 10 and load control devices 2 is not limited to the example shown in FIG. 1.

[0017] The motor 11 is a device mechanically connected to the pump device 10 via a connecting mechanism 110 such as a coupling, a joint, a bearing, etc. The motor 11 is configured as any type of motor such as an induction motor or a synchronous motor.

[0018] The inverter 12 is a device electrically connected to the motor 11 and drives the motor 11 using power supplied from a power source (not shown). The inverter 12 controls the operating frequency, output torque, etc. of the motor 11 in accordance with setting information D1 (set frequency, set torque, etc.) set by the load control device 2.

[0019] The load control device 2 is electrically connected to the inverter 12 and controls the operation of the pump device 10 by driving the motor 11 via the inverter 12. In this case, the load control device 2 controls the operation of the pump device 10 in accordance with setting information D1 when operating the pump device 10. The load control device 2 also stores operation information D2 when operating the pump device 10.

[0020] The load control device 2 is attached to any position of a housing that supports or houses the pump device 10, the motor 11, and the inverter 12. The load control device 2 is configured, for example, as a control panel including an embedded computer. The load control device 2 may be configured integrally with at least one of the motor 11 and the inverter 12, or may be configured to be replaceable with or retrofittable to the motor 11 and the inverter 12.

[0021] The data processing device 3 is used by users such as managers of the pump devices 10 or inspection and repair workers, and transmits and receives various data to and from the multiple load control devices 2. The data processing device 3 is configured, for example, as a stationary computer or a portable computer. The data processing device 3 may be installed and used in an area or business where multiple pump devices 10 are distributed, or may be installed and used in a remote location away from such an area or business.

[0022] The data processing device 3 has applications, browsers, and other programs installed, accepts various input operations, and displays on a display screen various information such as setting information D1 of each load control device 2 and operation information D2 collected from each load control device 2. At this time, each of the multiple load control devices 2 is assigned device identification information (device ID) for identifying the load control device 2, and the data processing device 3 manages communication with each load control device 2 and various information based on the device ID assigned to each load control device 2.

[0023] The network 4 is configured using wired or wireless communication, or a combination of wired and wireless communication, according to any communication standard. Specifically, for example, a standardized communication network such as the Internet, a communication network managed within a building such as a local network, or a combination of these communication networks can be used. Furthermore, an international standard is typically used as the communication standard for wireless communication. Examples of international standard communication methods that can be used include IEEE 802.15.4, IEEE 802.15.1, IEEE 802.15.11a, 11b, 11g, 11n, 11ac, 11ad, ISO / IEC 14513-3-10, and IEEE 802.15.4g. In addition, methods such as Bluetooth (registered trademark), Bluetooth Low Energy, Wi-Fi, ZigBee (registered trademark), Sub-GHz, EnOcean (registered trademark), LTE, and 5G can also be used.

[0024] (Configuration of the load control device 2) Fig. 2 is a block diagram showing an example of the load control device 2. Fig. 3 is a data configuration diagram showing an example of the setting information D1 and the operation information D2 stored in the load side storage unit 21.

[0025] The load control device 2 includes a load-side communication unit 20 configured to be able to communicate with the inverter 12 and the data processing device 3, a load-side memory unit 21 capable of storing various data and programs, a load-side control unit 22 that performs various processes, and a sensor group 23 that measures various physical quantities when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11. Note that the load control device 2 may include at least one of the motor 11 and the inverter 12 as a component.

[0026] The load-side communication unit 20 functions as a first communication interface that transmits and receives various data to and from the inverter 12 via wired or wireless communication. The load-side communication unit 20 also functions as a second communication interface that transmits and receives various data to and from the data processing device 3 via the network 4.

[0027] The sensor group 23 is provided in each of the pump device 10, the motor 11, and the inverter 12, and measures, for example, pressure, flow rate, temperature, vibration value, rotation angle, torque, current value, voltage value, environmental sound, etc. The sensor group 23 is composed of, for example, a pressure sensor, a flow rate sensor, a temperature sensor, a vibration sensor, a rotation angle sensor, a torque sensor, a current sensor, a voltage sensor, a sound sensor, etc.

[0028] The installation position of each sensor is determined depending on the physical quantity to be measured. For example, the pressure sensor and flow rate sensor are provided upstream or downstream of the pipe through which the fluid transported by the pump device 10 flows to measure the pressure and flow rate of the fluid. The temperature sensor is attached to the motor 11 to measure the temperature of the motor 11. The vibration sensor is attached to the motor 11 to measure the vibration value of the motor 11. The current sensor and voltage sensor are attached to the motor 11 or the inverter 12 to measure the current and voltage values supplied to the motor 11.

[0029] The load side memory unit 21 can store setting information D1 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11 to operate the pump device 10, operating information D2 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11 to operate the pump device 10, and a load control program 210.

[0030] The setting information D1 is data that records setting values for various setting items related to the pump device 10, the motor 11, or the inverter 12 when the pump device 10 is operated.

[0031] The setting information D1 includes at least one of control quantity setting information that sets the control quantity when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11, threshold setting information that sets thresholds when controlling the operating state of the pump device 10 or determining an abnormal state (which may be a warning state) of the pump device 10, the motor 11 or the inverter 12, and sampling setting information that sets sampling conditions.

[0032] The control amount setting information includes, for example, a set frequency, a set torque, and the like.

[0033] The threshold setting information includes, for example, a threshold for the pressure of the fluid as a threshold for operation control when controlling the operating state of the pump device 10. The threshold setting information also includes, for example, a threshold for the operating noise of the pump device 10, a threshold for the temperature of the motor 11, a threshold for the power value of the inverter 12 as a threshold for determining an abnormality when determining an abnormal state.

[0034] The sampling setting information includes, for example, sampling conditions that determine the time points at which measurement values (which may be processed values or command values, which will be described later) measured by the sensor group 23 are recorded. Specifically, the sampling conditions are set by a sampling period, a sampling frequency, etc. Note that the sampling conditions may be set individually for each measurement value (which may be processed values or command values, which will be described later).

[0035] The operation information D2 is data that records the operation history of the pump device 10, the motor 11, or the inverter 12 when the pump device 10 is operated according to sampling conditions. The operation information D2 is, for example, a chronological record of measurement values of physical quantities measured by some or all of the multiple sensors included in the sensor group 23. In this case, the operation information D2 may be a record of the measurement values as they are, or a record of processed values that have been processed by arithmetic processing or statistical processing (average, median, maximum, minimum, etc.) of the measurement values. Furthermore, the operation information D2 may be a chronological record of command values for the inverter 12, such as a record of start commands or stop commands when starting or stopping the motor 11.

[0036] The storage capacity of the load-side storage unit 21 is designed to be relatively small in consideration of costs and the like, and therefore the operation information D2 is stored in the load-side storage unit 21 in, for example, a ring buffer format. Therefore, the operation information D2 is stored in the order of measurement time of the measurement values, and when the storage capacity of the operation information D2 exceeds the upper limit value of the ring buffer, measurement values with newer measurement times are overwritten on measurement values with older measurement times.

[0037] The operation information D2 includes at least one of motor drive information that records the drive status of the motor 11 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11, inverter power information that records the power value of the inverter 12 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11, and motor vibration information that records the vibration value of the motor 11 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11.

[0038] The motor drive information includes, for example, a start command and a stop command for the motor 11. The inverter power information includes, for example, a current value, a voltage value, and a power value of the inverter 12. The motor vibration information includes, for example, a vibration value of the motor 11.

[0039] The load-side control unit 22 operates in accordance with the load control program 210 to perform setting information control processing, operation information control processing, load control processing, abnormality determination processing, and the like.

[0040] As the setting information control process, the load-side control unit 22 stores the setting information D1 received from the data processing device 3 in the load-side storage unit 21. Then, if the setting information D1 includes control amount setting information, the load-side control unit 22 reflects the control amount setting information in the load control process. If the setting information D1 includes threshold setting information, the load-side control unit 22 reflects the threshold setting information in the load control process and the abnormality determination process. If the setting information D1 includes sampling setting information, the load-side control unit 22 reflects the sampling setting information in the operation information control process.

[0041] As the operation information control process, the load-side control unit 22 periodically acquires measured values (which may be processed values or command values) from the sensor group 23 according to sampling conditions set in the sampling setting information of the setting information D1, for example, and stores the measured values in the load-side storage unit 21 as operation information D2. Then, the load-side control unit 22 transmits the operation information D2 stored in the load-side storage unit 21 to the data processing device 3. At this time, the operation information D2 is assigned a device ID indicating the load control device 2 that is the sender of the operation information D2. Note that the timing of transmitting the operation information D2 to the data processing device 3 may be separate from the timing of storing the operation information D2 in the load-side storage unit 21. For example, the operation information D2 may be transmitted to the data processing device 3 when the storage capacity of the operation information D2 accumulated therein exceeds a predetermined capacity.

[0042] As the load control process, the load-side control unit 22, for example, acquires measured values (which may be processed values) from the sensor group 23 and controls the operation of the pump device 10 based on the measured values (which may be processed values). For example, when the pressure of the fluid rises above a threshold for operation control set in the threshold setting information in the setting information D1, the load-side control unit 22 transmits a command to stop the motor 11 to the inverter 12, and when the pressure of the fluid falls below the threshold for operation control, the load-side control unit 22 transmits a command to start the motor 11 to the inverter 12. At this time, the load-side control unit 22 controls the inverter 12 in accordance with the control variable setting information (such as a set frequency and a set torque) included in the setting information D1, thereby driving the operating frequency, output torque, etc. of the motor 11.

[0043] As an abnormality determination process, the load-side control unit 22 compares the measured values (which may be processed values) by the sensor group 23 with the abnormality determination threshold set in the threshold setting information of the setting information D1 in parallel with the load control process, and determines that an abnormality has occurred if the measured values are above or below the abnormality determination threshold. Then, the load-side control unit 22 transmits a stop command to the inverter 12 to stop the motor 11, and transmits an abnormality occurrence notification to the data processing device 3.

[0044] (Configuration of data processing device 3) Fig. 4 is a block diagram showing an example of the data processing device 3 according to the first embodiment. Fig. 5 is a data configuration diagram showing an example of the setting information D1 and the driving information D2 stored in the management-side storage unit 31.

[0045] The data processing device 3 includes a management side communication unit 30 configured to be able to communicate with multiple load control devices 2, a management side memory unit 31 capable of storing various data and programs, a management side control unit 32 that performs various processing, an input unit 33 that accepts user operation input, and a display unit 34 that can display various display screens.

[0046] The management communication unit 30 functions as a communication interface for transmitting and receiving various data to and from multiple load control devices 2 via the network 4. The input unit 33 and the display unit 34 function as a user interface by accepting user input operations and displaying various information on a display screen. Note that the various information may be output as sound instead of or in addition to the display screen.

[0047] The management-side storage unit 31 is capable of storing the setting information D1 and the operation information D2 for each load control device 2, as well as the data processing program 310. The management-side storage unit 31 has a larger storage capacity than the load-side storage unit 21, and can store the setting information D1 and the operation information D2 for multiple load control devices 2. The management-side storage unit 31 may also employ a ring buffer format for the operation information D2, as in the load-side storage unit 21. In this case, the storage capacity of the management-side storage unit 31 is designed so that the upper limit value of the ring buffer of the management-side storage unit 31 is larger than the upper limit value of the ring buffer of the load-side storage unit 21. This allows the management-side storage unit 31 to store the operation information D2 for a longer period of time than the load-side storage unit 21.

[0048] The setting information D1 and the operation information D2 are stored in the management-side storage unit 31 for each load control device 2 using a device ID assigned to each load control device 2. The data stored as the setting information D1 and the operation information D2 may be different for each load control device 2.

[0049] The management-side control unit 32 operates in accordance with the data processing program 310 to perform processing such as setting information display processing, setting information transmission processing, operating information reception processing, operating information display processing, and data analysis processing.

[0050] As the setting information display process, when the management-side control unit 32 receives the load control device 2 to be set via the input unit 33, it displays a setting information display screen for setting setting information D1 for the load control device 2 to be set. Note that the management-side control unit 32 may read the setting information D1 for the load control device 2 to be set from the management-side storage unit 31 using a device ID indicating the load control device 2 to be set, and display it on the setting information display screen as current setting information D1. Then, when the management-side control unit 32 receives the setting information D1 for the load control device 2 to be set via the input unit 33, it performs setting information transmission process based on the setting information D1.

[0051] As the setting information transmission process, the management-side control unit 32 transmits the setting information D1 to the load control device 2 that is the setting target among the multiple load control devices 2, and stores the setting information D1 in the management-side storage unit 31 for each load control device 2. At this time, the management-side control unit 32 stores the setting information D1 in the management-side storage unit 31 using a device ID that indicates the load control device 2 that is the setting target.

[0052] As the operation information reception process, the management-side control unit 32 stores the operation information D2 received from each of the multiple load control devices 2 in the management-side storage unit 31 for each load control device 2. At this time, since the operation information D2 received from the load control device 2 is assigned a device ID indicating the load control device 2 that is the sender, the management-side control unit 32 stores the operation information D2 in the management-side storage unit 31 using the device ID.

[0053] As the operation information display process, when the management-side control unit 32 receives the load control device 2 to be displayed by the input unit 33, it displays an operation information display screen on the display unit 34 for displaying operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed. At this time, the management-side control unit 32 reads out the operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed from the management-side storage unit 31 using the device ID indicating the load control device 2 to be displayed, and displays it on the operation information display screen.

[0054] As the data analysis process, the management-side control unit 32 analyzes the operation information D2 stored in the management-side storage unit 31 for each load control device 2. For example, when the management-side control unit 32 receives a load control device 2 to be analyzed via the input unit 33, it analyzes the operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be analyzed and displays an analysis result display screen for displaying the analysis results on the display unit 34. Three specific examples of the data analysis process will be described below.

[0055] As the first data analysis process, the management control unit 32 detects a change in the state of the pump device 10 or a change in the state of the motor 11 based on the motor drive information included in the operation information D2.

[0056] For example, if start and stop commands for the motor 11 are recorded as the motor drive information, the number of times the motor 11 starts and stops per unit time is tallied, and if the rate of change in the number of times the motor 11 starts and stops is higher than a predetermined reference value, an abnormality is detected in the pump device 10. Examples of abnormalities in the pump device 10 include water leakage in the piping in which the pump device 10 is installed, a drop in pressure due to air leakage, and the like.

[0057] As the second data analysis process, the management control unit 32 detects a change in the state of the pump device 10 or the state of the motor 11 based on the inverter power information included in the operation information D2.

[0058] For example, if the power value (inverter load) of the inverter 12 is recorded as the inverter power information, and if the power value frequently exceeds a predetermined reference value, an abnormality is detected in the pump device 10. The abnormality in the pump device 10 here includes, for example, seizure of the pump device 10.

[0059] Furthermore, if the current value, voltage value, and power value of the inverter 12 are recorded as inverter power information, the amount of change in the current value, voltage value, and power value is calculated, and if the amount of change in at least one of the current value, voltage value, and power value exceeds a predetermined allowable value, or if the allowable value is frequently exceeded, an abnormality is detected in the pump device 10. Examples of abnormalities in the pump device 10 include blockage of the piping in which the pump device 10 is installed, the intrusion of foreign matter, water hammer, etc.

[0060] As a third data analysis process, the management control unit 32 detects a change in the state of the pump device 10 or a change in the state of the motor 11 based on the inverter power information contained in the operation information D2 and the motor vibration information contained in the operation information D2.

[0061] For example, if the inverter power information records the power value (inverter load) of the inverter 12 and the motor vibration information records the vibration value of the motor 11, the degree of change in the power value and the degree of change in the vibration value are calculated, and if the degree of change in the power value and the degree of change in the vibration value exceed predetermined tolerances, an abnormality in the pump device 10 or the motor 11 is detected. The abnormality in the pump device 10 or the motor 11 here includes, for example, a structural abnormality in a bearing or the like provided in the pump device 10 or the motor 11. Furthermore, if only the degree of change in the vibration value exceeds a predetermined tolerance, an abnormality in the pump device 10 is detected. The abnormality in the pump device 10 here includes, for example, a change in the condition of the piping in which the pump device 10 is provided.

[0062] (Hardware Configuration of Each Device) Fig. 6 is a hardware configuration diagram showing an example of a computer 900. Each of the load control device 2 and the data processing device 3 is configured by a general-purpose or dedicated computer 900.

[0063] 6, the computer 900 includes, as its main components, a bus 910, a processor 912, a memory 914, an input device 916, an output device 917, a display device 918, a storage device 920, a communication I / F (interface) unit 922, an external device I / F unit 924, an I / O (input / output) device I / F unit 926, and a media input / output unit 928. The memory 914 stores various data and programs 930, and is composed of, for example, a volatile memory (such as a DRAM or SRAM) that functions as a main memory, a non-volatile memory (ROM), a flash memory, etc.

[0065] The input device 916 is composed of, for example, a keyboard, a mouse, a numeric keypad, an electronic pen, etc., and functions as an input unit (for example, the input unit 33). The output device 917 is composed of, for example, a sound (audio) output device, a vibration device, etc., and functions as an output unit (for example, the display unit 34). The display device 918 is composed of, for example, a liquid crystal display, an organic EL display, electronic paper, a projector, etc., and functions as an output unit. The input device 916 and the display device 918 may be integrated, such as a touch panel display. The storage device 920 stores various data necessary for executing the operating system and the program 930.

[0066] The communication I / F unit 922 is connected by wire or wireless to a network 940 such as the Internet or an intranet (which may be the same as network 4 in FIG. 1 ), and functions as a communication unit (e.g., load-side communication unit 20 or management-side communication unit 30) that transmits and receives data to and from other computers in accordance with a predetermined communication standard. The external device I / F unit 924 is connected by wire or wireless to an external device 950 such as a camera, printer, scanner, or reader / writer, and functions as a communication unit that transmits and receives data to and from the external device 950 in accordance with a predetermined communication standard. The I / O device I / F unit 926 is connected to I / O devices 960 such as various sensors and actuators, and functions as a communication unit that transmits and receives various signals and data, such as detection signals from sensors and control signals to actuators, to and from the I / O devices 960. The media input / output unit 928 is composed of, for example, a drive device such as a DVD drive or CD drive, a memory card slot, and a USB connector, and reads and writes data from media (non-temporary storage media) 970 such as a DVD, CD, memory card, or USB memory.

[0067] In the computer 900 having the above configuration, the processor 912 loads a program 930 stored in the storage device 920 into the memory 914, executes the program, and controls each unit of the computer 900 via the bus 910. The program 930 may be stored in the memory 914 instead of the storage device 920. The program 930 may be recorded on the medium 970 in an installable file format or an executable file format and provided to the computer 900 via the media input / output unit 928. The program 930 may be provided to the computer 900 by downloading it via the communication I / F unit 922 over the network 940. Furthermore, the computer 900 may implement various functions realized by the processor 912 executing the program 930 using hardware such as an FPGA or an ASIC.

[0068] The computer 900 is an electronic device of any type, such as a desktop computer or a portable computer. The computer 900 may be a client computer, a server computer, a cloud computer, or an embedded computer such as a control panel or a controller (including a microcomputer, a programmable logic controller, or a sequencer).

[0069] (Data Processing Method) A data processing method according to the first embodiment will be described below.

[0070] (First Operation Example) Fig. 7 is a flowchart showing a first operation example by the data processing system 1. The series of processes shown in Fig. 7 are executed by the load control device 2 (setting information control process) and the data processing device 3 (setting information display process, setting information transmission process). In the following, it will be described that each pump device 10 is operated by a plurality of load control devices 2 each performing a load control process and an abnormality determination process.

[0071] First, in step S100, the user performs an input operation to designate the load control device 2 to be set using the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3, and the management-side control unit 32 performs a setting information display process. That is, the management-side control unit 32 accepts the designation of the load control device 2 to be set, and displays on the display unit 34 a setting information display screen for setting the setting information D1 for the load control device 2 to be set.

[0072] 8 is a diagram showing an example of the setting information display screen 13. The setting information display screen 13 includes a device designation field 130 for designating the load control device 2 to be set by its device ID, a setting information input field 131 for inputting setting information D1 for the load control device 2 designated in the device designation field 130, and a setting button 132 for setting the setting information D1 input in the setting information input field 131 to the load control device 2 to be set.

[0073] Next, in steps S110 to S112, the user uses the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3 to perform an input operation to change the setting information D1 on the setting information display screen 13, which causes the management-side control unit 32 to perform a setting information transmission process. That is, in step S110, the management-side control unit 32 accepts the change to the setting information D1 for the load control device 2 to be set by inputting the changed setting information D1 into the setting information input field 131 on the setting information display screen 13 and pressing the set button 132. Then, in step S111, the management-side control unit 32 transmits the changed setting information D1 to the load control device 2 to be set. Furthermore, in step S112, the changed setting information D1 is stored in the management-side storage unit 31.

[0074] Next, in steps S120 to S123, when the load control device 2 to be set receives the setting information D1 transmitted in step S110, the load-side control unit 22 performs setting information control processing. That is, in step S120, the load-side control unit 22 stores the changed setting information D1 received from the data processing device 3 in the load-side storage unit 21.

[0075] In step S121, if the changed setting information D1 includes controlled variable setting information, the load-side control unit 22 reflects the controlled variable setting information in the load control process. As a result, the inverter 12 drives the motor 11 in accordance with the changed controlled variable setting information (set frequency, set torque, etc.), thereby changing the operating state of the pump device 10.

[0076] Furthermore, in step S122, if the setting information D1 includes threshold setting information, the load-side control unit 22 reflects the threshold setting information in the load control process and the abnormality determination process. As a result, the thresholds for operation control used in the load control process are updated. Also, the thresholds for abnormality determination used in the abnormality determination process are updated.

[0077] Furthermore, in step S123, if the setting information D1 includes sampling setting information, the load-side control unit 22 reflects the sampling setting information in the operation information control process, thereby updating the sampling conditions when recording the operation information D2 in the operation information control process.

[0078] 7 , the data processing device 3 transmits setting information D1 for operating the pump device 10 by having the inverter 12 drive the motor 11 to the load control device 2 that is the setting target. Then, the load control device 2 that is the setting target among the multiple load control devices 2 stores the setting information D1 received from the data processing device 3 in the load-side storage unit 21, and controls the operation of the pump device 10 in accordance with the setting information D1. Therefore, the multiple load control devices 2 can be easily managed by the data processing device 3.

[0079] Furthermore, a setting information display screen 13 for setting setting information D1 for the load control device 2 to be set is displayed on the display unit 34 of the data processing device 3, and the setting information D1 for the load control device 2 to be set is input via the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3. Therefore, the input unit and display unit can be omitted from each of the multiple load control devices 2. Therefore, for example, by retrofitting a load control device 2 to an older model pump device 10 that does not have an input unit and a display unit, the older model pump device 10 can also be added to the management targets of the data processing device 3.

[0080] (Second operation example) Fig. 9 is a flowchart showing a second operation example by the data processing system 1. The series of processes shown in Fig. 9 are executed by the load control device 2 (operation information control process) and the data processing device 3 (operation information reception process, operation information display process, data analysis process). In the following, it will be described that each pump device 10 is operated by a plurality of load control devices 2 each performing a load control process and an abnormality determination process.

[0081] First, in steps S200 and S201, the load-side control unit 22 of the load control device 2 performs operation information control processing. That is, in step S200, the load-side control unit 22 periodically acquires measurement values (which may be processed values or command values) from the sensor group 23 in accordance with sampling conditions set in the sampling setting information of the setting information D1, and stores the measurement values as operation information D2 in the load-side storage unit 21. Then, in step S201, the load-side control unit 22 transmits the operation information D2 stored in the load-side storage unit 21 to the data processing device 3.

[0082] Next, in step S210, when the data processing device 3 receives the driving information D2 transmitted in step S201, the management-side control unit 32 performs a driving information reception process. That is, in step S210, the management-side control unit 32 receives the driving information D2 transmitted in step S201 and stores the driving information D2 in the management-side storage unit 31.

[0083] Then, by repeatedly performing the operation information reception process to receive the operation information D2 from the plurality of load control devices 2, the operation information D2 of each load control device 2 is stored separately in the management side memory unit 31.

[0084] Thereafter, in step S220, the user performs an input operation to specify the load control device 2 to be displayed using the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3, and the management-side control unit 32 performs an operation information display process. That is, the management-side control unit 32 accepts the specification of the load control device 2 to be displayed, and displays on the display unit 34 an operation information display screen for displaying the operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed.

[0085] 10 is a diagram showing an example of the operation information display screen 14 according to the first embodiment. The operation information display screen 14 includes a device designation field 140 for designating the load control device 2 to be displayed by a device ID, and an operation information display field 141 for displaying operation information D2 for the load control device 2 designated in the device designation field 140.

[0086] For example, when a user uses the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3 to specify a load control device 2 to be displayed in the device specification field 140 on the operation information display screen 14, operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed is displayed in the operation information display field 141. As a result, by visually checking the operation information display screen 14 on which the operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed is displayed, the user can check the operating status of the pump device 10, motor 11, and inverter 12 in which the load control device 2 is located.

[0087] Then, in step S230, the user performs an input operation to designate the load control device 2 to be analyzed using the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3, causing the management-side control unit 32 to perform data analysis processing. That is, the management-side control unit 32 accepts the designation of the load control device 2 to be analyzed, analyzes the operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be analyzed, and displays an analysis result display screen on the display unit 34 to display the analysis results.

[0088] 11 is a diagram showing an example of the analysis result display screen 15. The analysis result display screen 15 includes a device specification field 150 for specifying the load control device 2 to be analyzed by a device ID, and an analysis result display field 151 for displaying the analysis results for the load control device 2 specified in the device specification field 150.

[0089] For example, when a user uses the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3 to specify a load control device 2 to be analyzed in the device specification field 150 on the analysis result display screen 15, the analysis results for the load control device 2 to be analyzed are displayed in the analysis result display field 151. As a result, by visually checking the analysis result display screen 15 on which the analysis results for the load control device 2 to be analyzed are displayed, the user can confirm changes in the state of the pump device 10 or the motor 11 in which the load control device 2 is located.

[0090] 9 , in each of the plurality of load control devices 2, operation information D2 obtained when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11 to operate the pump device 10 is transmitted to the data processing device 3. Then, in the data processing device 3, the operation information D2 received from each of the plurality of load control devices 2 is stored in the management-side storage unit 31 for each load control device 2. Therefore, the plurality of load control devices 2 can be easily managed by the data processing device 3.

[0091] Furthermore, when a load control device 2 to be displayed is specified by the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3, an operation information display screen 14 for displaying operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed is displayed on the display unit 34 of the data processing device 3. Therefore, the input unit and display unit can be omitted from each of the multiple load control devices 2. Therefore, for example, even when a load control device 2 is retrofitted to an older pump device 10 that does not have an input unit and a display unit, the older pump device 10 can also be added to the management targets of the data processing device 3 while keeping costs down.

[0092] Furthermore, when a load control device 2 to be analyzed is specified by the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3, an analysis result display screen 15 for displaying the analysis results when the operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be analyzed is displayed on the display unit 34 of the data processing device 3. At this time, the operation information D2 is stored in the management-side memory unit 31 for each load control device 2, and the data analysis process is performed by the data processing device 3. Therefore, for each of the multiple load control devices 2, the storage capacity of the load-side memory unit 21 can be relatively small, and the calculation load of the load-side control unit 22 can be relatively small. Therefore, for example, even when a load control device 2 is retrofitted to an older pump device 10, the older pump device 10 can also be added to the management targets of the data processing device 3 while keeping costs down.

[0093] 12 is an overall configuration diagram showing an example of a data processing system 1 according to a second embodiment. The data processing system 1 functions as a system in which a data processing device 3 manages a load control device 2 that controls the operation of pump devices 10 as load devices, a data collection device 5 collects and stores operation data stored in the data processing devices 3 from each data processing device 3, and evaluates the pump devices 10 that are the subject of evaluation of the operating state based on the collected operation data.

[0094] The data processing system 1 mainly comprises a plurality of load control devices 2, a data processing device 3 configured to be able to communicate with the plurality of load control devices 2, and a data collecting device 5. The plurality of load control devices 2, the plurality of data processing devices 3, and the data collecting device 5 are configured, for example, as general-purpose or dedicated computers, and are configured to be able to transmit and receive various types of data to and from each other via a network 4. The data processing device 3 and the data collecting device 5 are configured to be able to transmit and receive various types of data to and from each other via the network 4.

[0095] The details of the pump device 10, the motor 11, the inverter 12, the load control device 2, the data processing device 3, and the network 4 are the same as those in the first embodiment, and therefore will not be described again.

[0096] (Configuration of Load Control Device 2) The load control device 2 according to the second embodiment has the same configuration as the load control device 2 according to the first embodiment, and will be described with reference to Figs. 2 and 3 .

[0097] The load control device 2 includes a load-side communication unit 20 configured to be able to communicate with the inverter 12 and the data processing device 3, a load-side memory unit 21 capable of storing various data and programs, a load-side control unit 22 that performs various processes, and a sensor group 23 that measures various physical quantities when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11. Note that the load control device 2 may include at least one of the motor 11 and the inverter 12 as a component.

[0098] The load-side communication unit 20 functions as a first communication interface that transmits and receives various data to and from the inverter 12 via wired or wireless communication. The load-side communication unit 20 also functions as a second communication interface that transmits and receives various data to and from the data processing device 3 via the network 4.

[0099] The sensor group 23 is provided in each of the pump device 10, the motor 11, and the inverter 12, and measures, for example, pressure, flow rate, temperature, vibration value, rotation angle, torque, current value, voltage value, environmental sound, etc. The sensor group 23 is composed of, for example, a pressure sensor, a flow rate sensor, a temperature sensor, a vibration sensor, a rotation angle sensor, a torque sensor, a current sensor, a voltage sensor, a sound sensor, etc. It is also preferable that the sensor group 23 includes sensors such as a GPS, a barometer, a thermometer, an airflow meter, etc., in order to obtain information on the location and country in which the pump device 10, etc., is installed, and the environment of the installation location.

[0100] The installation position of each sensor is determined depending on the physical quantity to be measured and the application. For example, a pressure sensor and a flow rate sensor are provided upstream or downstream of the pipe through which the fluid transported by the pump device 10 flows to measure the pressure and flow rate of the fluid. A temperature sensor is attached to the motor 11 to measure the temperature of the motor 11. A vibration sensor is attached to the motor 11 to measure the vibration value of the motor 11. A current sensor and a voltage sensor are attached to the motor 11 or the inverter 12 to measure the current and voltage values supplied to the motor 11. In addition, sensors for obtaining information on the installation position and the environment of the installation location of the pump device 10, etc., are installed on the walls or ceiling of the indoor space where the pump device 10, etc., is installed, or outdoors where the pump device 10, etc., is installed, as appropriate, depending on the purpose.

[0101] The load side memory unit 21 can store setting information D1 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11 to operate the pump device 10, operating information D2 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11 to operate the pump device 10, and a load control program 210.

[0102] The setting information D1 is data that records setting values for various setting items related to the pump device 10, the motor 11, or the inverter 12 when the pump device 10 is operated.

[0103] The setting information D1 includes at least one of control quantity setting information that sets the control quantity when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11, threshold setting information that sets thresholds when controlling the operating state of the pump device 10 or determining an abnormal state (which may be a warning state) of the pump device 10, the motor 11 or the inverter 12, and sampling setting information that sets sampling conditions.

[0104] The control amount setting information includes, for example, a set frequency, a set torque, and the like.

[0105] The threshold setting information includes, for example, a threshold for the pressure of the fluid as a threshold for operation control when controlling the operating state of the pump device 10. The threshold setting information also includes, for example, a threshold for the operating noise of the pump device 10, a threshold for the temperature of the motor 11, a threshold for the power value of the inverter 12 as a threshold for determining an abnormality when determining an abnormal state.

[0106] The sampling setting information includes, for example, sampling conditions that determine the time points at which measurement values (which may be processed values or command values, which will be described later) measured by the sensor group 23 are recorded. Specifically, the sampling conditions are set by a sampling period, a sampling frequency, etc. Note that the sampling conditions may be set individually for each measurement value (which may be processed values or command values, which will be described later).

[0107] The operation information D2 is data that records the operation history of the pump device 10, the motor 11, or the inverter 12 when the pump device 10 is operated according to sampling conditions. The operation information D2 is, for example, a chronological record of measured values of physical quantities measured by some or all of the multiple sensors included in the sensor group 23. In this case, the operation information D2 may be a record of the measured values as they are, or a record of processed values obtained by processing the measured values through arithmetic processing or statistical processing (e.g., average, median, maximum, minimum, etc.). The operation information D2 may also be a chronological record of command values for the inverter 12, such as a start command or a stop command when starting or stopping the motor 11. Furthermore, the operation information D2 may include the efficiency of the motor of the pump device 10 calculated by the load-side control unit 22.

[0108] The storage capacity of the load-side storage unit 21 is designed to be relatively small in consideration of costs and the like, and therefore the operation information D2 is stored in the load-side storage unit 21 in, for example, a ring buffer format. Therefore, the operation information D2 is stored in the order of measurement time of the measurement values, and when the storage capacity of the operation information D2 exceeds the upper limit value of the ring buffer, measurement values with newer measurement times are overwritten on measurement values with older measurement times.

[0109] The operation information D2 includes at least one of motor drive information that records the drive status of the motor 11 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11, inverter power information that records the power value of the inverter 12 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11, and motor vibration information that records the vibration value of the motor 11 when the inverter 12 drives the motor 11.

[0110] The motor drive information includes, for example, a start command and a stop command for the motor 11. The inverter power information includes, for example, a current value, a voltage value, and a power value of the inverter 12. The motor vibration information includes, for example, a vibration value of the motor 11.

[0111] The load-side control unit 22 operates in accordance with the load control program 210 to perform setting information control processing, operation information control processing, load control processing, abnormality determination processing, etc. Details of the setting information control processing, operation information control processing, load control processing, and abnormality determination processing are the same as those described in the first embodiment, and therefore will not be described again.

[0112] (Configuration of data processing device 3) Fig. 13 is a block diagram showing an example of a data processing device 3 according to the second embodiment. The data processing device 3 according to the second embodiment has the same configuration as the data processing device 3 according to the first embodiment, but there are some differences, so the description will be made with reference to Figs. 13 and 5.

[0113] The data processing device 3 includes a management side communication unit 30 configured to be able to communicate with multiple load control devices 2 and data collection devices 5, a management side memory unit 31 capable of storing various data and programs, a management side control unit 32 that performs various processing, an input unit 33 that accepts user operation input, and a display unit 34 that can display various display screens.

[0114] The management communication unit 30 functions as a communication interface for transmitting and receiving various data between the multiple load control devices 2 and the data collection device 5 via the network 4. The input unit 33 and the display unit 34 function as a user interface by accepting user input operations and displaying various information on a display screen. Note that the various information may be output as sound instead of or in addition to the display screen.

[0115] The management-side storage unit 31 can store the setting information D1 and the operation information D2 for each load control device 2, and can also store the data processing program 310. The management-side storage unit 31 has a larger storage capacity than the load-side storage unit 21, and can store the setting information D1 and operation information D2 for multiple load control devices 2.

[0116] The setting information D1 and the operation information D2 are stored in the management-side storage unit 31 for each load control device 2 using a device ID assigned to each load control device 2. The data stored as the setting information D1 and the operation information D2 may be different for each load control device 2.

[0117] The management-side control unit 32 operates in accordance with the data processing program 310 to perform setting information display processing, setting information transmission processing, operating information reception processing, operating information display processing, data analysis processing, etc. Details of the setting information display processing, setting information transmission processing, operating information reception processing, operating information display processing, and data analysis processing are the same as those described in the first embodiment, and therefore will not be described again.

[0118] 14 is a block diagram showing an example of the data collection device 5. The data collection device 5 includes a data collection communication unit 40 configured to be able to communicate with a plurality of data processing devices 3, a data collection storage unit 41 capable of storing various data and programs, a data collection control unit 42 that performs various processes, an input unit 43 that accepts user operation input, and a display unit 44 that can display various display screens.

[0119] The data collection and communication unit 40 functions as a communication interface for transmitting and receiving various data to and from multiple data processing devices 3 via the network 4. The input unit 43 and the display unit 44 function as a user interface by accepting input operations from the user and displaying various information on the display screen. Note that the various information may be output as sound instead of or in addition to the display screen.

[0120] (Configuration of Computer 900) Each of the load control device 2, the data processing device 3, and the data collection device 5 is configured by a computer 900 shown in Fig. 9. Details of the computer 900 are the same as those described in the first embodiment, and therefore will not be described again.

[0121] (Data Processing Method) A data processing method according to the second embodiment will be described below.

[0122] (First Operation Example) The data processing system 1 according to the second embodiment operates in the same manner as the first operation example ( FIG. 7 ) according to the first embodiment, and therefore a description of the first operation example will be omitted. The setting information display screen 13 displayed at that time is the same as the setting information display screen 13 according to the first embodiment ( FIG. 8 ), and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0123] (Second Operation Example) The data processing system 1 according to the second embodiment operates in the same manner as the second operation example ( FIG. 9 ) according to the first embodiment, and therefore a description of the second operation example will be omitted. The operation information display screen 14 displayed at that time differs from the operation information display screen 14 according to the first embodiment ( FIG. 10 ), and therefore will be described below. Note that the analysis result display screen 15 is similar to the analysis result display screen 15 according to the first embodiment ( FIG. 11 ), and therefore a description thereof will be omitted.

[0124] 15 is a diagram showing an example of an operation information display screen 14 according to the second embodiment. The operation information display screen 14 includes a device specification field 140 for specifying the load control device 2 to be displayed by its device ID, and an operation information display field 141 for displaying operation information D2 for the load control device 2 specified in the device specification field 140.

[0125] For example, when a user uses the input unit 33 of the data processing device 3 to specify a load control device 2 to be displayed in the device specification field 140 on the operation information display screen 14, operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed is displayed in the operation information display field 141. As a result, by visually checking the operation information display screen 14 on which the operation information D2 for the load control device 2 to be displayed is displayed, the user can check the operating status of the pump device 10, motor 11, and inverter 12 in which the load control device 2 is located.

[0126] Furthermore, if the operation information D2 includes the location where the pump device 10 is installed and power source information (voltage, frequency, phase, etc.) such as commercial power, this information can be displayed on the operation information display screen 14. Furthermore, if the load control device 2 has a function for calculating the operation efficiency of the pump device 10, the calculated operation efficiency can be included in the operation information D2 and displayed on the operation information display screen 14.

[0127] (Third Operation Example) Fig. 16 is a flowchart showing a third operation example in which the operational state evaluation device 36 provided in the data collection device 5 evaluates the operational state of the pump device 10. The series of processes for evaluating the operational state shown in Fig. 16 is executed by the operational state evaluation device 36 comparing past operational information of multiple models stored in the data collection storage unit 41 with the latest operational information of the pump device 10 to be evaluated. The operation of the operational state evaluation device 36 will be described below.

[0128] The data collection storage unit 41 accumulates and stores past operating information of the pump apparatus 10 whose operating state is to be evaluated, as well as operating information of other pump apparatuses of the same model and operating information of pump apparatuses other than the one whose operating state is to be evaluated, such as pump apparatuses of different models. In order to accumulate the operating information, the operating information of the pump apparatus can be obtained by the communication I / F unit 922 via a network 940, such as the Internet or an intranet, and stored in the data collection storage unit 41. In step S310, the operating information stored in the data collection storage unit 41 and the operating information of the pump apparatus 10, etc., that is to be evaluated, are transmitted to the operating state evaluation device 36.

[0129] In step S320, the operating information stored in the data collection and storage unit 41 is compared with the operating information of the pump apparatus 10, etc., that is the evaluation target, and an evaluation is performed. For example, the operating state evaluation device 36 calculates and acquires the most recent pump efficiency and motor efficiency of the pump apparatus 10, whose operating state is to be evaluated, and compares the calculated efficiency with the pump efficiency and motor efficiency of the pump apparatus 10, whose operating state has been evaluated in the past and that is stored in the data collection and storage unit 41, thereby understanding and evaluating changes in the pump efficiency and motor efficiency over time of the pump apparatus 10, whose operating state is to be evaluated.

[0130] By understanding the pump efficiency and motor efficiency at the time of installation of the pump device 10 whose operating state is to be evaluated and the current changes in pump efficiency and motor efficiency over time, it is possible to understand and evaluate changes in the pump efficiency due to environmental changes at the installation location, changes in pump efficiency due to changes in load, and efficiency decline due to motor aging, etc. In step S330, the results of the evaluation of the operating state performed by the operating state evaluation device 36 are sent to the data collection and storage unit 41.

[0131] In step S340, the results of the evaluation of the operating state performed by the operating state evaluation device 36 are transmitted to the data collection and storage unit 41, and the evaluation results can be stored. Based on the stored evaluation results, the pump efficiency and motor efficiency of the pump device 10 being evaluated can be compared with those of a pump device of the same model as the pump device 10 being evaluated or a pump device having equivalent functions. By comparing these with the control methods of pump devices with high pump efficiency and motor efficiency, a new control method can be created, and the contents of the operation control of the pump device 10 can be changed based on the evaluation results, or suggestions can be made such as increasing the size of the pump device 10 if the load is high, or reducing the size of the pump device 10 if the load is low.

[0132] In addition, by obtaining information on the location where the pump device 10 to be evaluated is installed and the environment of the installation location, the pump device 10 can be operated using an appropriate control method according to the installation location and environment.

[0133] For example, when the pump device 10 to be evaluated is operated in a place with high temperatures, it is possible to change the control of the device that cools the pump device 10, the cooling fan. In this case, appropriate measures can be taken by referring to the operating information stored in the data collection and storage unit 41 of pump devices that are installed in an environment similar to that of the pump device 10 to be evaluated.

[0134] In addition, the system can detect the voltage, frequency, phase, etc. of the power source (commercial power source) to which the pump device 10 under evaluation is connected, compare the detected voltage and frequency with the rated input AC voltage and frequency of the pump device, and propose an appropriate control method. In countries or regions with poor power supply conditions, voltage and frequency may drop during periods of high power consumption. Therefore, if the power supply conditions in the region are known in advance, the control content can be changed depending on the period of time. In this case, appropriate control can be adopted by referring to the operating information stored in the data collection and storage unit 41 of pump devices installed in an environment similar to that of the pump device 10 under evaluation.

[0135] The following describes a specific example of control according to the load of the pump device 10. This example is merely an example of the present application, and the content of the present invention is not limited to this example.

[0136] <Control Example: Control of Rotational Speed by Inverter Control> The rotational speed of the motor 11 driven by the inverter 12 can be changed by the frequency of the inverter 12. The efficiency of the motor 11 driven by the inverter 12 changes depending on the rotational speed even if the shaft output is the same.

[0137] 17 is a diagram showing an example of the relationship between output (W) and efficiency (%) at three rotational speeds (rpm) of the motor 11 driven by an inverter 12 rated at 3.7 kW. It can be seen that when the shaft output is low, the efficiency is high at low rotational speeds, and when the shaft output is high, the efficiency is high at high rotational speeds.

[0138] FIG. 18 is a diagram showing the efficiency when three rotational speeds are selected according to the output and operation is possible at a highly efficient rotational speed. The imaginary line shows the relationship between output (W) and efficiency (%) when three rotational speeds are selected according to the output. It can be seen from FIG. 18 that when the shaft output is 200 to 1000 (W), the rotational speed should be set in the range of 900 to 1800 (rpm), when the output is 1000 to 2500 (W), the rotational speed should be set in the range of 1800 to 3600 (rpm), and when the shaft output is 2500 to 4000 (W), the rotational speed should be set in a range above 3600 (rpm).

[0139] The virtual line can be easily and accurately obtained based on the past operating information stored in the data collection and storage unit 41. Therefore, if the motor 11 is operated at an appropriate rotation speed based on the past operating information stored in the data collection and storage unit 41 in accordance with the shaft output, an efficiency of approximately 75% or more can be maintained.

[0140] Figure 19 shows the relationship between pump performance, total head, and discharge rate for three pumps with shaft outputs of 3.7 kW, 2.2 kW, and 1.5 kW. The shaft output of the pump device 10 can be changed by setting the discharge rate of the pump device 10 using an adjustment valve that adjusts the opening of the pipes at the discharge port of the pump device 10 in response to changes in load. However, as shown in Figure 17, it is known that the efficiency changes depending on the rotation speed of the motor 11, even for the same shaft output.

[0141] Here, when the pump shaft output is changed in accordance with a change in the load, if the rotation speed of the motor 11 is controlled so as to increase efficiency as shown in Figure 18, the pump device 10 can always operate with high efficiency.

[0142] When setting the rotation speed of the motor 11, the load side control unit 22 uses the evaluation results obtained by the operating state evaluation device 36, which refers to the operating information stored in the data collection memory unit 41, thereby being able to set the rotation speed of the motor 11 in a more accurate manner according to the load, thereby enabling the pump device 10 to operate more efficiently.

[0143] When changing the load control program 210 of the motor 11, the load side control unit 22 uses an evaluation by the operating state evaluation device 36 that references the operating information stored in the data collection memory unit 41, thereby being able to change the load control program 210 of the motor 11 in accordance with a more accurate load, thereby enabling the pump device 10 to operate more efficiently.

[0144] Furthermore, when it is determined that efficient operation cannot be achieved by simply controlling the rotation speed of the motor 11, it is possible to select a motor different from the motor 11 currently in operation. When the current load is higher than the expected load, it is possible to change the motor 11 to one with a higher shaft output, and conversely, when the current load is lower than the expected load, it is possible to change the motor 11 to one with a lower shaft output. In this case, by referring to the operating information stored in the data collection and storage unit 41 to determine the specifications of the motor 11 to be changed, it is possible to select a motor 11 that more accurately corresponds to the load.

[0145] <Failure Prediction> According to this embodiment, the need for maintenance of the pump device 10 can be predicted based on data such as vibration, rotation speed, load, current value, voltage value, movement speed, and movement amount acquired by the sensor group 23. Even if it is determined that the pump device 10 is not malfunctioning, the data acquired by the sensor group 23 can be used to predict the occurrence of a future malfunction or a decrease in motor efficiency. The timing of maintenance for the pump device can be determined based on this prediction. By referencing the operating information stored in the data collection and storage unit 41 as data for predicting the need for maintenance, more accurate predictions can be made.

[0146] The data collection device 5 may create a new load control program 210 for the load control device 2 based on the evaluation result of the operating state of the load control device 2 by the operating state evaluation device 36. By adopting the evaluation result obtained by the operating state evaluation device 36 after referring to the operating information stored in the data collection storage unit 41, a more accurate load control program 210 can be created.

[0147] As described above, by acquiring operation information from the load control device 2 using the operation status evaluation device 36, it is possible to predict the efficiency of the operation status, the degree of achievement, and failures based on the model, power conditions, location of the liquid being handled, abnormalities, etc. of the pump device 10, and to plan the timing of maintenance. In addition, it is possible to change or update the load control program 210 based on the obtained information.

[0148] The evaluation of the pump unit 10 and the like created by the operating state evaluation device 36 and the output such as the load control program 210 can be immediately reflected in the load control device 2, but can also be provided separately as a product for a fee or free of charge. Furthermore, the evaluation results of the operating state evaluation device 36 based on similar installation environments and loads can be provided to businesses that are planning to install a new pump unit 10, which can contribute to the creation of a more accurate load control program 210 and the determination of pump unit specifications.

[0149] 20 is a diagram showing an example of a screen of the display unit 44 of the data collection device 5. The operating state evaluation device 36 can perform various evaluations of the pump device 10 to be evaluated using the data stored in the data collection storage unit 41, and display the evaluation results on the display unit 44.

[0150] The load control program and maintenance plan created by the data collection device 5 can be charged to the person managing the load control device. The data collection device 5 calculates the operating costs of the pump device 10 using the load control program before and after the change, calculates the economic effect through a simulation using the changed load control program based on the calculation results, and charges the person managing the load control device according to the calculated results. In addition, the person managing the load control device can check the economic effect before being charged and decide whether or not to accept the changed load control program. In addition, the maintenance plan created by the data collection device 5 can be charged to the person managing the load control device according to the economic effect achieved by properly performed maintenance. Charging methods include cash, bank transfer, card payment, carrier payment, smartphone payment, etc.

[0151] 21 is a flowchart showing a fourth operation example in which the load device administrator 6 changes the program of the load-side control unit of the load device using the data collecting device 5. In step S400, the load device administrator 6 operates the data processing device 3 to evaluate the program of the load-side control unit. In step S410, the data processing device 3, upon being operated to evaluate the program, transmits the operating information stored in the management-side memory unit to the data collecting device 5 in order to have the program of the load-side control unit evaluated by the data collecting device 5.

[0152] In step S420, the data collection device 5, which evaluates the program of the load side control unit, receives the operating data of the load device that is the subject of evaluation sent from the data processing device, and compares the received operating information with the operating data stored in the data collection memory unit to evaluate the operating state of the load device that is the subject of evaluation.

[0153] In step S430, the operating state of the load device being evaluated is evaluated to determine whether or not the program of the load side control unit needs to be changed, and if it is determined that the program of the load side control unit needs to be changed, the program of the load side control unit is changed.

[0154] In step S440, the changed load-side control unit program is presented to the load device manager 6. Here, the presented changed load-side control unit program may be the changed load-side control unit program itself or the effects of the changed program. For example, it may be a numerical representation of the economic effect of changing the load-side control unit program or the reduction in vibration, noise, etc. Furthermore, the price of the changed program may be presented. The load device manager 6 can consider the need for a program change based on the presented information.

[0155] In step S450, the load device manager 6 checks the program for the changed load side control unit presented by the data collection device 5, and if he decides to purchase the program for the changed load side control unit, he notifies the data collection device 5 that he will purchase the program for the changed load side control unit.

[0156] In step S460, the data collecting device 5 confirms that the load device manager 6 has purchased the program for the changed load side control unit, and provides the data processing device 3 with the program for the changed load side control unit.

[0157] In step S470, the data processing device 3 receives the modified program for the load side control unit, and the load side control unit starts to control the load device according to the modified program for the load side control unit.

[0158] 22 is a flowchart showing a fifth operation example in which the load device manager 6 plans maintenance of the load devices using the data collecting device 5. In step S500, the load device manager 6 operates the data processing device 3 to plan the maintenance. In step S510, the data processing device 3, upon which the operation for planning the maintenance has been performed, transmits the operating information stored in the management-side memory unit to the data collecting device 5 in order to receive the necessity and plan for maintenance from the data collecting device 5.

[0159] In step S520, the data collection device 5 that plans the maintenance receives the operating data of the load device that is the subject of the maintenance plan sent from the data processing device 3, compares the received operating information with the operating data stored in the data collection memory unit, detects faults based on the operating status of the load device, and considers the need for maintenance, and notifies the load device manager 6 of the results of the consideration in step S530.

[0160] In step S540, the load device manager 6 formulates a maintenance plan for the load devices based on the review results received in step S530, and in step S550, maintenance of the load devices is carried out based on the formulated maintenance plan.

[0161] The data collection device 5 can collect driving information not only from a specific business establishment, but also from different business establishments and even from different business forms. The collected driving information can be stored in the data collection storage unit 41, and the driving state can be evaluated based on the data stored in the data collection storage unit 41.

[0162] The driving information collected by the data collection device 5 can be said to be so-called big data, and therefore the collected driving information can be collected by adopting known big data collection, handling, processing, provision, billing, etc. methods.
