[0020] The work support system 16 presents information about the maintenance work planned in the work plan management system 15 to the worker. Furthermore, the work support system 16 generates information about the progress of the maintenance work and information about the results of the maintenance work as the worker inputs work record information about the maintenance work. The work support system 16 then outputs the generated information about the results of the maintenance work to the work record database 18.

[0021] The BOM system 17 accumulates information for managing maintenance work, and the information is in a predetermined data format. The BOM system 17 includes a reference database DB1 that stores information (reference data) that serves as the basis for maintenance work, and a performance database DB2 that stores information (performance data) that represents the results of maintenance work. The reference data and performance data are resource information that associates the work procedure for the maintenance work, the location required for the maintenance work, the equipment required for the maintenance work, the parts required for the maintenance work, the personnel required for the maintenance work, and the work time required for the maintenance work. The reference data and performance data are in the same data format. The BOM system 17 provides the reference data and performance data to the work plan management system 15 and acquires performance data from the work plan management system 15.

[0022] The work record database 18 accumulates work record data for maintenance work. The work record database 18 holds a work performance record DB3 and an operation record DB4 as work record data. The work performance record DB3 contains information recorded after maintenance work has been performed, such as information on maintenance locations entered by workers and image information acquired by an imaging device. The operation record DB4 contains information recording the operations of maintenance work performed by workers. The work record database 18 provides work record data to the work plan management system 15 and acquires work record data from the work support system 16.

[0023] Next, an overview of the functions of the work management support system 10 will be described with reference to Figures 2 and 3. Figures 2 and 3 are explanatory diagrams of an example functionally illustrating the work management support system according to this embodiment. Note that in Figures 2 and 3, aircraft are treated as assets. As shown in Figure 2, in the work management support system 10, the work plan management system 15 obtains the usage status of each asset (aircraft) from the monitoring system 20 and determines whether any assets require maintenance work.

[0024] When the work plan management system 15 determines that there is an asset requiring maintenance work, it acquires information about the maintenance work requested for each asset from the monitoring system 20. The work plan management system 15 also acquires reference data on resources associated with the requested maintenance work from the reference database DB1 of the BOM system 17. The work plan management system 15 then acquires the sufficiency level of the resources associated with the requested maintenance work based on information about the progress of the maintenance work acquired by the work support system 16. The work plan management system 15 displays the acquired information about the requested maintenance work, the information about the resources associated with the requested maintenance work, and the sufficiency level of the resources as resource information on the display unit 23.

[0025] In addition, when the required maintenance work is selected and confirmed, the work plan management system 15 outputs resource information associated with the selected maintenance work to the work support system 16 as work request data for the required maintenance work.

[0026] 3 , when the work support system 16 acquires work request data from the work plan management system 15, it supports maintenance work based on the work request data. The work support system 16 presents the work procedure for the maintenance work to the worker via the display unit 33. The work support system 16 also outputs work record data input by the worker to the work record database 18. Furthermore, the work support system 16 outputs work progress based on the work record input by the worker to the work plan management system 15.

[0027] The work plan management system 15 manages the work progress of the selected maintenance work based on information on the progress of the maintenance work acquired by the work support system 16. When the work plan management system 15 determines that the maintenance work is completed based on the work progress of the maintenance work, it outputs resource information that is the result of the maintenance work acquired after the work is completed as result data to the result database DB2 of the BOM system 17.

[0028] (Work plan management method) Next, a work plan management method according to this embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 4. Fig. 4 is a flowchart relating to the work plan management method according to this embodiment. The work plan management method shown in Fig. 4 is executed in the work plan management system 15. The control unit 21 of the work plan management system 15 inquires of the monitoring system 20 about the operation and failure status of each asset (step S1). That is, in step S1, the control unit 21 requests and acquires monitoring information including information about the operation and failure status of the assets from the monitoring system 20.

[0029] Next, based on the acquired monitoring information, the control unit 21 displays assets requiring maintenance work on the display unit 23 in a selectable manner (step S2). That is, in step S2, the control unit 21 determines whether or not there are assets requiring maintenance work based on the monitoring information, and if there are assets requiring maintenance work, displays the necessary assets in a selectable manner on the display unit 23.

[0030] Thereafter, the control unit 21 inquires of the monitoring system 20 about the maintenance work required for each asset (step S3). That is, in step S3, the control unit 21 requests and acquires monitoring information including information about the maintenance work required for the asset from the monitoring system 20. Note that the control unit 21 may acquire information about the required maintenance work from the BOM system 17 based on the monitoring information. In this case, the BOM system 17 associates the monitoring information with information about the maintenance work.

[0031] Then, the control unit 21 acquires resource information corresponding to the maintenance work from the reference database DB1 of the BOM system 17 based on the acquired monitoring information (step S4). The control unit 21 acquires the sufficiency level of the resources associated with the requested maintenance work based on the information on the progress of the maintenance work acquired by the work support system 16 (step S5). Then, in step S5, the control unit 21 displays the information on the requested maintenance work, the information on the resources associated with the requested maintenance work, and the sufficiency level of the resources as resource information on the display unit 23. Furthermore, the control unit 21 displays the maintenance work for each asset on the display unit 23 so that it can be selected based on the resource information (step S6). In step S6, the resource information is displayed on the resource management screen 50 shown in FIG.

[0032] Here, the resource information displayed on the display unit 23 will be described with reference to Fig. 5. Fig. 5 is a diagram of a resource management screen. The resource information is displayed on a resource management screen 50 displayed on the display unit 23. The resource management screen 50 has an operation icon 51, a maintenance work item 52, and resource icons 52a to 52d.

[0033] The operation icon 51 is an icon indicating whether or not an asset (aircraft) can continue to operate. The operation icon 51 displays, for example, "GO" indicating that the asset is operable, "NG" indicating that the asset is inoperable, or a percentage indicating the possibility of the asset becoming inoperable. The operation icon 51 also displays different forms, such as different colors, depending on whether or not the asset can continue to operate.

[0034] The maintenance work item 52 indicates the type of maintenance work associated with the operation icon 51. The maintenance work item 52 indicates the content of the maintenance work, such as "replacement of frame B."

[0035] The resource icons 52a to 52d indicate the degree of sufficiency of resources associated with the maintenance work item 52. The resource icons 52a to 52d include, for example, a part icon 52a, a machine icon 52b, a person icon 52c, and a location icon 52d. The part icon 52a indicates the degree of sufficiency of parts required for maintenance work. The equipment icon 52b indicates the degree of sufficiency of equipment required for maintenance work. The person icon 52c indicates the presence or absence of a worker who will perform the maintenance work. The location icon 52d indicates the presence or absence of a location required for the maintenance work. The resource icons 52a to 52d are displayed in different forms depending on the degree of sufficiency. The resource icons 52a to 52d are displayed in different colors, for example, to indicate the degree of sufficiency.

[0036] 4 again, in step S6, the resource management screen 50 is displayed on the display unit 23, and when a predetermined maintenance task is selected by the administrator, the control unit 21 displays the average required time for the maintenance task based on the performance data (step S7). In step S7, the control unit 21 acquires performance data from performance database DB2 of the BOM system 17, acquires the performance task time included in the performance data, calculates the average time of the acquired performance time, and displays it on the display unit 23. Note that the displayed performance data may be any value calculated based on the task time spent on the maintenance task, and may be the above-mentioned average time (average value), a median, or a peak value of the standard deviation.

[0037] The control unit 21 also processes step S8 in parallel with step S7. After executing step S6, the control unit 21 displays all locations and personnel in the resource information corresponding to the selected maintenance work (step S8). After executing step S8, the control unit 21 then executes steps S9 and S12 to allow the user to set resource details for the resource information associated with the selected maintenance work. Specifically, the control unit 21 selectably displays personnel to be responsible for the maintenance work (step S9) and selectably displays the location where the maintenance work will be performed (step S12). After executing step S9, the control unit 21 extracts the time and personnel previously performing the work content (step S10). When personnel are selected by the administrator, the control unit 21 displays information about the selected personnel (step S11). In step S11, the control unit 21 calculates and displays information about the personnel, such as the average performance time of the maintenance work, the number of maintenance work experiences, the risk of fluctuation based on the variance in performance time, and the fatigue level based on the most recent work density.

[0038] After executing step S12, the control unit 21 extracts the distance between possible locations, i.e., the distance from the location of the asset to be worked on to the selected location (step S13).The control unit 21 then calculates the extracted distance and calculates the travel time based on the calculated distance (step S14).

[0039] After executing steps S11 and S14, the control unit 21 displays the work time and travel time that are the results of the maintenance work on the display unit 23 (step S15). After executing step S7 or step S15, the control unit 21 determines whether the maintenance work has been decided (step S16). If the control unit 21 determines in step S16 that the maintenance work has not been decided (step S16: No), the control unit 21 proceeds to the selection and display of the location and personnel in steps S9 and S12.

[0040] When the control unit 21 determines in step S16 that the maintenance work has been decided (step S16: Yes), it registers a schedule for managing the progress of the maintenance work and transmits work request data for the decided maintenance work to the work support system 16 (step S17).
