AI Technical Summary
Existing remedies are ineffective in addressing hypercontractions of the uterine muscle causing dysmenorrhea and premature birth, which are triggered by excess static electricity.
An antistatic fabric pad is used to neutralize static electricity near the uterus, reducing ionic charge and alleviating uterine contractions.
The antistatic pad effectively relieves dysmenorrhea pain and prevents premature birth by neutralizing static electricity, addressing 70% of cases.

Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION.
[0002] Device against dysmenorrhea or cases of premature birth»
[0003] 001. The present invention concerns a device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, in the form of an antistatic fabric pad, composed of 1 to 6 pockets (ideally 2 pockets) filled with an antistatic material.
[0004] 002. The present invention is intended to quickly relieve the pain of dysmenorrhea and prevent its occurrence during the menstrual period.
[0005] 003. The present invention is also intended to alleviate and prevent early uterine contractions that can cause premature birth.
[0006] 004. Dysmenorrhea is not a disease, but rather a hypercontraction of the uterine muscle, the myometrium, and there are no specific and truly effective remedies for this condition. In the case of premature birth, in 70% of cases, it is caused by premature contractions of the myometrium, the uterine muscle, of the same type as the painful contractions of dysmenorrhea.
[0007] 005. We discovered that excess static electricity was capable of triggering very strong contraction of the myometrium, which causes very strong dysmenorrhea pain in 25 to 50% of menstruating women or causes premature birth.
[0008] 006. The present invention consists of an antistatic pad, to be placed between the panties and the abdomen, or between two panties to keep it better, as close as possible to the uterus, to reduce the ionic charge and neutralize its static electricity, which is the cause of the triggering of menstrual cramps of dysmenorrhea or early uterine contractions responsible for 70% of cases of premature births.
Claims
CLAIMS.
01. Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that can be responsible for premature birth, characterized by being composed of an antistatic fabric pad, made of two cloths (Fig. 1), or in a single folded form (Fig. 2), preferably made of cotton or another type of fabric.
02. Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, as per claim 01, characterized in that the dimensions are 10 to 20 cm in length (ideally 15 cm) over a width of 7 to 15 cm (ideally 10 cm). 03 Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, as per the preceding claims, characterized in that it is composed of 1 to 6 pockets (ideally 2 pockets) (1) (2) filled with an antistatic material. 04 Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the cloths can be sewn mainly with one or more horizontal median seams (3), and a seam on the edges (4), to receive the antistatic material. 05 Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, as per the preceding claims, characterized in that the cloths can also be sewn with one or more vertical seams. 06 Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, as per the preceding claims, characterized in that the pockets may contain a total of 2 x 15 to 50 g (ideally 2 x 30 g) for a total of 30 to 100 g) (ideally 60 g) of antistatic material, to be placed in the panties or between two panties, as close as possible to the uterus. 07 Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the antistatic material inside the bags may be composed of one or more of these materials: antistatic earth of kaolin earth, or antistatic granules of the Staticontroi AS1 1 type (AS1 1 N or AS1 1 G or AS15N or MSG100G or MSG 190G) from the company Boussey-Control, or hydrated aluminum silicate, (AI2Si2O5(OH)4, which may be mixed with doubly hydroxylated magnesium silicate (Mg3Si4O10(OH)2), or soap, or any other material that has antistatic properties. 08 Device against dysmenorrhea and early uterine contractions that may be responsible for premature birth, as per the preceding claims, characterized in that the antistatic material may be in the form of granules (5) of 3 to 10 mm in diameter (ideally 7 mm) or in the form of round (6), oval (7), square (8) or rectangular (9) plates with rounded corners, with a flat (10) or curved (11) profile.
