Abstract

The present invention relates to combined use of an antibody-drug conjugate and an anti-EGFR antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof. Specifically, the present invention provides a pharmaceutical combination comprising an antibody-drug conjugate or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, a metabolite thereof, or a solvate thereof as a single agent, an anti-EGFR antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof, and optionally a platinum-based drug. Further provided is use of the pharmaceutical combination of the present application in preparing a drug for treating a tumor in a subject. Further provided is a method for treating a tumor in a subject, comprising administering to the subject the pharmaceutical combination of the present application.
