[0019] Figure 1: For the motorcycle to start, the helmet must be worn and close to the motorcycle. This safety measure ensures that the owner is present and protected.
[0020] Figure 2: When the rider attempts to start the motorcycle, a signal is emitted to communicate with the headset. The headset is expected to return a signal in response. If the headset is far from the motorcycle (>40cm), the motorcycle will not start.

Claims
Claims:
1. Advanced control and protection system for motorcyclists, characterized in that it comprises: - a smart motorcycle helmet equipped with advanced sensors to detect reckless driving behavior, monitor vital signs, and provide immediate assistance in the event of an accident; - a device integrated into the motorcycle, configured to receive and process data transmitted by the helmet; - a dedicated application allowing real-time access to collected data and remote monitoring by parents or guardians.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the smart motorcycle helmet comprises: - a microcontroller for data collection and transmission; - an alcohol sensor to measure sobriety levels; - a heart rate sensor integrated into the helmet; - temperature and humidity sensors to monitor environmental conditions - a GPS to track the driver's speed and location; - an angle sensor to detect risky behaviors such as wheelies; - an on-board camera to capture images of the surroundings in the event of accidents.
3. The system according to claim 1, wherein the device integrated into the motorcycle is configured to process the data collected by the helmet and transmit them to a centralized server, accessible via the dedicated application.
4. The system of claim 1, wherein the headset automatically triggers an emergency call in the event of an accident, providing rescuers with the precise location of the accident and information on the driver's vital signs.

The system according to claim 1, wherein the dedicated application allows parents or guardians to monitor in real time the trajectories, speed, sobriety levels, and general driving behavior of the motorcyclist, and offers the possibility of communicating with the driver and remotely disabling the motorcycle if necessary.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the helmet is equipped with a feature requiring the rider to wear it for the motorcycle to operate, thereby ensuring that safety measures are always applied.
7. The system of claim 1, wherein the data collected and transmitted by the helmet and the device integrated into the motorcycle contribute to improving the safety of motorcyclists, by providing real-time monitoring, alerts of dangerous behavior, and rapid assistance in the event of an emergency.
