[0015] The proprietary platform has various functional components exemplarily described below and the user-centric graphical user interface designs exemplarily illustrated in the drawings, together which allow for an improved usability and efficient integration of businesses and systems that are otherwise separate and distinct.
[0016] Real-time Location Tracking: the system allows for real-time location tracking of service providers and service requestors as well as others that carry a mobiledevice on which the propriety application is installed. The real-time location tracking is enabled by the system through its technical exposition of GPS and network-based tracking algorithms, data accuracy enhancements, and user privacy safeguards. For example, the system is configured to retrieve the GPS data from a device only when the proprietary application is running and activated on the device and not retrieve the GPS data when the proprietary application is running but not activated.

For example, no matter how large a company's workforce is, one administrator can easily set up accounts for each member of the workforce under one unified account set up for the company. [0024] Step 901 represents initiation by the administrator. The process begins with the platform administrator, who is provided with the capability to create comprehensive company profiles. This includes setting up various data fields, incorporating media uploads, and integrating credential verification systems for one unified account for the company.

Once the administrator has completed the company profile setup, the administrator may prompt the system to automatically generate an activation link tailored for recipient and also generate a unique message containing the generated link to be sent to a number or address preregistered with the recipient. Since the generation of the activation link and the customization of messages to suit the different recipients are automated in the system, the administrator is able to send the customized activation requests to each member of the fleet workforce very easily, for example, with a simple selection of a button on the user interface. The activation link is also tailored for each recipient as well. For example, ifthe number or address preregistered with the recipient is of a certain type (a certain email system, Android mobile device, etc.), the system generates the activation link that will most likely be compatible with that type (e.g., specifically, the page that will be open from clicking the activation link will be suitably viewable on that type of device). Additionally, the activation link is also tailored according to the rank or level of the recipient as designated by the administrator. For example, if the recipient is designated as an associate, the activation link is associated with an account that has limited access rights to the company's profile. If the recipient is designated as a supervisor, the activation link is associated with an account that has more access rights. That is, the activation links themselves are tailored and customized before they are sent according to their recipients so that the recipients' accounts, once activated, do not need to be adjusted separately to assign different features such as different access rights, etc.

The search functionality and the ability to review statistics for any customizable groups of members allows the user (such as administrators of company) to easily group the members in any way desired by selecting appropriate search criteria to obtain the most accurate and complete picture of the work assignment for various different groups of members at various different periods of time.
[0037] The search functionality of the platform utilizes a generative AI technology that enables both collaborative filtering and content-based filtering. The collaborative filtering enables the AI system to detect patterns in user behavior, group the users with similar preferences, analyze item attributes to create detailed profiles for each service or category. The collaborative filtering can be used in conjunction with the dynamic content-based filtering. When these two filtering modes are used together, the AI not only provides recommendations based on user clustering (from the collaborative filtering) but also creates new content suggestions that resonate with the preferences ofuser clusters (from the dynamic content-based filtering), thereby overcoming the diversity limitations of collaborative filtering. That is, the AI system of the platform may suggest certain search criteria, categories, services, or user groups to be searched and analyzed within the platform's directory, and pre-populate such search criteria generated from the AI system in the filter screen of Fig.4.
[0038] The proprietary platform may directly forward leads to its active and / or non- active members. Fig.6 illustrates an exemplary graphical user interface displayed on a mobile device of a member that receives such lead from the platform. The lead is forwarded to the mobile device of the member in a way that allows the member to review the lead and accept or reject the lead on the same screen, as shown in Fig.6. For example, the lead as displayed on the mobile terminal has the title 601 indicating it is a new job request, the recipient information 602 indicating the recipient's name and an option to expand to see more details of the current recipient's profile, the description 603 of the requested new job indicating a service type of job (e.g., wiring repair), an urgency of job (e.g., immediate job), and a proposed service date and time (e.g., today - 4pm). Under the descriptions 603, there is an expander 604 for expanding the job descriptions to see more details. Job location entry 605 indicates how far the job location is from the real-time location of the recipient's mobile terminal (in the example shown in the drawing, the job location is 4.9 miles away from the real-time location of the subject mobile terminal as determined by the GPS data of the mobile terminal). To see the actual job location, the recipient (the user of the mobile terminal) may select entry 605 which calls up the map data with a pointer to the job location. On the bottom of the screen on the mobile terminal, there are two interfaces, one interface (e.g., button 606) for accepting the job and another interface (e.g., button 607) for denying the job. That is, a single touch of the respective interface is all that is required for the user to either accept or deny the job request, and such selection is made on the same screen where the new job request is first displayed on the mobile terminal. In fact, the user interfaces 601-607 are all displayed on the same screen on the mobile terminal which makes it extremely easy and convenient for the recipient member to review the new lead (new job request) and submit his / her acceptance or denial to the platform.

Claims
WHAT IS CLAIMED IS 1. A non-transitory computer readable medium storing computer programs, if executed by a computer implementing a workforce fleet management platform, causes the computer to execute functions comprising: displaying a platform screen including a list of members, a number of jobs accepted or declined by each member in the list, a location interface for at least one member in the list; and upon selecting the location interface on the platform screen, displaying, concurrently with the list of members on the platform screen, map data showing a real-time geo-location of the at least one member.
2. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 1, wherein the platform screen further includes a table showing a list of service types of jobs associated with the members in the list and a number of jobs accepted or declined for each service type.
3. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 2, wherein the platform screen further includes a pie chart adjacent to the table, the pie chart showing a proportion of jobs accepted for each service type.
4. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 1, wherein the functions further comprise: transmitting, over a network, a lead to be displayed on a mobile terminal of an active member of the platform, wherein the lead is configured to include (i) a description of a new job request, (ii) a first interface for accepting the new job, and (iii) a second interface for denying the new job, and is configured such that all (i), (ii), and (iii) are displayed on a same screen on the mobile terminal.
5. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 4, wherein the lead is configured to further include, on the same screen, (iv) a distance between a real-time geo- location of the mobile terminal and a location of the new job.
6. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 5, wherein the lead is configured to further include, on the same screen, (v) an interface, if selected, expands at least one of the descriptions of the new job request and the location of the new job.

The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 1, wherein the list of members to be displayed on the platform screen is modifiable through a filter function of the platform such that, only members having features that satisfy one or more search criteria input by a user are displayed in the list on the platform screen.

The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 7, wherein the platform screen further includes: a table showing a list of service types of jobs associated with the members that satisfy the search criteria, and a pie chart that is adjacent to the table and shows a proportion of the jobs associated with the members that satisfy the search criteria, for each service type listed in the table.
9. The non-transitory computer readable medium according to claim 1, wherein the functions further comprise: transmitting a unique message containing an activation link to a pre-registered number of a mobile terminal of a recipient who does not have an active account with the platform, wherein the unique message is configured such that, when the link is selected on the mobile terminal, the recipient member is guided to input personal information to complete activation of the account, wherein a level of access right to the platform is preset for the account before the account is activated by the recipient member.
10. A method of rendering a graphical user interface for an integrated fleet management platform, comprising: causing a platform screen to be displayed on a client terminal, the platform screen including a list of members, a number of jobs accepted or declined by each member in the list, a location interface for at least one member in the list; andupon selecting the location interface on the platform screen, displaying, concurrently with the list of members on the platform screen, map data showing a real-time geo-location of the at least one member.
11. The method according to claim 10, wherein the platform screen further includes a table showing a list of service types of jobs associated with the members in the list and a number of jobs accepted or declined for each service type.
12. The method according to claim 11, wherein the platform screen further includes a pie chart adjacent to the table, the pie chart showing a proportion of jobs accepted for each service type.
13. The method according to claim 10, further comprising: transmitting, over a network, a lead to be displayed on a mobile terminal of an active member of the platform, wherein the lead is configured to include (i) a description of a new job request, (ii) a first interface for accepting the new job, and (iii) a second interface for denying the new job, and is configured such that all (i), (ii), and (iii) are displayed on a same screen on the mobile terminal.
14. The method according to claim 13, wherein the lead is configured to further include, on the same screen, (iv) a distance between a real-time geo-location of the mobile terminal and a location of the new job.
15. The method according to claim 14, wherein the lead is configured to further include, on the same screen, (v) an interface, if selected, expands at least one of the descriptions of the new job request and the location of the new job.

The method according to claim 10, wherein the list of members to be displayed on the platform screen is modifiable through a filter function of the platform such that, only members having features that satisfy one or more search criteria input by a user are displayed in the list on the platform screen.
17. The method according to claim 16, wherein the platform screen further includes: a table showing a list of service types of jobs associated with the members that satisfy the search criteria, anda pie chart that is adjacent to the table and shows a proportion of the jobs associated with the members that satisfy the search criteria, for each service type listed in the table.
18. The method according to claim 10, further comprising: transmitting a unique message containing an activation link to a pre-registered number of a mobile terminal of a recipient who does not have an active account with the platform, wherein the unique message is configured such that, when the link is selected on the mobile terminal, the recipient member is guided to input personal information to complete activation of the account, wherein a level of access right to the platform is preset for the account before the account is activated by the recipient member.
