Claims

1. An information processing device having a processor, wherein the processor receives a first operation from a first user to post information on a viewing screen that displays information posted by multiple users including a first user and a second user, and then receives a first string input from the first user into an input area; when a second operation is received from the first user, displays a selection screen that allows selection of a display mode of the first string and a presentation mode of a first display area that displays the first string; and when a third operation to post the first string is received, displays the first display area and the first string on the viewing screen based on the presentation mode of the first display area and the display mode of the first string selected on the selection screen.

An information processing device as described in claim 1, wherein the selection screen includes a first designation area for designating the movement of the first character string, a second designation area for designating the style of the first character string, and a third designation area for designating the presentation of the first display area.

The information processing device of claim 1, wherein the processor displays on the viewing screen the first display area that displays the first character string and a second display area that displays the second character string posted by the second user, and displays the second display area in a different presentation manner from the first display area.

An information processing method in which a processor receives a first operation from a first user to post information on a viewing screen that displays information posted by multiple users including a first user and a second user, and then receives a first string input by the first user into an input area; when the processor receives a second operation from the first user, the processor displays a selection screen that allows the user to select a display mode of the first string and a presentation mode of a first display area that displays the first string; and when the processor receives a third operation to post the first string, the processor displays the first display area and the first string on the viewing screen based on the presentation mode of the first display area and the display mode of the first string selected on the selection screen.
