Thumb orthosis (10,200,300), in particular for relieving and / or treating rhizarthrosis, characterized in that said orthosis (10,200,300) comprises an extensible textile tubular member (12) comprising: - a dorsal part of the hand (20) and a palmar part of the hand (30), and - a first distal tubular part (40) comprising an exit opening at least for the index finger (42), and - a second distal tubular portion (50) comprising a thumb outlet opening (52), - a thumb-index notch portion (60) extending between said first and second distal tubular parts (40,50), said orthosis (10,200,300) further comprises: - a thin, reversibly bendable spacer member (70) extending, at least in part, along the thumb-index finger notch portion (60) and bearing against a lateral side (501) of the second distal tubular portion (50) and against a medial side (40m) of the first distal tubular portion (40) so as to separate the thumb from the index finger; and - a main return element (80), comprising a first portion (82), and possibly a second portion (84), said main return element (80) extends from its first portion (82), arranged in the palmar part of the hand (30), from the thumb-index notch portion (60) by covering and surrounding at least in part the base of the thumb joint (16) and extends into the dorsal part of the hand (20) passing through the base of the thumb joint (16).

2. Orthosis (10,200,300) according to claim 1, characterized in that the main return element (80) comprises at least one polymeric layer having a determined part shape optionally combined with at least one textile layer having a determined part shape.

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to either of claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the spacer member is reversibly foldable in that it is possible to bring two portions of its length, which are spaced apart, closer together, in a first position, and to move said two portions apart so that they are not in contact in a second position, the passage from the first position to the second position, and vice versa, is obtained by the pinching movement between the thumb and the index finger.

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the orthosis (10,200,300) comprises a tightening strap (90,290) comprising a first portion (92,292) in connection with the second portion (84) of the main return element (80), in that said tightening strap (90,290) comprises a second gripping portion (94,295), possibly free, comprising a first securing member (96,296), and in that the orthosis (10,200,300) comprises a second securing member (98,297) configured to cooperate for its removable securing with the first securing member (96,296) of the tightening strap (90,290).

5. Orthosis (10,200,300) according to claim 4, characterized in that the first portion (92,292) of the tightening strap (90,290) is connected to the second portion (84) of the main return element (80) in the dorsal hand part (20) of the textile tubular member (12).

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to either of claims 4 and 5, characterized in that the tightening strap (90,290) extends from its first portion (92,292) in the dorsal hand portion (20) of the textile tubular member (12), at least in part substantially surrounding the wrist, in a direction opposite to the second distal tubular portion (50), in particular then extends towards the palmar hand portion (30) in the direction of the second distal tubular portion (50).

7. Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 4 to 6, characterized in that the second securing member (98,297) is arranged in the palmar part of the hand (30) of the elastic textile tubular member (12), in particular covers at least part of the wrist.

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 7, characterized in that the textile tubular member (12) comprises a lateral slit (18) at least partially releasing the external side of the wrist, in particular arranged on the lateral side (121) of said textile tubular member (12), and separating a lateral portion (22) of the dorsal part of the hand (20) from a lateral portion (32) of the palmar part of the hand (30).

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to claim 8, characterized in that in a position in which the first and second securing members (96,296;297,98) cooperate together for their securing, the first portion (92,292) of the tightening strap (90,290) is connected to the lateral portion (22) of the dorsal part (20), and a portion (94,295) of the tightening strap (90,290), possibly the second portion (94,295) of the tightening strap (90,290), is connected to the lateral portion (32) of the palmar part (30).

10. Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the spacer member (70) comprises one or more spacer piece(s) chosen from: a textile piece, a foam piece, a metal piece, a polymeric coating or laminate layer, or a combination of these.

11. Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 10, characterized in that the spacer member (70) has a total thickness less than or equal to 10 mm, preferably less than or equal to 5 mm.

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the orthosis (10,200,300) comprises a sheath arranged in the thumb-index finger notch portion (60) configured to receive said spacer member (70), preferably said spacer member is arranged removably in the sheath.

13. Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 11, characterized in that the spacer member (70) comprises at least one spacer piece arranged, in particular secured, to the external face of the thumb-index notch portion (60), and / or at least one spacer piece arranged, in particular secured, to the internal face of the thumb-index notch portion (60).

Orthosis (300) according to any one of claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the orthosis (300) comprises an auxiliary return element (385) comprising a first portion extending in the dorsal part of the hand (320) from the thumb-index notch portion (360) by covering and surrounding at least in part the base of the thumb joint and extends in the dorsal part of the hand (320) as far as the main return element (380).

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 14, characterized in that the main return element (80) is chosen from: - a part comprising a textile part, a part in a polymeric layer, or a combination of the latter, or several of said parts in the extension of each other; and / or - at least one textile portion of the textile tubular member (12) comprising one or more elastic thread(s), in particular woven thread(s).

Orthosis (10,200,300) according to any one of claims 1 to 15, characterized in that the textile tubular member (12) comprises a clamp (115) arranged in the dorsal part of the hand (20) and extending from the notch portion thumb-index (60) towards a hand insertion opening (14), or towards a lower edge (114) of the tubular member (12).

17. Method for manufacturing a thumb orthosis (10,200,300), in particular according to any one of claims 1 to 16, in particular for relieving and / or treating rhizarthrosis, comprising the steps: - a) providing a substantially planar temporary extensible textile member (110) having a determined configuration, a thin and reversibly foldable spacer member (70), and a main return element (80, 380) comprising a first portion (82) and a second portion (84); - b) shaping the temporary extensible textile member (110) in three dimensions so as to form a tubular textile member (12) comprising a dorsal hand portion (20, 320) and a palmar hand portion (30), and - a first distal tubular part (40) comprising an exit opening at least for the index finger (42), and - a second distal tubular portion (50) comprising a thumb outlet opening (52), - a thumb-index finger notch portion (60) extending between said first and second distal tubular parts (40, 50), - arranging the spacer member (70) in the thumb-index finger notch portion (60) during step b), or after step b), so that said spacer member (70) comes to bear against a lateral side (501) of the second distal tubular part (50) and against a medial side (40m) of the first distal tubular part (40) in order to separate the thumb from the index finger; and in that the main return element (80,380) is integrated into, or secured to, the temporary extensible textile member (110) or to the extensible tubular member (12) so that said main return element (80,380) extends from its first portion (82), in the palmar part of the hand (30), of the thumb-index notch portion (60) by covering and surrounding at least in part the base of the thumb joint (16) and extends into the dorsal part of the hand (30) passing through the base of the thumb joint (16).

A method of manufacturing a thumb orthosis (10,200,300) according to claim 17, characterized in that the temporary extensible textile member (110) comprises an upper edge (112) and a lower edge (114), and in that the temporary extensible textile member (110) comprises a through opening (115), in particular an open slit (115) on said upper edge (112), extending substantially from the thumb-index finger notch portion (60) in the dorsal hand portion (20,320) of the temporary extensible textile member (110) and towards the lower edge (114) of said temporary extensible textile member (110).
