Abstract
A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure comprises: a reception unit that receives a configuration for path loss offset; and a control unit that controls transmission of a power headroom report (PHR) for transmission of a sounding reference signal. If the path loss offset is associated with a transmission configuration indication (TCI) state applied to at least an uplink, the PHR is based on an expression containing the path loss offset.
