Abstract

The present invention provides an indole-fused saturated ring compound or a derivative thereof having the structure shown in Formula I or Formula II, or a stereoisomer thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a solvate thereof, or a prodrug molecule thereof, or a deuterated compound thereof, or a tritiated compound thereof, and a use thereof. The indole-fused saturated ring compound or derivative thereof provided by the present invention are a class of structurally novel compounds. Said class of compounds has good inhibitory activity against both uricase and urate transporters, is a dual XOR / URAT1 inhibitor, and has a strong uric acid-lowering effect, good safety, favorable pharmacokinetic properties, and high druggability. Said compounds can be used for the preparation of uric acid-lowering drugs and for preventing and / or treating gout or hyperuricemia.
