HLA-g-targeting antibody or antigen-binding fragment thereof and use thereof

Abstract

Provided are an HLA-G-targeting antibody or an antigen-binding fragment thereof and a use thereof, relating to the field of antibodies. The antibody or the antigen-binding fragment thereof comprises: a heavy-chain complementarity determining region (HCDR) and a light-chain complementarity determining region (LCDR), wherein the HCDR comprises at least one sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs: 1-6 or an amino acid sequence having at least 80% homology with the sequence; and the LCDR comprises at least one sequence selected from SEQ ID NOs: 7-12 or an amino acid sequence having at least 80% homology with the sequence. The antibody or antigen-binding fragment has high specificity and high affinity, can bind to human and cynomolgus monkey HLA-G and specifically block binding of HLA-G to receptors LILRB1 and LILRB2 thereof, and promotes a killing effect of immune cells on tumor cells, thereby effectively treating and / or preventing HLA-G-mediated related diseases, such as tumors.
