[0022] In this way, embodiments of the present disclosure can provide interaction controls for controlling the interaction process of the host in the application in the live interface, thereby improving the efficiency of live interaction.
[0023] Various example implementations of the scheme are described in further detail below in conjunction with the accompanying drawings.
[0024] Example environment
[0025] FIG. 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of an example environment 100 in which embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented. As shown in FIG. 1, the example environment 100 can include an electronic device 110.
[0026] In this example environment 100, the electronic device 110 can run an application 120 that supports interface interaction. The application 120 can be any suitable type of application for interface interaction, examples of which can include, but are not limited to, a live application or other suitable application. A user 140 can interact with the application 120 via the electronic device 110 and / or its attached devices.
[0027] In the environment 100 of FIG. 1, if the application 120 is in an active state, the electronic device 110 can present an interface 150 for supporting interface interaction through the application 120.
[0028] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 communicates with the server 130 to enable provisioning of services of the application 120. The electronic device 110 can be any type of mobile terminal, fixed terminal, or portable terminal including a mobile handset, a tablet computer, a laptop computer, a notebook computer, a netbook computer, a tablet computer, a media computer, a multimedia tablet, a palmtop computer, a portable gaming terminal, a VR / AR device, a Personal BommuniBation System (PBS) device, a personal navigation device, a Personal Digital Assistant (PDA), an audio / video player, a digital camera / camcorder, a positioning device, a television receiver, a radio broadcast receiver, an electronic book device, a game device, or any combination thereof, including accessories and peripherals of these devices, or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can also support any type of interface to the user (such as “wearable” circuitry, etc.).
[0029] The server 130 can be a standalone physical server, a server cluster or distributed system composed of multiple physical servers, or a cloud server providing cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communications, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content distribution networks, and basic cloud computing services such as big data and artificial intelligence platforms. The server 130 may, for example, include a computing system / server, such as a mainframe, an edge computing node, a computing device in a cloud environment, and the like. The server 130 can provide background services for the application 120 in the electronic device 110 that supports virtual scenes.
[0030] A communication connection can be established between the server 130 and the electronic device 110. The communication connection can be established by wired or wireless means. The communication connection can include, but is not limited to, a Bluetooth connection, a mobile network connection, a Universal Serial Bus (USB) connection, a Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) connection, and the like, and embodiments of the present disclosure are not limited in this regard. In embodiments of the present disclosure, the server 130 and the electronic device 110 can implement signaling interaction through the communication connection therebetween.
[0031] It should be understood that the structure and function of the various elements in the environment 100 are described for illustrative purposes only, and do not imply any limitation on the scope of the present disclosure.
[0032] Some example embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with continued reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0033] Example Interaction
[0034] FIGS. 2A-2B illustrate example interfaces 200A-200B, according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The interfaces 200A-200B may, for example, be provided by the electronic device 110 shown in FIG. 1.
[0035] In some examples, the interface 200A shown in FIG. 2A may, for example, be provided by a client corresponding to any suitable user associated with a live room. Such a user may, for example, include a first live party, or a spectator user associated with the first live party.
[0036] As shown in FIG. 2A, the first live party and the second live party may, for example, be in an interactive state such as a mic-in, a PK, or the like. Accordingly, the interface 200A can present first live content 205 corresponding to the first live party and second live content 210 corresponding to the second live party.
[0037] In some embodiments, the first live party and the second live party can also conduct an interactive event associated with a target application. Accordingly, the electronic device 110 can present interactive content 215 in the interface 200A.
[0038] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2A, the interactive content 215 can include a set of images of the target application, which can be associated with the first live party (e.g., host A).
[0039] Taking cloud gaming as an example, such a set of images may, for example, be a set of interface images provided by a cloud gaming application to the first live party, so that the spectators in the live room can view the same screen content as the host A.
[0040] It should be understood that such a target application can also include other suitable interactive applications other than cloud gaming, examples of which can include a simulation application, a modeling application, and the like.
[0041] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2A, the interface 200A can also provide a set of interactive controls, e.g., interactive control 225-1 and interactive control 225-2 (individually or collectively referred to as interactive controls 225). Further, the electronic device 110 can receive a triggering operation (e.g., a click, a drag, or the like) of a user on the interactive controls 225, and can trigger generation of one or more control instructions for controlling the target application (e.g., cloud gaming).
[0042] In some embodiments, the set of interactive controls 225 can include multiple interactive controls for triggering generation of different types of control commands. For example, the interactive controls 225 can include controls for controlling a virtual character to move in a direction, controls for controlling the virtual character to perform an action such as an attack, and the like.
[0043] As an example, the interactive control 225-1 can include a virtual joystick for controlling the movement or turning of one or more virtual objects 230 corresponding to the first live streamer in the target application. The interactive control 225-2 can include a button for controlling the virtual object(s) 230 to perform an attack action. Such virtual object(s) 230 can include, for example, a virtual character corresponding to the first live streamer in the target application, or a virtual prop controllable by the first live streamer, etc.
[0044] In some embodiments, when the interactive control 225-2 is triggered, for example, the electronic device 110 can send such operation instruction data directly to the cloud game to generate corresponding “attack” control instructions by the running game. Alternatively, the electronic device 110 can also directly associate the interactive control 225-2 to the “attack” control instruction and send the corresponding control instruction to the cloud game.
[0045] In this way, embodiments of the present disclosure can further reduce the latency of controlling the application with the interactive control 225, and improve the control efficiency.
[0046] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can provide the interactive controls according to different modes, for example. As an example, the electronic device 110 can provide the set of interactive controls 225 in the interactive panel 220 for the target application, as shown in FIG. 2A. As an example, the electronic device 110 can also receive a preset operation of the user and display the interactive panel 220 accordingly.
[0047] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can also provide the interactive controls 240 in the interactive information area 235 of the live streaming interface, as shown in FIG. 2B. The interactive information area 235 can be used to display interactive messages associated with the first live streamer, such as comment messages, gift messages, etc.
[0048] As shown in FIGS. 2A and 2B, in some embodiments, the number of interactive controls 240 can be less than the interactive controls 225, for example, to reduce the impact of the interactive controls on the information display, compared to the interactive controls 225 provided by the interactive panel 220.
[0049] In some embodiments, one or more of the interactive controls 225 or the interactive controls 240 can also be associated with the consumption of virtual resources, for example. As an example, with the interactive control 225-2, the audience user needs to consume a predetermined virtual resource to trigger the virtual object 230 corresponding to the first live streamer to perform an “attack” action, for example. In contrast, the interactive control 225-1 can not require the consumption of any virtual resource, for example.
[0050] As mentioned above, the interface 200A or the interface 200B above can be a live interface provided for the first live streamer or a viewer user associated with the first live streamer to support the first live streamer or the viewer user to control the target application through the interactive controls in the live interface.
[0051] In some embodiments, the types of the set of interactive controls provided for the first live streamer can be different from the set of interactive controls provided for the viewer user, for example, to enable the live streamer to coordinate with the viewer user to collaboratively control the interactions in the target application. For example, the first live streamer can be provided with interactive controls for controlling the virtual object 230 to move, and the viewer user can be provided with interactive controls for controlling the virtual object 230 to perform other actions (e.g., attack, etc.).
[0052] In this way, by differentiating the capabilities that the live streamer and the viewer user can control, embodiments of the present disclosure can support the live streamer and the viewer user to have a deeper level of interactive coordination, thereby improving the experience of live interaction.
[0053] In this case, multiple users (e.g., the live streamer and the viewer user, or multiple viewer users) can have triggered operation instructions at the same time. The generation process of the control instruction will be further introduced below.
[0054] For example, the server 130 can receive multiple operation instructions triggered by multiple users associated with the first live streamer via corresponding clients within a predetermined period of time. Such multiple operation instructions can be from multiple viewer users or from the live streamer and one or more viewer users, for example.
[0055] Further, the server 130 can generate at least one control instruction corresponding to the aggregated multiple operation instructions, for example, by aggregating the multiple operation instructions. Specifically, the server 130 can aggregate the multiple operation instructions based on the number of each type of operation instruction in the multiple operation instructions, so that the aggregated multiple operation instructions do not include mutually exclusive operation instructions. Further, the server 130 can generate at least one control instruction corresponding to the aggregated multiple operation instructions.
[0056] For example, the server 130 receives 10 operation instructions to move the virtual object 230 to the left and 20 operation instructions to move the virtual object 230 to the right within a predetermined period of time. Accordingly, the server 130 can aggregate such multiple operation instructions (i.e., mutually exclusive operation instructions to move the virtual object 230 to the left and to the right), and determine the final control instruction to be to move the virtual object 230 to the right.
[0057] In this way, embodiments of the present disclosure can support multiple viewer users to have joint interaction, thereby further improving the experience of live interaction.
[0058] It should be appreciated that although the above describes an example of application control in a scenario of interaction between two live rooms in connection with FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B, embodiments of the present disclosure are also applicable to application control in a scenario of a single live room, or application control in a scenario of joint interaction of more live rooms.
[0059] For example, in a scenario of a single live room, the live interface may, for example, only display the live content of the current live party and the interaction content of the target application, and the live party and / or the associated spectator party can trigger the generation of the control instruction in the target application through the interaction control provided by the live interface, so as to update the interaction content.
[0060] Based on the above-described process, embodiments of the present disclosure can support multiple live parties to interact through a specific application, and can present the relevant picture content of the application in the live interface. Thus, embodiments of the present disclosure can improve the acquisition efficiency of live content and enhance the live experience of users.
