I Claim:

A system (100) for delivering aggregated animal care services through a computing platform, the system (100) comprising: a user interface (10) configured to be accessed via web-based or mobilebased platforms; a login module (20) configured to authenticate users through the user interface (10) and to enable role-based access to the computing platform; a data collection module (30) configured to receive input through the user interface (10) and to collect data authenticated by the login module (20), from the users and third-party sources wherein the data includes pet profiles, user profiles, service provider data, volunteer data, and organizational data; a repository (40) configured to maintain and store the data collected from the data collection module (30); an aggregation module (50) configured to access and analyse data stored in the repository (40) with user interactions occurring through the user interface (10), and to generate case updates, notifications, and recommendations; a communication module (60) configured to exchange data with the repository (40) and the aggregation module (50), wherein the communication module (60) enables private messaging, group interaction, and public forum discussions among users and to collect feedback and ratings for service providers, volunteers, and events; and a services module (70) configured to provide access to emergency response, pet adoption, animal rescue, medical services, donation processing, volunteer coordination, and lifecycle tracking based on the data from the aggregation module (50) and the repository (40).

2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the login module (20) is configured to allow guest users to access emergency features including rescue request submission and public alert viewing without registration.

3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the repository (40) is configured to maintain a complete pet lifecycle record, including ownership history, service usage, feedback, and end-of-life details.

4. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the aggregation module (50) is configured to generate location-specific alerts and recommendations based on realtime case data and volunteer availability.

5. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein the services module (70) is configured to allow users to initiate lost pet cases or report stray animal sightings, with automatic geolocation tagging and progress tracking until resolution.

A method (200) for delivering aggregated animal care services through a computing platform, the method (200) comprising steps of:authenticating a user through a login module (20) and assigning user access based on a user type; presenting a user interface (10) comprising selectable service options including emergency assistance, adoption, rescue, donations, volunteer registration, and service bookings; receiving input from the user based on a selected service option and retrieving corresponding information from a repository (40); processing user actions related to animal profiles, incidents, donations, or service requests; updating records in the repository (40) to reflect changes associated with said user actions; generating and displaying real-time case updates, notifications, and recommendations based on data aggregated from the repository (40); enabling users to communicate through private or group channels and to participate in public forums; and recording and maintaining histories of interactions between users, animals, service providers, and corporate entities.
