[0017] According to the figures, the device consists of two elements (Figure 2) that can be attached to each other. The first element is a lumbar support belt (A) 120 cm long by 26 cm wide, which emits heat through interconnected carbon fiber threads resistant to high temperatures. When these internal wires are connected to electricity, they emit constant heat that radiates across the entire surface of the belt. The second element is the massage device (B), which also emits heat using the same thermal system as the belt. It also imparts a back-and-forth pumping motion, thus mobilizing the lumbar vertebrae and producing a vasodilatory effect through the heat it emits.
[0018] It has a multitude of advantages thanks to the configuration of the device, properly placed in the lumbar region by means of a belt over the abdomen that supports the patient's back in such a way that the massage device can exert the pumping effect directly on the lumbar region.
[0019] For its part, the heat-emitting massage device (B) (Figure 1) comprises an external semi-spherical cushion that emits heat (c) of 18 cm in diameter, mounted concentrically on another internal cushion (d) with a diameter of 14 cm which contains on its inner and concave face an electric actuator, with a semi-spherical head (e) of 10 cm in diameter, which will have the particularity of imparting a posteroanterior movement to the internal (d) and external (c) semi-spherical cushions of the piece in Figure 1, and at the same time we will achieve heat through the external semi-spherical cushion (c), by means of a radiant carbon fiber thread system, as previously discussed.
[0020] The two components—the heat-emitting lumbar support belt (A), comprising a rigid central zone (f), and the rigid base of the massager, which aligns with the rigid central zone of the belt—are detachable. Both the rigid base of the massager (g) and the rigid central zone of the belt (f), where the base of the massager is attached, are equipped with a Velcro fastener to separate the two pieces. This allows for washing the part that comes into contact with the patient's skin and subsequent reassembly. In this way, the heat-emitting belt (A), which contains a rigid central base (f) at the point of contact with the heat-emitting massager (B), remains securely fastened and immobilized against the spine, preventing it from detaching from the device that connects them.of both elements (A) and (B) (Figure 2), and consequently the heat-emitting massage device (B) can perform its pumping thanks to an electrical mechanism. CLAIMS 1. An osteopathic lumbar massage apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a thermal lumbar belt (A) and a thermal massage device (B), wherein the thermal lumbar belt comprises a central rigid zone where the thermal massage device (B) is located, wherein said thermal massage device (B) comprises at least one semi-spherical thermal cushion (c,d) which contains on its inner and concave face an electric actuator with a semi-spherical head (e), capable of imparting a posterior-anterior movement to the semi-spherical thermal cushion (c,d), wherein the massage device (B) comprises a rigid base (g) and where the rigid base of the electric actuator (h) rests, such that the rigid base of the massager coincides with the rigid central zone of the belt.

Osteopathic lumbar massage apparatus according to claim 1 characterized in that the thermal massage device (B) comprises an external thermal semi-spherical cushion (c) mounted directly concentrically on another internal semi-spherical cushion (d), of smaller diameter than the external one, said internal semi-spherical cushion (d) containing on its inner and concave face the electric actuator with a semi-spherical head (e).

Osteopathic lumbar massage device according to claim 2, characterized in that the dimensions are as follows: -Thermal belt (A) 120 cm long by 26 cm wide. -External semi-spherical thermal cushion (c) of 18 cm in diameter. -Internal semi-spherical cushion (d) of 14 cm in diameter. -Semi-spherical head (e) of 10 cm in diameter.

Osteopathic lumbar massage apparatus, according to the preceding claims, characterized in that the base of the thermal belt (A) in the central area thereof which is made of rigid material (f), the massage device is perfectly attached which in turn has a rigid base (g) joined by Velcro and so., the device can perform its pumping by means of the electric mechanism.
