[0001] SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MARKETING PROJECTS
[0002] EARLIEST PRIORITY DATE
[0003] This Application claims priority from a Complete patent application filed in India having Patent Application No. 202421048414 filed on 24th day of June 2024 and titled SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MARKETING PROJECTS.
[0004] FIELD OF INVENTION
[0005] Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to the field of digital marketing and audience engagement, and more particularly to, a system and method for marketing projects in the media and entertainment industry.
[0006] BACKGROUND
[0007] In the media and entertainment industry, traditional marketing methods face several significant challenges. Conventional methods of advertising and audience engagement typically involve broad and non-specific strategies, such as TV commercials, radio ads, print media, and online advertisements. These approaches often lack precise targeting and detailed feedback mechanisms, resulting in inefficiencies and suboptimal allocation of advertising budgets.
[0008] Traditional advertising methods do not provide detailed analytics on the audience. Producers and sponsors have limited information on "who" and "how many" people have been exposed to their advertisements. They often cannot access demographic data such as age, gender, location, and preferred languages, which are crucial for tailoring marketing strategies.
[0009] Without comprehensive insights, it is challenging for producers to allocate their advertising budgets effectively. There is a high risk of overspending on ineffective channels or underinvesting in more promising ones. This inefficiency leads to wasted resources and reduced return on investment (ROI).
[0010] Conventional methods often lack transparency, making it difficult for producers to track the performance of their advertising campaigns. They cannot easily verify the accuracy of the reported audience reach or engagement metrics, leading to potential discrepancies and mistrust.
[0011] Further, the traditional approaches do not adequately incentivize audience members to engage with entertainment projects. There are few mechanisms in place to reward audiences for their participation, which can result in lower engagement and loyalty. In addition, the process of purchasing tickets and obtaining cashback incentives can be cumbersome and inefficient. Audiences may need to go through multiple steps to redeem rewards, which can deter them from participating regularly. Furthermore, managing bulk ticket bookings and providing appropriate rewards for referrals are often complicated and prone to errors. Conventional systems may not have robust mechanisms to handle these scenarios efficiently, leading to potential misuse or dissatisfaction among users.
[0012] Hence, there is a need for an improved system and method for marketing projects in the media and entertainment industry, which addresses the aforementioned issue(s).
[0013] OBJECTIVE OF THE INVENTION
[0014] An objective of the present invention is to offer producers and sponsors detailed analytics on their audience.
[0015] Another objective of the present invention is to enable producers to ascertain the precise allocation of their advertising budget, ensuring that every penny is directed toward their intended target audience.
[0016] Another objective of the present invention is to provide a transparent system for tracking and verifying audience engagement and advertisement exposure.
[0017] Another objective of the present invention is to offer direct monetary incentives in the form of predefined and unconditional cashback within the ticket price.
[0018] Another objective of the present invention is to facilitate bulk ticket bookings and assign points accordingly.
[0019] Another objective of the present invention is to provide subscribers with the option to obtain membership by making a one-time investment. Another objective of the present invention is to create a seamless and engaging experience for audience members by providing notifications about new projects, easy ticket bookings, and immediate cashback, enhancing their overall satisfaction with the platform.
[0020] Another objective of the present invention is to ensure that all financial transactions, including cashback deposits and withdrawals, are conducted securely and efficiently.
[0021] Another objective of the present invention is to provide an admin dashboard that includes comprehensive details on all projects, subscribers, financial transactions, and membership information, granting administrators full control and oversight of the platform's operations.

The reception of bookings ensures a streamlined experience for users, enabling them to conveniently access and enjoy the platform's offerings.
[0063] Further, the method (300) includes receiving at least one of details of claimed, approved, transaction, and upcoming projects in step 350. More specifically, the platform may receive essential details encompassing claimed, approved, transactional, and upcoming project information. This involves gathering data related to users' claims, approvals, transactional activities, and forthcoming projects hosted on the platform. By capturing these details, the platform may facilitate efficient management and tracking of user interactions, financial transactions, and project schedules. This ensures users have visibility into their claimed rewards, transactional histories, and upcoming project offerings. Additionally, this step enables the platform to maintain transparency and provide users with relevant updates and notifications regarding their engagements and upcoming opportunities. The method (300) also includes serving as a repository for cashback amounts, allowing the one or more users for accumulating funds or converting into cash in step 360. More specifically, functioning as a repository for cashback amounts, the method provides users with the ability to accumulate funds or convert them into cash. By serving this purpose, the platform may offer a convenient and centralized location for storing cashback earnings accrued through engagements with projects or events.
