Abstract
A server device 20 comprises: an acquisition unit 21 that acquires information relating to a required time required for each of a plurality of vehicles to move from a start point to an end point in a unit section of a road; a calculation unit 23 that, in regard to the information acquired for each of the plurality of vehicles, calculates an estimated time estimated to be required for the vehicles to pass through the unit section by excluding at least part of the required time for the vehicles that have turned left or right in the unit section from among the vehicles that have moved from the start point to the end point in the unit section; and a specification unit 24 that specifies the time estimated to be required for the vehicles to pass through a target road, which is a target of analysis, by using the sum of the estimated times calculated for each of a plurality of unit sections constituting the target road.
