Abstract
Description
[0001] PRECISION PLANTING MACHINE CAPABLE OF SIMULTANEOUSLY PERFORMING FRONT PLANTING WITH REAR PLANTING MACHINE IN SPOT PLANTING PROCESS
[0002] Technical Field
[0003] The invention relates to a precise front planting machine capable of performing front planting simultaneously with a rear planting machine, used in precision agriculture for sowing crops such as grains, soybeans, canola, etc., with smaller row spacing in the agriculture and organic farming sectors.
[0004] Prior Art
[0005] A precision planting machine is a device that plants seeds individually at specific row and in-row distances and at the desired depth.
[0006] In the current system, farmers use precision planting machines for point planting twice in the same field. For example, during the first pass, the tractor plants with a row spacing of 70-75 cm, and during the second pass, it moves half of that distance to plant again, resulting in a row spacing of 35-37.5 cm. This means that performing planting both in wider and narrower spaces simultaneously is not possible with the existing machines. When attempting to perform this operation with a double-row machine, the seeds planted cannot be evenly spaced.
[0007] With the current point planting system, driving twice over the same field results in twice as much time loss, fuel loss, and soil compaction. Therefore, the machine's effective capacity is reduced by half.
[0008] In the current machines, it is not possible to operate machines with multiple planting units with low-powered tractors because the load of these units increases to a point where the tractor cannot pull them as the number of units increases. In such cases, it is challenging to balance both the power of the tractor and the machine. For example, when a planting machine with 11 seed planting units is attached to the back of a tractor, a tractor with at least 150 hp is required. Discussing energy savings with tractors of this power is not feasible. Additionally, it is challenging to keep a machine with such a high number of seed planting units balanced.
[0009] Our invention offers an innovative precision planting machine for the front of tractors. The invention aims not only to increase planting efficiency but also to achieve significant savings.
[0010] Summary of the Invention
[0011] Our invention relates to a front precision planting machine combined with a precision planting machine.
[0012] Our invention features the ability to plant crops with smaller row spacing, effectively doubling the working width in a single pass in the field.
[0013] Our invention saves time and fuel by allowing planting over a twice as wide area. With a smaller row spacing of at least 35 to 37.5 cm, it aims to maximize the utilization of the planting area for farmers. This approach increases yield while also saving seeds. Using point planting techniques can save up to 50% of the seeds.
[0014] In our invention, the planting units are positioned partly at the rear and partly at the front, ensuring weight balance. This balance in the tractor maintains the stability of the machine, enhancing operator comfort, reducing fatigue, and increasing safety.
[0015] With our invention, seed tanks allow for longer operation without frequent refilling. The assembly and disassembly of the planting machine take only a few minutes, significantly saving time. The connection process to the rear planting machine to change the row spacing is done quickly.
[0016] Our invention can be connected to other pneumatic planting machines available in the market and does not require tractors larger than 90 hp for operation. This increases the operational efficiency of businesses and reduces costs in the long term.
[0017] The front precision planting machine of our invention can be adapted to any planting machine, making it highly versatile. In our invention, planting units positioned both at the front and rear of the tractor ensure equal spacing, complementing each other's row spacing. The number of planting units at the front and rear can be adjusted according to user preference. Positioning the planting units with one less unit at the front or rear allows for narrower row spacing in the planting process.
[0018] The working width provided by our invention is 53% greater than when working with a rear precision planting machine alone, resulting in lower fuel consumption and more efficient operation.
[0019] Our front planting machine invention can be equipped with liquid pesticide apparatus. It is equipped with a bacteria applicator that supports plant growth for crops like soybeans and micro sprays that provide ideal conditions for young seedlings. These features support the development of plants at the growth stage of the planted crop.

[0050] Detailed Description of the Invention
[0051] The invention relates to a precise front planting machine mounted on the front of a tractor, which is used in precision agriculture for planting crops such as grains, soybeans, canola, etc., with smaller row spacing, and capable of performing front planting simultaneously with a rear planting machine.
[0052] Our front planting machine is mounted on the front of the tractor using vacuum from a turbine mounted on the rear of the tractor. The installation time is just a few minutes, allowing for quick operation. The transport width of the planting machine is between 3 and 3.2 meters, and the working width is 4.2 meters with a six-row planting machine. The planting machine offers a planting width of at least 35 to 37.5 cm, providing precise seed placement.
[0053] The invention consists of the following parts: Five Row Frame Profile (1), Four Row Trellis (2), Front Planter Frame Connection Profile (3), Unit Assembly Complete (4), Seed Drive Wheel (5), Fertilizer Drive Wheel (6), Collector Profile Frame Connection Plate Left (7), Five Row Front Planter Air Collector (8), Unit Tightening Cap (9), Right Disk Fertilizer Foot (10), Five Row Front Planter Collector Profile Connection Plate (11), Bolt M10x30 Td (12), Nut with Fiber MIO (13), Bolt M16X160 (14), Bolt M16X150 (15), Washer M16 (16), Nut with Fiber M16 (17), Bolt M16x50 (18), Five Row Front Planter Fertilizer Unit (19), Air Suction Transfer Pipe (20).
[0054] In our invention, units and drive wheels are mounted on the five row frame profile (1), and all parts of the machine are positioned on the five row frame profile (1). The seeds in the units are taken one by one and dropped down using the movement obtained from the seed drive wheel (5).
[0055] The connection of the machine to the four row trellis (2) part is provided by the front planter frame connection profile (3). The four row trellis (2) part is fixed to the front planter frame connection profile (3) with Bolt M16X50 (18).
[0056] The air coming from the air suction transfer pipe (20) passes to the five row front planter air collector (8), providing the suction process of the seed cells.
[0057] In the fertilizer drive wheel (6) section, if liquid pesticide is to be applied, the gear groups inside this wheel are empty in the machine, while in fertilizer machines, the gear groups must be full as it is the drive wheel that dumps the fertilizer down.
[0058] The unit assembly complete (4) is the name given to the entire unit that performs the planting process. The five row front planter air collector (8) part is connected to the five row frame profile (1) with the collector profile frame connection plate left (7). The unit tightening cap (9) is the part used in the bolt M16xl60 (14) fixing process of the five row frame profile (1) part to the machine.
[0059] The collector profile frame connection plate left (7) part is fixed to the five row front planter air collector (8) part with Bolt M10x30 Td (12) and the five row front planter collector profile connection plate (11).
[0060] Nut with Fiber MIO (13) and Nut with Fiber M16 (17) are nuts used to prevent loosening in places with vibrations and shocks.
[0061] The bolts with reference numbers Bolt M10x30 Td (12), Bolt M16xl60 (14), Bolt M16xl50 (15), Bolt M16x50 (18) are made in different sizes to ensure strength between the machine and the parts. The right disk fertilizer foot (10) is the part that ensures the fertilizer falling from the fertilizer box in fertilized machines reaches the soil.
[0062] The five row front planter fertilizer box (19) is the name given to the part that contains the fertilizer in fertilized machines.
[0063] In our invention, air transfer is provided by mounting a suction fan on the front planter machine at the user's request. Without using the air suction transfer pipe (20), the front planter and rear planter machines can perform the planting process by providing independent air suction.
[0064] Our invention can be used in various operations such as fertilized, non-fertilized, micro-fertilized, and liquid pesticide fertilized, depending on the user's request.
