This invention relates to the field of pneumatic seeding technology, specifically to a pneumatic seed metering
system based on secondary acceleration of seed flow. The
system includes a Venturi-type seed mixing device, a conveying
pipe, a bend, a secondary seed flow accelerator, a corrugated
pipe, and a
distributor, arranged sequentially along the seed conveying direction. The Venturi-type seed mixing device and the conveying
pipe are placed horizontally, while the secondary seed flow accelerator, corrugated pipe, and
distributor are placed vertically. The secondary seed flow accelerator includes an acceleration section with a gradually decreasing cross-section along the seed conveying direction to increase the seed flow velocity. The inner wall of the corrugated pipe has multiple corrugated sections spaced apart. The
distributor is used to evenly distribute seeds in all directions. This invention, with its secondary seed flow accelerator, corrugated pipe, and distributor, makes the seed metering
system more uniform and smooth, meeting the requirements for high-volume, high-speed, and uniform seeding performance for different rice and wheat seeds. Furthermore, it has a simple structure, low installation requirements, and convenient maintenance, making it suitable for widespread application.
