The method comprises: acquiring sperm images after treatment with a staining reagent; using a pre-trained instance segmentation model to perform segmentation processing on each sperm image to obtain a sperm contour set and a sperm contour category set in the sperm image and an inferred and outputted sperm confidence level set of the instance category; performing post-processing on results outputted by means of instance segmentation; obtaining a post-processed contour set of sperm parts and sperm contour category set, and inferred and outputted sperm confidence level set of the instance category; and on the basis of the post-processed contour set of sperm parts and sperm contour category set, and inferred and outputted sperm confidence level set of the instance category, assembling and matching sperm contours to obtain information of all independent sperms. The contours of the components of the sperm outputted by the segmentation method designed in the present invention achieve accurate segmentation, low missed-detection rate of contours, and high integrity. The finally matched and assembled sperm have the advantages of high accuracy and a low missed-identification rate.
