CLAIMS:
1. A portable biometric data management system (100), said system (100) comprising:• a portable gadget (200) comprises: o a battery (210) with a power supply with a power supply management system configured to optimize energy consumption, extending operational time, and providing quick charging capabilities for minimal downtime; and o a sensor array (208) configured to collect the biometric data of a user in offline mode, wherein said sensor array (208) includes a combination of sensors capable of capturing biometric data such as fingerprint, facial recognition, retina, and iris scans, and is equipped with adaptive algorithms to adjust capture settings based on environmental conditions;: o a motherboard (202) configured and connected with said sensor array (208) to receive said collected biometric data, said motherboard (202) comprises:■ a processing unit (20a) configured to receive and process said collected biometric data by means of a set of preprocessing rules including filtering, normalization, and encryption rules;■ an embedded application (20b) configured to manage said biometric data processing tasks autonomously; and■ a data storage unit (20c) configured to store the processed biometric data, user information profiles, a set of authentication rules, said set of preprocessing rules, and predefined instructions, with hardware encryption mechanisms for security; o a user interface (216) configured to provide a seamless interaction experience between the user and said portable gadget (200), said user interface (216) comprises:■ a display unit (204) configured to display a set of instructions, realtime feedback, and status updates to the user, enhancing the user’s understanding and control, during biometric data management processes; and■ a keypad (206) integrated with said display unit (204), configured to allow users to interact directly with the system, navigate through menus, control biometric functions, and input necessary data, and further configured to ensure ease of use and direct control over the portable gadget’s operations; and o a transceiver module (212) configured to connect with said processing unit (20a) of said portable gadget (200) to facilitate data interaction with RFID / NFC cards (214), wherein said data interaction includes reading or writing data to the cards; and• a workstation (300) running on an application (302) and configured to establish a connection with said portable gadget (200) via wired or wireless communication to enable seamless connectivity, accessibility, and authentication with said workstation (300) and said portable gadget (200), said workstation (300) comprises: o a data accession module (30A) configured to receive said stored biometric data from said portable gadget (200); o a profile management module (30b) configured to manage user information profiles enabling updates, edits, and secure handling of user-specific data; and o a user authentication module (30c) configured to authenticate users based on user information, ensuring secure access to the system based on biometric verification.
2. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said sensor array (208) is configured to capture biometric data, including capture biometric data, including fingerprint, facial recognition, retina, and iris scans.
3. The system (100) as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sensor array (208) further comprises a port configured to receive data from external biometric sensors, enhancing the system’s data collection capabilities.
4. The system (100) as claimed in claim 2, wherein the sensor array (208) is configured with advanced sensors capable of adjusting the capture settings based on environmental factors such as lighting and positioning, improving the accuracy of biometric data capture.
5. The system as claimed in claim 1, wherein said portable gadget (200) is configured to operate offline, eliminating the need for server-based data storage, thus enhancing data security and privacy during digital transactions including RFID, NFC, and UPI applications.
6. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said biometric data captured by the sensor array (208) is encrypted using specific encryption rules before storage in the data storage unit (20c) to ensure data security.
7. The system (100) as claimed in claim 6, wherein the encryption of the biometric data follows industry-standard encryption protocols, including AES (Advanced Encryption Standard), ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
8. The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said set of preprocessing rules is a set of instructions used to process said biometric data by filtering, normalization, encryption, or other data transformation tasks to prepare the data for storage.

The system (100) as claimed in claim 1, wherein said set of authentication rules is a predefined set of protocols, algorithms, and parameters that govern the verification of a user's identity based on their biometric data and grant or deny access to the user, and further configured to ensure secure, accurate, and reliable authentication by processing and comparing captured biometric data against stored templates.

A method (500) for portable biometric data management system (100), said method (500) comprises the following steps:optimizing, by a portable gadget (200), a battery (210) with a power supply management system, energy consumption, extending operational time, and providing quick charging capabilities for minimal downtime ;• collecting, by a sensor array (208), biometric data of a user in offline mode, said sensor array (208) including a combination of sensors capable of capturing biometric data such as fingerprint, facial recognition, retina and iris scans, and equipped with adaptive algorithms to adjust capture settings based on environmental conditions;• connecting, by a motherboard (202), with said sensor array (208) to receive said collected biometric data,• receiving and processing, by a processing unit (20a) of a motherboard (202), said collected biometric data by means of a set of preprocessing rules including filtering, normalization, and encryption rules;• managing, by an embedded application (20b) of said motherboard (202), said biometric data processing tasks autonomously;• storing, by a data storage unit (20c) of said motherboard (202), the processed biometric data, user information profile, a set of authentication rules, said set of preprocessing rules, and predefined instructions, with hardware encryption mechanisms for security;• providing, by a user interface (216), a seamless interaction experience between the user and said portable gadget (200);• displaying, by a display unit (204), a set of instructions, real-time feedback, and status updates to the user, enhancing the user’s understanding and control during biometric data management processes;• allowing and interacting, by a keypad (206) integrated with said display unit (204), users to interact directly with the system, navigate through menus, control biometric functions, and input necessary data, and ensuring ease of use and directing control over the portable gadget’s operations;• connecting, by a transceiver module (212) with said processing unit (20a) of said portable gadget (200) to facilitate data interaction with RFID / NFC cards (214), wherein said data interaction includes reading or writing data to the cards;• establishing, by a workstation (300) running on an application (302), a connection with said portable gadget (200) via wired or wireless communication to enable seamless connectivity, accessibility, and authentication with said workstation (300) and said portable gadget (200);• receiving, by a data accession module (30A), said stored biometric data from said portable gadget (200); • managing, by a profile management module (30b), user information profiles enabling updates, edits, and secure handling of user-specific data; and authenticating, by a user authentication module (30c), users based on user information, ensuring secure access to the system based on biometric verification.
