[0034] Example interaction
[0035] The process of example interface interaction according to embodiments of the present disclosure will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0036] FIGS. 2A to 2D illustrate example interfaces 200A to 200D according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. The interfaces 200A to 200D can be provided by the electronic device 110 shown in FIG. 1.
[0037] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2A, the electronic device 110 can provide a widget 210 associated with a target application (e.g., an application related to live streaming). A widget, also known as a widget, is a type of plug-in or component provided on a specific page (e.g., a system desktop).
[0038] In some embodiments, a user can create a widget 210 through an operating system portal of the electronic device 110. For example, the user can enter a widget configuration interface for adding a widget by long-pressing a system desktop.
[0039] For example, in the widget configuration interface, the user can view widgets supported by various system applications and / or user applications of the electronic device 110. Further, the electronic device 110 can receive a user request to create a widget via the widget configuration interface, and may, for example, add a widget corresponding to a target application to the system desktop.
[0040] In some embodiments, the widget configuration interface may, for example, provide a user with a selection entry related to live streaming for the user to configure live streaming information associated with a current widget.
[0041] As shown in FIG. 2A, the widget 210 may, for example, have a substantially square shape. Alternatively, it may also have any other suitable layout, such as a rectangular shape, a circular shape, an elliptical shape, etc. In some embodiments, a target application may provide widget styles corresponding to different sizes and / or shapes, which are selected by a user and moved to any suitable location in a system desktop.
[0042] Various example implementations of presenting live streaming information using a widget will be described in detail below.
[0043] In some embodiments, the widget 210 may display first live streaming information associated with a target application, which may include an image (e.g., an avatar of a first live streaming user) associated with a first live streaming user (or a corresponding live streaming user), and the electronic device 110 may fill part or all of a background of the widget 210 based on the image. In addition, such an image may also be a dynamic picture or a picture frame in a live streaming activity.
[0044] In some embodiments, such first live streaming information may also include identification information of the first live streaming user, such as an avatar, a nickname, etc. Such first live streaming information may also include description information of a live streaming activity of the first live streaming user, such as a brief introduction of a current live streaming activity, which is a live streaming about ×××. In some embodiments, such a first live streaming user is a user who initiates the first live streaming.
[0045] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may generate an update instruction of live streaming information based on a preset operation of a user on the widget 210. In some embodiments, the widget 210 may include an update control 220, and such a preset operation may be, for example, a triggering operation (e.g., a clicking operation) of a user on the update control 220. In addition, such a preset operation may also be, for example, a sliding, double-clicking, and long-pressing operation of a user on a preset area of the widget 210. The present disclosure is not intended to limit the preset operation.
[0046] In some other embodiments, the electronic device 110 may also generate the update instruction in response to a display time length of the first live streaming information reaching a threshold (e.g., 5 seconds), i.e., the electronic device 110 may display live streaming information in a carousel manner based on a preset time length.
[0047] Further, in response to receiving the update instruction, the electronic device 110 can switch the widget 210 to display second live information associated with the target application, the second live information corresponding to a second live activity created by a second live user, the second live user being different from the first live user.
[0048] Taking FIGS. 2A and 2B as examples, in response to receiving a click operation of the user on the update control 220, the electronic device 110 can switch the first live information 230 to the second live information 240, and finally display the second live information in the widget 210 as shown in FIG. 3.
[0049] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG. 2A, the electronic device 110 can display a first live interface of the first live user in response to the user selection of the first live information, or as shown in FIG. 2C, the electronic device 110 can display a second live interface of the second live user in response to the user selection of the second live information.
[0050] Further, in some embodiments, when the electronic device 110 generates the update instruction, a transition animation as shown in FIG. 2B can be presented, that is, the first live information and the second live information can be dynamically displayed in the widget 210 at the same time.
[0051] In some embodiments, during the display of the transition animation, the electronic device 110 can display a first live interface of the first live user in response to the user selection of a first region in the widget 210 corresponding to the first live information, or the electronic device 110 can display a second live interface of the second live user in response to the user selection of a second region in the widget corresponding to the second live information.
[0052] As an example, during the display of the transition animation, the electronic device 110 can display the first live interface 200D of the first live user as shown in FIG. 2D in response to the user selection of a first region in the widget 210 corresponding to the first live information.
[0053] It can be understood that the first region and the second region are both dynamically changing regions, and the electronic device 110 presents the corresponding live interface in response to the user selection of a region.
[0054] In this way, the electronic device 110 can switch the live information in the widget 210 based on the user operation, and can trigger switching to the corresponding live interface based on the user selection of the live information displayed in the transition animation or the live information finally displayed in the widget 210, thereby improving the user experience.
[0055] The source of the live information presented in the widget 210 will be introduced below.
[0056] In some embodiments, the first live user and the second live user are determined based on a live user list, and the widget 210 is associated with the live user list. As an example, such a live user list can be, for example, a list of all users who are currently live, a list of users followed by the user, a list of users who are live within a preset time period, etc.
[0057] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can determine, from a group of live users, a plurality of live users who are live, as a live user list, based on current live states of the group of live users followed by the current user. As an example, if there are 3 users in the group of live users followed by the current user who are in a live state, the 3 users are determined as the live user list, and the live information corresponding to the 3 users is cycled and displayed in the widget 210 or updated based on a preset operation of the user.
[0058] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can set the number of live users in the live user list based on the user (e.g., the preset number is 6), i.e., the electronic device 110 can cycle and display the live information corresponding to the preset number of live users in the widget 210. It can be understood that if the number of current live users does not meet the current preset number, only the live information corresponding to the current live users can be displayed.
[0059] In some other embodiments, the electronic device 110 can also determine, based on the selection of the user, a group of users from all users and / or the following list, and when the group of users starts a live broadcast, the live information corresponding to the group of users can be displayed in the widget 210.
[0060] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can sort the users who are live based on a priority order, and determine the final live user list.
[0061] For ease of description, the following describes, by way of example, a group of preset number of live users followed by the user as the live user list.
[0062] In some embodiments, the sorting of the live users in such a live user list can be based on a certain priority order. Such a priority order can be, for example, based on the number of times of viewing by the current user, the cumulative contribution amount (e.g., likes, gifts) of the current user to the live activity, and the settings of the current user, etc. In addition, such a priority order can also be based on the interaction amount of other users with the current live activity.
[0063] In some other embodiments, the live users in such a live user list can also be randomly sorted.
[0064] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can periodically update the live user list. Further, the electronic device 110 can update the display content of the widget 210, e.g., the live information, based on the updated live list.
[0065] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can cache the display resources associated with the live user list in response to a content acquisition request associated with the widget 210. In some embodiments, such content acquisition request can be generated in response to the creation of the widget 210, or periodically after the creation of the widget 210.
[0066] As an example, the electronic device 110 can cache the live user list that meets a preset rule, e.g., the display resources (e.g., live information) associated with the live users that are in live, meet a preset number, and are in the front row, in response to the creation of the widget 210. As another example, the electronic device 110 can periodically cache the live user list after the creation of the widget 210, so as to update the display resources of the widget 210. Further, the electronic device 110 can acquire the first live information and / or the second live information based on the cached display resources.
[0067] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can display the corresponding live information in the widget based on the cached display resources in response to the process of the application being closed.
[0068] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can create a broadcast event corresponding to the interaction operation in response to the interaction operation on the widget 210. Take FIG. 2A as an example, the electronic device 110 can create a corresponding broadcast event in response to the triggering operation of the user on the update control 220 in the widget 210. Further, the electronic device 110 can trigger the corresponding component to perform the corresponding action based on the broadcast event, i.e., the electronic device 110 can display the live interface of the corresponding live party or switch the widget to display the live information associated with another live party.
[0069] FIG. 2E shows a schematic diagram of an update broadcast process according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Take FIG. 2E as an example, the server 130 can request the live information of the carousel and download the carousel image in advance in response to receiving the update broadcast 250, i.e., the server 130 starts to request loading as soon as the update broadcast is received. In some embodiments, such update broadcast 250 can occur, for example, after the user installs the widget 210, switches the account, and restarts the electronic device.
[0070] In one aspect, the server 130 can invoke the widget update action interface 251 to create a remote view 252 managed by the service, and further, the server can invoke the detection switching request interface 253 to display a fallback image. In another aspect, while the server invokes the widget update action interface 251, the server 130 asynchronously invokes the request service interface 254 to asynchronously load and cache all images 255. In this process, the server 130 can cache by means of an existing image library, but needs to perform error fallback, that is, download immediately when caching fails. When the server 130 caches the picture with the longest loading time, the corresponding live broadcast information 256 can be successfully displayed in the electronic device 110. In addition, since the remote view 252 is created by a sub-thread, the cached carousel data needs to be locked, and the data is locked according to the principle of minimum granularity.
[0071] In this way, the embodiments of the present disclosure can display live broadcast information by means of a widget, and can switch the live broadcast information based on an update instruction of a user for the widget, thereby facilitating the user to view the live broadcast information more quickly and intuitively.
