[0006] During busy periods in restaurants, the waiting time of guests often increases. Especially during dinner hours, full tables and high volume of orders may cause the payment process to take longer. Although waiters try to move quickly between tables, it may take time to organize bills and collect payments. This situation may adversely affect the experience of the guests.
[0007] For this reason, it is understood that there is a need for a system which enables customers to place orders, view order costs and make contactless payments through an application by scanning the QR codes on the tables located at the member merchants.
[0008] The Korean patent document no. KR20230105935 A, an application included in the state of the art, discloses a kiosk-based automatic order payment system. The said invention relates to a kiosk-based automatic ordering and payment system which allows contactless ordering and payment through a kiosk at a store table. The kiosk-based automatic ordering and payment system includes: a kiosk which is installed in a store and has a display unit which displays a first QR code containing menu information and URL address; a user terminal capable of recognizing the first QR code; an order server which performs ordering services such as main menu and additional orders through the kiosk, generates a second QR code on the user terminal, and receives orders from the kiosk using the second QR code; an event performance unit which provides game services to guests depending on the weather or season and provides side menus, points, or discount coupons when winning; and a payment processing unit which ensures that payments are made immediately according to the main menu and additional orders selected through the order server.

[0010] An object of the present invention is to realize a system developed with the aim of enabling customers to place orders, view order costs and make contactless payments through an application by scanning the QR codes on the tables located at the member merchants.

Server The inventive system (1) developed with the aim of enabling customers to place orders, view order costs and make contactless payments through an application by scanning the QR codes on the tables located at the member merchants comprises at least one table (2) which is configured to be located in member merchants, to comprise at least one QR code at any point thereof, and to enable the QR codes to be in a static form or to be displayed on NFC- capable led devices with a digital display panel; at least one application (3) which is configured to enable users to perform banking transactions, place orders at member merchants with the relevant QR code, view order costs and make contactless payments; and at least one server (4) which is configured to enable users to carry out payment transactions related to the orders they place by using the relevant QR code at member merchants.

The server (4) is configured to enable users to perform order transactions at the relevant member merchant tables by scanning the QR code from their electronic devices through an application (3) interface. The server (4) is configured to enable payment transactions to be performed in line with the payment amount requested by users through the application (3). The server (4) is configured to enable the QR codes specially generated for the labelled tables at member merchants to comprise all order information for the table and the necessary payment transactions to be carried out through the application (3) interface. The server (4) is configured to enable the orders placed and payments made by using the QR code to be transmitted to the relevant member merchants through an interface.

[0022] By means of the inventive system (1), customers are enabled to place orders, view order costs and make contactless payments through an application by scanning the QR codes on the tables located at the member merchants.

Claims
CLAIMS1. A system (1) which enables customers to place orders, view order costs and make contactless payments through an application by scanning the QR codes on the tables located at the member merchants; comprising at least one table (2) which is configured to be located in member merchants, to comprise at least one QR code at any point thereof, and to enable the QR codes to be in a static form or to be displayed on NFC-capable led devices with a digital display panel; and characterized by at least one application (3) which is configured to enable users to perform banking transactions, place orders at member merchants with the relevant QR code, view order costs and make contactless payments; and at least one server (4) which is configured to enable users to carry out payment transactions related to the orders they place by using the relevant QR code at member merchants.
2. A system (1) according to Claim 1; characterized by the table (2) which is configured to establish communication and exchange data with the server (4) by using any communication protocol.
3. A system (1) according to Claim 1 or 2; characterized the table (2) which is configured to comprise a label determined by the relevant member merchant and a QR code according to the respective label.
