[0019] DESCRIPTION OF THE EMBODIMENTS

[0020] In order to make objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described clearly and thoroughly with reference to the accompanying drawings. Obviously, these described embodiments are only a part of the present  disclosure, not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments in the present disclosure without paying creative efforts fall into the protection scope of the present disclosure.

[0021] As used herein and in the claims, the words “a, ” “an, ” “an, ” and / or “the” do not refer to the singular, but may include the plural unless the context clearly dictates otherwise. In general, the terms “comprise” and “comprising” only imply the inclusion of steps and elements specifically identified, these steps and elements do not constitute an exclusive list and a method or apparatus may also contain other steps or elements.

[0022] Flowcharts are used herein to illustrate steps of a method according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure. It should be understood that preceding or subsequent steps do not have to be performed exactly in order. Rather, various steps may be processed in reverse order or simultaneously, as desired. Meanwhile, other steps may also be added to the method, or certain step or steps may be removed from the method.

[0023] At present, the audio device with a lighting design based on beads (e.g., LED beads each having a color such as red, green or blue) arranged on the lighting board is usually adopted, and it is typically designed to provide the light effect based on beads arranged around each transducer. For example, FIG. 1 schematically illustrates a front view of a lighting board associated with a lighting design for an audio device including two transducers arranged in parallel. In the context of the present disclosure, the transducer means a device that converts electrical signals into sound waves and may include a speaker. The expression “transducer” may be used interchangeably with the expression “speaker” .

[0024] As shown in FIG. 1, as shown in the front view of the lighting board 10, there are beads 12 arranged around two circle-shaped openings 14 and 16 for placing two speakers. Optionally, beads 18 may be additionally arranged within a transitional region between the two openings on the lighting board 10. The beads 12 and / or beads 18 may be controlled such that based on a light guide part, the light may move along the two circle shapes around the two speakers respectively or along an “8” shape, or the light may be shown simultaneously (note that there may be slight time differences between light emission time instants of the beads which cannot be obviously sensed by human eyes) and around the two circle shapes or along an “8” shape.

[0025] It can be seen that, in the lighting design based on the lighting board as shown  in FIG. 1, the light may only move along the two circle shapes around the two speakers or the “8”shape, the light effect is relatively simple. Therefore, there is a need to improve the lighting design, so as to increase the diversity of the light effect and enhance the light effect, for improving the product competitiveness.

[0026] In at least an aspect of the present disclosure, there is provided a solution for improving the lighting design, so as to increase the diversity of the light effect and enhance the light effect, for improving the product competitiveness.

[0027] FIG. 2A schematically illustrates a sectional view of an audio device having a lighting design according to at least an embodiment of the present disclosure. FIG. 2B schematically illustrates a front view of the audio device having the lighting design according to at least an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0028] As shown in FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B, the audio device 200 may include at least two speakers (210-1, 210-2, …., collectively referred to as 210) , and two speakers are shown. The speaker 210 may be of a circle shape in the front view. In some examples, the speaker 210 may also be of other shapes, e.g., a square shape, in the front view. For example, the at least two speakers 210 may be arranged along a straight line or more speakers 210 may be arranged in an array.

[0029] In addition, the audio device 200 may also include a lighting board 220 on which beads (e.g., LED beads) for lighting emission are arranged. The lighting board 220 may have at least two openings therein for placing the at least two speakers 210, respectively. That is, the at least two openings of the lighting board 220 and the at least two speakers 210 may be in a one-to-one correspondence. Because the speakers 210 may output the sound, the sound may be output and not blocked by the lighting board 220 due to the arrangement of the openings. For simplicity, FIG. 2A and FIG. 2B only show two speakers and corresponding two openings, however, it should be understood that the openings and speakers may be of different number, e.g., 3 speakers arranged in a line, or 4 speakers arranged as a 2*2 array.

[0030] The audio device 200 may also include a light guide part 230. The light guide part 230 is used to ensure that the light from the beads on the lighting board 220 is even by adjusting color and the scale of a diffuser, and is of a tinted color for example. So, the light guide part 230 is arranged at a periphery of each speaker 210 of the at least two speakers, and covers a region on the lighting board on which the beads are arranged. From FIG. 2A and FIG.  2B, it can be seen that the light guide part 230 forms an enclosed connected space between the lighting board 220 and the light guide part 230 but does not cover the at least two openings, so the sound from the speakers 210 may not be affected by the light guide part 230.

[0031] Optionally, considering that all the components in the audio device 200 should be fixed as a whole, so a fixing part 240 may be provided in the audio device 200 for fixing the at least two speakers 210, the lighting board 220 and the light guide part 230.

[0032] Even though not shown, the audio device may include a housing to include these components, and the housing may allow the light to transmit to the outside of the housing, for example, the housing may be formed by metal grilles. The components (e.g., transducers, lighting board, etc. ) of the audio device may be firstly fixed on the fixing part, and the housing is used to include the fixing part inside. In some other examples, the housing may serve as the fixing part for fixing the at least two speakers 210, the lighting board 220 and the light guide part 230.

[0033] In at least one embodiment of the present disclosure, the beads on the lighting board 220 may include a first group of beads arranged around each speaker of the at least two speakers respectively and a second group of beads arranged around an entirety of the at least two speakers.

[0034] Therefore, based on the light design on the lighting board, because there are two groups of beads, so the beads may be controlled to emit light in diverse manners, for example, due to the arrangement of the second group of beads, light can move around the entirety of the at least two speakers, in addition to moving around each speaker or along the “8” shape, which may increase the diversity of the light effect and enhance the light effect, for improving the product competitiveness.

[0035] In at least one embodiment, the first group of beads and the second group of beads may have shared beads. The shared beads are a part of beads of the first group of beads, and the remaining beads of the second group of beads except for the shared beads are arranged along a periphery of a transitional region on the lighting board among the at least two speakers.

[0036] FIG. 3A schematically illustrates the front view of an example of the lighting board for an exemplary lighting design lighting design. In FIG. 3A, two openings for two speakers with a circle shape are illustrated as an example, and the first group of beads and the second group of beads have shared beads.

[0037] As shown in FIG. 3A, the first group of beads B1 are arranged around each speaker 310-1 or 310-2 (collectively referred to as 310) , and the second group of beads B2 are arranged around the entirety of the two speakers 310. The shared beads of the first group of beads and the second group of beads are in the shown regions Z1 and Z2. The remaining beads in the first group of beads are in the shown regions Z3 and Z4. The remaining beads in the first group of beads are in the shown regions Z5 and Z6. In addition, for the transitional region on the lighting board between the two speakers, a third group of beads B3 are also shown.

[0038] For example, as shown in FIG. 3A, the first group of beads B1 are arranged as two circle shapes, and the two circle shapes respectively surround the two circle-shaped speakers 310. The second group of beads B2 are arranged in a runway shape. In the example of FIG. 3A, the shared beads are arranged in the two arc-shaped sections of the runway shape, and remaining beads in the second group of beads except for the shared beads are arranged along a periphery of a transitional region on the lighting board between the two adjacent speakers, e.g., arranged in straight-line sections of the runway shape (corresponding to regions Z5 and Z6) , and each of two arc-shaped sections of the runway shape has a circle center coincident with a center of a respective one of the two circle shapes.

[0039] FIG. 3B schematically illustrates the front view of an example of the lighting board for an exemplary lighting design lighting design. In FIG. 3B, three openings for three speakers 310 with a circle shape are illustrated as an example, and the first group of beads and the second group of beads have shared beads.

[0040] For example, as shown in FIG. 3B, the first group of beads B1 are arranged as three circle shapes, and the three circle shapes respectively surround the three circle-shaped speakers. The second group of beads B2 are arranged in a runway shape. In the example of FIG. 3B, the shared beads are arranged in the two arc-shaped sections of the runway shape and intersections of the middle circle shape and straight-line sections of the runway shape, and remaining beads in the second group of beads except for the shared beads are arranged along a periphery of a transitional region on the lighting board between these speakers, e.g., in straight-line sections of the runway shape, and each of two arc-shaped sections of the runway shape has a circle center coincident with a center of a respective circle shape at the outmost side among the three circle shapes.

[0041] FIG. 3C schematically illustrates the front view of an example of the lighting  board for an exemplary lighting design lighting design. In FIG. 3C, four openings for four speakers with a circle shape arranged as a 2*2 array are illustrated as an example, and the first group of beads and the second group of beads have shared beads.

[0042] For example, as shown in FIG. 3C, the first group of beads B1 are arranged as four circle shapes, and the four circle shapes respectively surround the four circle-shaped speakers and are arranged as in 2 rows and 2 columns. The second group of beads B2 are arranged in a rounded quadrangle shape. In the example of FIG. 3C, the shared beads are arranged in the four arc-shaped sections of the rounded quadrangle shape, and remaining beads in the second group of beads except for the shared beads are arranged along a periphery of a transitional region on the lighting board between each of four pairs of adjacent speakers, e.g., in straight-line sections of the rounded quadrangle shape, and each of four arc-shaped sections of the rounded quadrangle shape has a circle center coincident with a center of a respective circle shape (at the outmost side) among the four circle shapes. Optionally, there may be beads as shown in B3 on the transitional region between the openings, however, at least a portion (e.g., as shown in the region enclosed by a dashed line) of the beads B3 as shown in FIG. 3C may be removed according to actual design requirements.

[0043] In the embodiments in which the first group of beads and the second of beads have shared beads, the diversity of the light effect may be ensured through the introduction of the second group of beads, and it does not need a large number of additional beads or an additional region for arranging the second group of beads due to the shared beads and the arrangement of the remaining beads along the straight-line sections extended from the arc-shaped sections.

[0044] In at least one embodiment, the first group of beads and the second group of beads may not have shared beads. A first portion of beads of the second group of beads are arranged around a portion of beads of the first group of beads, and remaining beads of the second group of beads except for the first portion of beads of the second group of beads are arranged along a periphery of a transitional region on the lighting board between each pair of two adjacent speakers of the at least two speakers.

[0045] FIG. 4 schematically illustrates the front view of an example of the lighting board for an exemplary lighting design lighting design. In FIG. 4, two openings for two speakers with a circle shape are illustrated as an example, and the first group of beads and the  second group of beads do not have shared beads.

[0046] As shown in FIG. 4, the first group of beads B1 are arranged as two circle shapes, and the two circle shapes respectively surround the two circle-shaped speakers. The second group of beads B2 are arranged in a runway shape and enclose the two circle shapes. In the example of FIG. 4, a radius of each of the two arc-shaped sections of the runaway is larger than a radius of a respective circle shape of the two circle shapes and the circle center of each arc-shaped section coincides with the center of the respective circle shape. Further, a first portion of the second group of beads B2 are arranged in the two arc-shaped sections of the runway shape and are arranged around a portion of the first group of beads, and remaining beads of the second group of beads except for the first portion are arranged in straight-line sections of the runway shape.

[0047] For other examples of different number of the speakers, arrangements of the beads in the first group and the second group are similar to the arrangement as in the FIG. 4 for two speakers.

[0048] In the embodiments in which the first group of beads and the second of beads do not have shared beads, the diversity of the light effect may be ensured through the introduction of the second group of beads, and the arrangement of the second group of beads is quite easy because it only needs to arrange beads around the first group of beads without changing the arrangements of the first group of beads and optionally of the third group of beads.

[0049] In some other examples, in the front view, the speaker may not be of a circle shape, for example, may be of a square shape. Similar design of the first group of beads and the second group of beads may be adopted, as long as some beads (at the corner) of the second group surround a portion of the first group of beads.

[0050] In at least one embodiment, a third group of beads may be further arranged on the lighting board 220, as shown in FIG. 3A-3C and FIG. 4. The third group of beads are arranged within a region on the lighting board surrounded by the second group of beads and do not belong to the first group of beads and the second group of beads. The third group of beads are arranged in the transitional region on the lighting board among the at least two speakers. In an example, the third group of beads are arranged to provide a path to form the “8” shape together with the beads in the first group, e.g., if two speakers are not close enough.

[0051] For example, referring back to FIG. 3A-FIG. 3C, the third group of beads B3  may be arranged within the region enclosed by the second group of beads.

[0052] Based on the arrangement of the beads on the lighting board 220, the light effect may be differently controlled in different manners. For example, the second group of beads and the first group of beads may be controlled to emit light alternately, so it is desirable that the lighting operation of the second group of beads will not interfere with the first group of beads, and vice versa. When the second group of beads and the first group of beads have shared beads and emit light alternately, the shared beads may serve as beads in first group for a first period, and serve as beads in the second group for a second period.

[0053] Therefore, in some embodiments, the audio device 200 may further comprise a plurality of baffles 250 (now shown in FIG. 2 but shown in FIG. 5) arranged on the lighting board 220. The plurality of baffles 250 each are sandwiched between the lighting board 220 and the light guide part 230 and are arranged to prevent light emitted from the second group of beads from passing to a transitional region among the at least two speakers. Optionally, each of the plurality of baffles 250 is parallel to a center connecting line of a respective pair of two adjacent speakers of the at least two speakers in a longitudinal direction, and is in contact with the lighting board 220 and the light guide part 230 in a height direction.

[0054] As shown in FIG. 5, the first baffle 250-1 and the second baffle 250-2 are arranged along two straight lines at both sides of a center connecting line of the two openings for two speakers 210 on the lighting board 220.

[0055] Therefore, based on the arrangement of the beads on the lighting board 220, the beads may be differently controlled in different manners to present different light effects. Optionally, the audio device may further include a controller 260 configured to control lighting operation of at least a portion of beads among the first group of beads and the second group of beads. In the context of the present disclosure, the “lighting operation” means the operation related to the light emission process, which may include emitting light or not emitting lighting under the control of the controller 260. The controller 260 may be any hardware circuit and optionally operates in combination with software program. For example, examples of the controller may include Digital Signal Processor (DSP) , Central Processing Unit (CPU) , Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) , field programmable gate arrays (FPGA) and some embedded processors, etc.

[0056] Optionally, each bead may have a processing chip associated therewith, so the  controller 260 may transmit a lighting control signal to each bead, and the bead may decode the lighting control signal to determine a lighting command addressed to it, and emit light according to the lighting command. For example, one or more beads may form a bead string, and the one or more beads are controlled according to the lighting control signal transmitted along the bead string.

[0057] For example, when the first group of beads and the second group of beads do not have shared beads, the controller 260 may be configured to operate in any of a first mode, a second mode, and a third mode, and may also switch between these modes. In the first mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of the first group of beads; in the second mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of the second group of beads; and / or in the third mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of the first group of beads and the second group of beads.

[0058] That is, in the first mode, only the beads in the first group can be controlled and each bead in the first group may emit light or not, and the beads in the second group are not controlled and do not emit light; in the second mode, only the beads in the second group can be controlled to light or not, and the beads in the first group are not controlled and do not emit light; and in the third mode, all the beads in the first group and second group can be controlled and each bead in the first and second groups may emit light or not.

[0059] For another example, when the first group of beads and the second group of beads have shared beads, the controller 260 may be configured to operate in any of a first mode or a second mode, and may also switch between these modes. In the first mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of the first group of beads, and in the second mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of the second group of beads.

[0060] Of course, there may be also a third mode in which all the beads in the first group and the second group (i.e., including the shared beads and remaining beads in the first group and the second group) are controlled to emit light or not to emit light simultaneously.

[0061] Optionally, the first group of beads comprises respective subgroups of beads arranged around each speaker of the at least two speakers, and when controlling the lighting operation of the first group of beads (no matter whether the shared beads exist) in the first mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the respective subgroups of beads arranged around  each speaker of the at least two speakers to operate synchronously, or control the respective subgroups of beads arranged around each speaker of the at least two speakers to operate alternately.

[0062] That is, the lighting operation may be performed in the unit of the subgroup of beads arranged around each speaker, and for different beads in a same subgroup, the lighting status (emitting light or not emitting light) thereof may be controlled to be different.

[0063] For example, when controlling the respective subgroups of beads to operate synchronously, the controller 260 is configured to control the respective subgroups of beads to operate, and for each subgroup of beads, control the subgroup of beads to sequentially emit light in a clockwise direction or a counter-clockwise direction.

[0064] As shown in FIG. 6A, there are two subgroups of beads corresponding to two speakers 610-1 and 610-2, and the two subgroups of beads are controlled such that the first subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-1 sequentially emit light in a clockwise direction and the second subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-2 sequentially emit light in a counter-clockwise direction. The light emitted from each bead may be processed by the light guide part 630. That is, the light moves around the speaker 610-1 in the clockwise direction, and the light moves around the speaker 610-2 in the counter-clockwise direction. In the example of FIG. 6A, the two subgroups of beads are controlled to operate synchronously but differently. In some examples, the shown directions in FIG. 6A may be different, for example, the first subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-1 sequentially emit light in the counter-clockwise direction and the second subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-1 sequentially emit light in the counter-clockwise direction, which is not limited herein.

[0065] In addition, for another example, when controlling the respective subgroups of beads to operate synchronously in the first mode, the controller 260 is configured to control all beads of the respective subgroups of beads of the first group to emit light or not to emit light simultaneously. That is, instead of the beads in each subgroup sequentially emitting light, these beads may emit light or not to emit light simultaneously, e.g., twinkle at a certain frequency.

[0066] For example, when controlling the respective subgroups of beads to operate alternately, the controller 260 is configured to: in each alternate turn, control beads in one subgroup of the respective subgroups of beads to sequentially emit light in a clockwise or counter-clockwise direction, and beads in remaining sub-groups of the respective subgroups  not to emit light.

[0067] As shown in FIG. 6B, there are two subgroups of beads corresponding to two speakers 610-1 and 610-2, and the two subgroups of beads are controlled such that in the first alternate turn, the first subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-1 sequentially emit light in a clockwise direction and the second subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-2 do not emit light, while in the second alternate turn, as shown in FIG. 6C, the second subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-2 sequentially emit light in a clockwise direction and the first subgroup of beads corresponding to speaker 610-2 do not emit light. That is, the two subgroups of beads operate alternately. In some examples, the shown directions in FIG. 6B and FIG. 6C may be different, which are not limited herein.

[0068] In addition, for another example, when controlling the respective subgroups of beads to operate alternately, the controller 260 is configured to: in each alternate turn, control beads in one subgroup of the respective subgroups of beads to emit light or not to emit light simultaneously, and beads in remaining sub-groups of the respective subgroups not to emit light. That is, instead of the beads in each subgroup sequentially emitting light, in the corresponding alternate turn for the subgroup, these beads in the subgroup may simultaneously emit light or not to emit light, e.g., twinkle at a certain frequency.

[0069] In the context of the present disclosure, when the first group of beads and the second group of beads have shared beads, if the shared beads are controlled as beads in the first group, controlling of the second group of beads means controlling the remaining beads in the second group; similarly, if the shared beads are controlled as beads in the second group, controlling of the first group of beads means controlling the remaining beads in the first group.

[0070] Similar to the control of the first group of beads, when controlling the lighting operation of the second group of beads in the second mode, the controller 260 may be configured to: control the second group of beads to sequentially emit light in a counter-clockwise direction; or control the second group of beads to sequentially emit light in a clockwise direction; or control the second group of beads to emit light simultaneously or not to emit light simultaneously.

[0071] For example, the second group of beads are arranged around the entirety of all the speakers, and there is only one closed shape. The beads in the second group can be controlled so that the light moves along the closed shape in the clockwise direction or the  counter-clockwise direction, or these beads may emit light or not emit light simultaneously, e.g., twinkle at a certain frequency.

[0072] FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B each illustrates an example of the light moving direction of the second group of beads. In the examples of FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B, only the second group of beads are controlled, and the first group of beads are not controlled.

[0073] FIG. 7C shows an example in which all the beads of the first group and second group are controlled. In the example of FIG. 7C, it is the case where there are no shared beads between the first group of beads and the second group of beads, so the beads of the first group and beads of the second group can be controlled independently, and the light emitted by the second group of beads moves around the entirety of the two speakers 710-1 and 710-2, and the light emitted by each subgroup of beads of the first group of beads moves around a corresponding speaker 710-1 or 710-2.

[0074] The light moving directions are not limited to the directions shown in FIG. 7A to FIG. 7C.

[0075] Optionally, if there are shared beads between the first group of beads and the second group of beads, all the beads in the first group and the second group are controlled to emit light or not to emit light simultaneously, e.g., twinkle at a certain frequency.

[0076] In some embodiments, when the third group of beads are further arranged on the lighting board, as mentioned above, the lighting operation of the third group of beads needs to be controlled by the controller.

[0077] For example, in this case, the controller 260 is further configured to control lighting operation of at least a portion of beads among the first group of beads, the second group of beads and the third group of beads.

[0078] Similarly, in order to control the lighting operation of the at least a portion of beads, the controller is configured to operate in any of a first mode, a second mode, a third mode or a fourth mode, and can switch between these modes. In the first mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of the first group of beads; in the second mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of the second group of beads; in the third mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of at least a portion of the first group of beads and at least a portion of the third group of beads; or in the fourth mode, the controller 260 is configured to control the lighting operation of at least  a portion of the first group of beads, at least a portion of the second group of beads, and at least a portion of the third group of beads.

[0079] The detail operations under the first mode and the second mode are similar to those described above, for example, described with reference to FIG. 6A-FIG. 6C and FIG. 7A-FIG. 7C. That is, in the first mode, the third group of beads and the second group of beads (or remaining beads except for the shared beads in the second group if there are shared beads) are not controlled and do not emit light; and in the second mode, the third group of beads and the first group of beads (or remaining beads except for the shared beads in the first group if there are shared beads) are not controlled and do not emit light.

[0080] For the third mode, at least a portion of the first group of beads and at least a portion of the third group beads are controlled but the second group of beads (or remaining beads except for the shared beads in the second group if there are shared beads) are not controlled. Because the third group of beads are within the transitional region on the lighting board between the speakers, so at least a portion of the third group of beads may serve as connection beads between two subgroups of beads in the first group of beads respectively around two speakers. Then in the third mode, as an example, all beads in the third group and the first group may be controlled to emit light or not emit light simultaneously, e.g., twinkle at a certain frequency. As another example, at least a portion of beads in the first group and at least a portion of beads in the third group are chosen to form an “8” shape, and beads along the “8”shape may be controlled to emit light sequentially or may be controlled to emit light simultaneously. As a further example, at least one subgroup of beads in the first group may be controlled to emit light sequentially in a clockwise direction or in a counter-clockwise direction, and all beads in the third group may be controlled to emit light or not emit light simultaneously. There may be other examples for controlling the lighting operation of the first group of beads and the third group of beads, which are not limited herein.

[0081] For the fourth mode, lighting operations of at least a portion of the first group of beads, at least a portion of the second group of beads and at least a portion of the third group beads are controlled. That is, beads in the second group may be used to present light effects in combination with beads in the first group and the third group.

[0082] For example, in the example where at least a portion of beads in the first group and at least a portion of beads in the third group are chosen to form an “8” shape, and beads  along the “8” shape are controlled to emit light sequentially, if there are no shared beads, the second group of beads may be additionally controlled to emit light sequentially in a clockwise direction or in a counter-clockwise direction or to emit light simultaneously; and if there are shared beads, the remaining beads in the second group will not emit light. In the example where at least a portion of beads in the first group and at least a portion of beads in the third group are chosen to form an “8” shape, and beads along the “8” shape are controlled to emit light or not emit light simultaneously, the second group of beads (or remaining beads except for the shared beads in the second group if there are shared beads) are controlled to emit light or not emit light simultaneously with the chosen beads forming the “8” shape. There may be other examples for controlling the lighting operation of the first group of beads, the second group of beads and the third group of beads, which are not limited herein.

[0083] Therefore, through arranging the third group of beads in the transitional region, more light effects may be controlled and presented, which may further increase the diversity of the light effect, and enhance the light effect for improving the product competitiveness.

[0084] Based on the arrangement of beads on the lighting board as shown in FIG. 3A-3C and FIG. 4-FIG. 5, there may be other examples for controlling the lighting operation of these beads, which are not limited herein.

[0085] In at least one aspect of the present disclosure, a method for manufacturing an audio device is provided.

[0086] FIG. 8 schematically illustrates a flowchart of the method for manufacturing an audio device according to at least an embodiment of the present disclosure.

[0087] As shown in FIG. 8. in step S810, at least two openings are arranged on a lighting board, the at least two openings being used for placing at least two speakers.

[0088] Optionally, each of the at least two speakers is a circle-shaped speaker 610-1nd each of the at least two openings is a circle-shaped opening. Additionally, each speaker may be of a different shape. Each opening allows the corresponding speaker to output sound to the outside.

[0089] In step S820, beads are arranged on the lighting board, where the beads include a first group of beads arranged around each of the at least two speakers and a second group of beads arranged around an entirety of the at least two speakers on the lighting board.

[0090] Optionally, when arranging the beads on the lighting board is performed and  each speaker is the circle-shaped speaker, the first group of beads are arranged as at least two circle shapes, where the at least two circles respectively surround the at least two circle-shaped speakers. Then, the second group of beads are arranged as a shape having at least two arc-shaped sections and at least two straight-line sections, wherein each arc-shaped section has a circle center coincident with a circle center of a respective one of the at least two circle shapes.

[0091] In step S830, a light guide part is arranged on the lighting board, where the light guide part is arranged at a periphery of each speaker of the at least two speakers, and covers a region on the lighting board on which the beads are arranged.

[0092] The light guide part is used to ensure that the light from the beads on the lighting board is even by adjusting color and the scale of the diffuser, and usually of a tinted color. So, the light guide part forms an enclosed connected space between the lighting board and the light guide part but does not cover the at least two openings SN, so the sound from the speaker may not be affected by the light guide part.

[0093] Optionally, in step S840, the at least two speakers, the lighting board and the light guide part is fixed on a fixing part.

[0094] The fixing part is set such that all the components in the audio device should be fixed as a whole, to facilitate the packaging, e.g., being covered by a housing using metal grilles.

[0095] In addition, in order to improve the light effect presented by the light design on the lighting board, the method may include a further step: arranging a plurality of baffles on the lighting board, where the plurality of baffles each are sandwiched between the lighting board and the light guide part and are arranged to prevent light emitted from the second group of beads from passing to a transitional region among the at least two speakers.

[0096] That is, the plurality of baffles may be used to avoid the interference between the lighting operation of the first group of beads and the lighting operation of the second group of beads. Optionally, each baffle is parallel to a center connecting line of a respective pair of two adjacent speakers of the at least two speakers in a longitudinal direction, and is in contact with the lighting board and the light guide part in a height direction.

[0097] More details of each step in the method 900 may refer to the above description, so details are omitted herein.

[0098] Therefore, according to the method for manufacturing the audio device with lighting function, different light effects may be controlled and presented based on the  arrangement of the light design, especially the arrangement of beads on the lighting board, which may increase the diversity of the light effect, and enhance the light effect for improving the product competitiveness.

[0099] In at least one aspect of the present disclosure, a method for controlling lighting operation of the audio device is provided.

[0100] FIG. 9 schematically illustrates a flowchart of the method for controlling lighting operation of the audio device. The audio device, for implementing light effect, may include a first group of beads arranged around each speaker of at least two speakers respectively and a second group of beads arranged around an entirety of the at least two speakers, e.g., the audio device may be the audio device described with reference to the FIG. 2 through FIG. 8.

[0101] For example, the method may include the following steps.

[0102] In step S910, lighting operation of the first group of beads is controlled in a first mode.

[0103] In step S920, lighting operation of the second group of beads is controlled in a second mode.

[0104] In step S930, lighting operation of the first group of beads and lighting operation of the second group of beads are controlled in a third mode.

[0105] The audio device may be controlled in any of the first mode, the second mode and the third mode, and the switching between any two of the modes can be performed at any time, according to the desired light effect of the audio device.

[0106] More details of each step in the method 900 may refer to the above description, so details are omitted herein.

[0107] Therefore, according to the method for controlling lighting operation of the audio device, different light effects may be controlled and presented based on the arrangement of beads of the audio device, which may increase the diversity of the light effect, and enhance the light effect for improving the product competitiveness.
