2. SYSTEM (1), according to claim 1, characterized in that the joint (11) has a pivoting movement in a vertical position (A) and a pivoting movement in a horizontal position (B), wherein said movements are performed by motors.

3. SYSTEM (1), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (10) has sensors for detecting user contact.

4. SYSTEM (1), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the handle (10) has signal lights.

5. SYSTEM (1), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said system (1) is directly coupled to a running treadmill (E).

6. SYSTEM (1), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said system (1) has a motion mechanism (31), which enables linear motion (C).

7. SYSTEM (1), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that said system (1) has a mounting cage (30) with two structural arches (32) connected by an upper bar (34) and two safety bars (33).

8. SYSTEM (1), according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that it has a program that automatically moves the handles (10), determines which handle (10) should be struck and verifies whether the strikes were performed correctly.
