Paint roller (1) , comprising a replaceable cover (7) on a roller core (2) rotatable about an axis (3) , characterized by a rectangular, flap-like cover (7) which is rollable and provided on two opposite edges (8,9) with adhesive strips (10,11) which are detachably attached to the roller core (2) with at least one adhesive strip (12).
2. Paint roller according to claim 1, characterized in that the adhesive strips are water- and / or solvent-resistant.
3. Paint roller according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the adhesive strips are hook and eye strips.
4. Paint roller according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that the roller core (2) is provided with an axial adhesive strip (12) of at least twice the width of the adhesive strips (11,12) of the coating (7).
