Abstract

Provided is an information processing system with which a power procurement party can be flexibly selected. The present invention comprises: an acquisition unit that acquires a parameter value related to power procurement; and a selection unit that selects a power procurement party from among a plurality of candidates using the parameter value acquired by the acquisition unit as an input value. The selection unit selects the procurement party on the basis of a genetic algorithm. The candidates include a power wholesale market and a power generation company, and the selection unit may determine whether or not there is a bid to the power wholesale market.
