1.A method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:receiving, from a base station, first information related to at least one of repetitions or spreads of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission;receiving, from the base station, second information related to a physical uplink control channel (PUCCH) transmission with uplink control information (UCI), wherein the second information is carried by a downlink control information (DCI) format;in case that at least a part of the at least one of the repetitions or the spreads of the PUSCH transmission overlaps in time domain with the PUCCH transmission, refraining from transmitting all the at least one of the repetitions or spreads of the PUSCH transmission, wherein a starting time of an earliest repetition or spread of all the at least one of the repetitions or spreads of the PUSCH transmission is not before a symbol starting after a first time after an ending time of a physical downlink control channel (PDCCH) carrying the DCI format; ora fourth capability indicating that the terminal supports time domain spreading of a repetition of the PUSCH transmission based on an OCC sequence, wherein the OCC sequence is all ones or non-all ones.13.The method of claim 1, wherein in case that the PUSCH is a configured grant (CG) PUSCH, the terminal does not generate a media access control (MAC) protocol data unit (PDU) for the CG PUSCH.14.A method performed by a base station in a wireless communication system, comprising:transmitting, to a terminal, first information related to repetitions or spreads of a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) transmission;
