Abstract

The present disclosure provides a T cell engager (TCE) comprising a CD3 binding domain or an antigen binding fragment thereof, and a T cell receptor (TCR) component, wherein the T cell receptor component specifically binds a tumor suppressor protein 53 (TP53) polypeptide or fragment thereof comprising an R175H mutation presented by a major histocompatibility complex (MHC) molecule. Provided and featured are T cell enhancers useful in improving patient immune responses against tumors, cancers and neoplasias.
