Abstract
The present invention relates to: a compound for inhibiting SOCS3 activity; a pharmaceutical composition for treating allergic diseases, comprising same as an active ingredient; and the like. More specifically, compounds capable of binding were derived from a drug database through AI-based SOCS3 binding site simulation, and it has been confirmed that these compounds actually inhibit SOCS3 and increase JAK2 kinase activity and the degree of STAT3 phosphorylation, and thus can be used for preventing or treating allergic diseases.
