Abstract

A task processing method and apparatus, and a related device, which relate to the technical field of computing. The method comprises: determining M communication relationships corresponding to a task executed by computing units in a plurality of computing nodes comprised in a computing cluster, wherein each communication relationship represents a data transmission relationship between some of the computing units; acquiring physical topology information of the computing cluster; and for N communication relationships among the M communication relationships that require data to be forwarded by means of a same-hop network device, on the basis of the physical topology information of the computing cluster, configuring a forwarding path in the same-hop network device for each communication relationship, wherein when forwarding data, the same-hop network device forwards the data according to the configured forwarding path. In this way, traffic generated by a plurality of computing units corresponding to N communication relationships can be distributed to a plurality of forwarding paths of a network device, such that the efficiency of communication between a plurality of computing nodes can be improved, thereby improving the overall efficiency of a computing cluster in terms of task execution.
