Abstract

The present invention relates to the technical field of electric power, and to a dry-type reactor or transformer for outdoor use with efficient heat dissipation, low noise, and safety and environmental friendliness, comprising a housing cabinet and a reactor or transformer body mounted in the housing cabinet. A plurality of top exhaust ports are formed on the top end of the housing cabinet. A plurality of upper exhaust ports are formed on the upper portion of a side surface of the housing cabinet. A plurality of lower air inlets are formed on the lower portion of the side surface of the housing cabinet. The present invention adopts a "chimney-type" heat dissipation principle and a unique noise-reduction structure, is particularly suitable for dry-type reactor or transformer products for outdoor use, improves the heat dissipation efficiency of the products, reduces user maintenance requirements, enhances product operation safety, reduces noise, and avoids noise disturbance.
