As a means for solving the problem, provided is an oil-in-water emulsion cosmetic containing the following components (A) to (C):　(A) hydrogenated jojoba oil, (B) either or both of di(phytosteryl / octyldodecyl)lauroyl glutamate and di(octyldodecyl / phytosteryl / behenyl)lauroyl glutamate, (C) trehalose.
