2. The wearable weight device of claim 1, wherein the high weight section includes at least one pocket.

3. The wearable weight device of claim 2, wherein the high weight section includes a weighted material, the weighted material having dimensions to fit securely within the at least one pocket.

4. The wearable weight device of claim 3, wherein the first end of the high weight section comprises an attachment apparatus.

5. The wearable weight device of claim 4, wherein the high weight section is made of durable breathable materials.

6. The wearable weight device of claim 5, wherein the belt section is made of a flexible material.

The wearable weight device of claim 6, wherein the adjustable strap device comprises an upper secured portion having and a lower portion, and a second upper secured portion having a fastening device complimentary to the lower portion of the upper secured portion, the upper secured portion is attached to the interior of the high weight section and is complimentary to the second upper secured portion attached to the interior of the high weight section, upper secured portion and the second upper secured portion are positioned to allow the lower portion to create a stirrup area positioned medial to the wrap portion.119962-001 PATENT8. 12. The wearable weight device of claim 11, wherein the high weight section is made of durable breathable materials.

13. The wearable weight device of claim 12, wherein the belt section is made of a flexible material.

A method for rehabilitation and strengthening comprising: a. selecting a weight amount as required for the user, b. attaching wearable weighted device comprising a wrap section, the wrap section comprising a high weight section having a first end and a second end and an interior and exterior side, the second end of the high weight section is continuous with a first end of a belt section, the belt section having an interior and exterior side complementary to the interior and exterior sides of the high weight section, the interior side of the belt section comprising a fastener device complimentary to a fastening device on the exterior side of the high weight section, the interior side of the high weight section surrounds a user’s joint, the user’s joint between and integral with a user’s proximal part and a user’s distal part, the user’s joint having circumduction and flexion movement ability, and an adjustable strap device, extending substantially perpendicular from the wrap section, comprises a second fastening device to releasably secure the wrap section user’s distal part, wherein the wrap section and the strap device are positioned to provide synergistic pressure to secure a designated area user’s joint; c. adjusting the amount of weight to coordinate a strength or rehabilitation program; and d. performing movements to rehabilitate and strengthen a targeted area of the body.
