Oligonucleotide conjugate, composition containing same, preparation method therefor and use thereof

Abstract

Provided are an oligonucleotide conjugate, and a pharmaceutical composition containing same. The oligonucleotide conjugate comprises n oligonucleotide duplexes, n being an integer of 2 or greater; each oligonucleotide duplex comprises: a sense strand and an antisense strand, and pn lipophilic moieties conjugated to one of the strands, pn being 0 or an integer of greater than 0, and the sense strands in adjacent duplexes being coupled via a linker. The oligonucleotide conjugate and the pharmaceutical composition have good delivery efficiency and tissue specificity in subjects and also have high target gene expression regulation activity and pharmaceutical activity.
