Recombinant fibronectin fusion protein and use thereof
By constructing recombinant fibronectin fusion proteins PF4-FN1 and FN1-PF4, the problems of limited fibronectin sources and low recombinant expression efficiency were solved, enabling the application of highly active, low-molecular-weight recombinant fibronectin in wound healing, promoting cell proliferation and adhesion, and improving wound healing efficacy.

Abstract
Provided is a recombinant fibronectin fusion protein comprising a recombinant fibronectin mutant and platelet factor 4, wherein the recombinant fibronectin fusion protein has an amino acid sequence as set forth in SEQ ID NO: 3 or SEQ ID NO: 4, and a molecular weight of not more than 90 kDa. The recombinant fibronectin fusion protein exhibits good solubility, has a simple preparation process, and is conveniently purified. The recombinant fibronectin fusion protein comprises a new recombinant fibronectin, and can inhibit inflammation during wound healing, and promote cutaneous wound healing in mice. When platelet factor 4 is fused to the N-terminus of the recombinant fibronectin mutant, cell proliferation activity can be significantly and effectively enhanced.
