The Portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the sensors are capable of reading motion, pressure, weight, height, body measurements and bio-metric measurement with pinpoint accuracy and three dimensional body shape reconstruction in 3D Stereoscopic Vision with consistent, precise, contact-free and fully automatic scan system to create a detailedvirtual copy of user patient’s body shape (475), perform a posture analysis, determining the most important health-related parameters and body circumferences

The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the acoustic tactile floor and wall surface module (200) is embodied with an addressable color changing LED array (220), infra-red heat radiators (230) and pressure sensor array (225) encased inside a translucent exercise surface (250) and a Protective layer of flexible material (215) and a flexible acoustically and infra-red transparent layer embedded with transduced audio speaker array (210).

The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the Acoustic Tactile Floor and Wall Surface Module (200) comprise of a translucent exercise outer surface (250) that, in its current aspect, but not limited to this specific aspect in form and dimension, is fixed flat to the wall and floor using a square disposition and interlocking hooks to lock with each other securely and strongly.

The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the mobile vehicle or floating vessel, embodied with a temperature controlled high air pressure and oxygen rich airtight chamber (800) equipped with air compressors and oxygen concentrators (not shown) as an advantageous embodiment for increasing the air pressure within the chamber, as an example, but not limited to, 250-280 kPa, equivalent to a depth of 15-18 m of water, with capability to increase or decrease the pressure, depending on the therapy being provided and with the ability to provide oxygen concentration within the chamber which allows users to sit, lounge as well as lie supine on the retractable treatment and therapy couch module (450) or participate standing, squatting or lying while performing physical exercise activity (600) within the high-pressure oxygen rich chamber (800).

The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the mirror embedded leaderboard, video communication display module (300) is comprised to a two-way acrylic mirror panel (310) the size and thickness of which is determined by the wall sections where the module is deployed.

The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the main controller (705) includes high-performance multi-core CPU and Al laden GPU’s and communication sub-systems equipped with wireless connectivity (706,) which is equipped, using wired and wireless communication for interaction with sensors and equipment embodied with the holistic wellbeing mobile space (100, 150, 170, 180, 190, 195), as well as connecting smartphones / tablet and smartwatch devices (780, 770) and a secure cloud platform (790).

The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the holistic and immersive wellbeing mobile system (100, 150, 170, 180, 190, 195) presents an open-plan and unobstructed activity space equipped with temperature controlled and oxygen rich pressurised air environment (800) for conducting fast paced functional exercises (600) and is supported using suspension and resistance straps (650) suspended from ceiling mounted railings (120) and from the floor, wall and ceiling hooks (130).

9. The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the user access is provided via the Smartphone / tablet app (780) which requires authenticated login via the connected secure cloud platform (790).

The portable system and method for providing holistic wellbeing assessment performed, as claimed in claim 1 , wherein based on the symptoms and health status of the individual functional user as diagnosed by the health assessment module (400) a three dimensional body copy is created (475, Fig 8B), a plurality of functional fitness exercises can be performed within the mobile and portable space (100, 150, 170, 180, 190,195), providing bespoke training to a wide variety of individuals who lack motivation and physical ability to visit gyms and hospitals; periodic tracking and wellbeing checks are monitored using the health assessment module (400) and a transformational progress visualized as a three-dimensional progression over the therapy period (480).
