Abstract
Claims
1. An information processing device that provides a user with route guidance to a destination, comprising: a speaking unit that speaks a question related to the destination to the user at a timing different from when the destination is set; a identifying unit that identifies a knowledge level indicating the degree of the user's knowledge related to the destination based on the user's answer to the spoken question; and a providing unit that provides the user with destination-related information related to the destination based on the identified knowledge level of the user.
2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks a question to inquire whether the user is familiar with each item classified into a predetermined topic and associated with the knowledge level, in order from lowest to highest knowledge level; the identifying unit identifies the knowledge level corresponding to the item for which the user has answered that it is not familiar as the user's knowledge level; and the providing unit provides details of the item desired by the user from among the items corresponding to the identified user's knowledge level as destination-related information.
3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks the question to the user regarding the predetermined topic set by the user.
4. The information processing device according to claim 2, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks to the user a question relating to a predetermined topic identified using the user's past usage history information.
5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks the question to the user after a predetermined time has elapsed since the user started moving.
6. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks the question to the user during a time when the user does not arrive at the destination within a predetermined time.
7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks the question to the user while the user is moving along a path with a travel load of less than or equal to a predetermined value.
8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks the question to the user at a time when there is no conversation between the passengers of the mobile body, including the user.
9. The information processing device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the speaking unit speaks the question generated using a large-scale language model as a machine learning model to the user.
10. The information processing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the providing unit provides the user with the destination-related information selected using a large-scale language model as a machine learning model.
11. An information processing method performed by an information processing device that provides a user with route guidance to a destination, comprising: a speaking step of speaking a question related to the destination to the user at a timing different from when the destination is set; a identification step of identifying a knowledge level indicating the degree of the user's knowledge related to the destination based on the user's answer to the spoken question; and a provision step of providing the user with destination-related information related to the destination based on the identified knowledge level of the user.
12. An information processing program to be executed by an information processing device that provides route guidance to a user to move to a destination, the information processing program comprising: a speech procedure that speaks a question related to the destination to the user at a timing different from when the destination is set; a identification procedure that identifies a knowledge level indicating the degree of the user's knowledge related to the destination based on the user's answer to the spoken question; and a provision procedure that provides destination-related information related to the destination to the user based on the identified knowledge level of the user.
