Abstract

According to the present invention, an information processing device that processes biological information about a patient who is undergoing a blood purification treatment has a computation unit that acquires the biological information on the basis of a detection signal from a biological sensor, an output unit that outputs the biological information and selection information for allowing a provider of the blood purification treatment to select whether the biological information is valid data that is to be treated as correct, an input unit into which acceptability information that indicates the details of the selection is inputted, a determination unit that determines whether the biological information is valid data on the basis of the acceptability information, and a storage unit that stores the biological data as valid data when the determination unit has determined that the biological data is valid data. Claims

1. An information processing device for processing biological information of a patient undergoing blood purification therapy, comprising: a calculation unit that acquires the biological information based on a detection signal from a biological sensor; an output unit that outputs the biological information and selection information that causes the provider of the blood purification therapy to choose whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data and treat it as accurate; an input unit that receives acceptance / rejection information indicating the content of the selection; a determination unit that determines whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data based on the acceptance / rejection information; and a storage unit that stores the biological information as valid data when the determination unit determines that the biological information is valid data.

2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the selection information includes guideline information that serves as a guide for the selection.

3. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the approval / rejection information includes memo information for recording information related to the selection.

4. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the biological information includes a numerical value of blood pressure, pulse rate, pulse pressure, or blood recirculation rate.

5. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the determination unit cancels the determination that the biological information is valid data and processes the biological information to be invalid data when the blood purification treatment is interrupted.

The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the calculation unit inputs the biological information into a trained estimation model that has been machine-learned to estimate the accuracy of whether or not the biological information is valid data, and obtains estimation data relating to the accuracy.

7. The information processing apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the trained estimation model is generated by machine learning by associating valid data relating to the patient, invalid data relating to the patient, and monitoring data relating to the patient.

8. The information processing apparatus according to claim 7, wherein the trained estimation model proposes the feasibility information based on the estimated accuracy.

An information processing system for processing biological information of a patient undergoing blood purification therapy, comprising: a calculation unit that acquires the biological information based on detection signals from a biological sensor; an output unit that outputs the biological information and selection information that causes the provider of the blood purification therapy to choose whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data and treat it as accurate; an input unit that receives acceptance / rejection information indicating the content of the selection; a determination unit that determines whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data based on the acceptance / rejection information; a storage unit that stores the biological information as valid data when the determination unit determines that the biological information is valid data; and a communication mechanism that connects at least two of the calculation unit, the output unit, the input unit, the determination unit, or the storage unit so that they can communicate with each other.

An information processing method for processing biological information of a patient receiving blood purification therapy using a computer, comprising: an acquisition step of acquiring the biological information based on a detection signal from a biological sensor; an output step of outputting the biological information and selection information for the provider of the blood purification therapy to select whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data and treat it as accurate; an input step of receiving acceptance / rejection information indicating the content of the selection; a determination step of determining whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data based on the acceptance / rejection information; and a storage step of storing the biological information as valid data when it has been determined that the biological information should be treated as valid data.

11. A program for processing biological information of a patient undergoing blood purification therapy, comprising: acquiring the biological information based on detection signals from a biological sensor; outputting selection information that allows the provider of the blood purification therapy to choose whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data and treat it as accurate; receiving acceptance / rejection information indicating the content of the selection; determining whether or not to treat the biological information as valid data based on the acceptance / rejection information; and, if the determination is made to treat the biological information as valid data, causing the computer to execute a process to store the biological information as valid data.
