Provided in the present application is a communication system. The communication system comprises a first apparatus and a second apparatus, wherein a first sending component of the first apparatus is interconnected with a first receiving component of the second apparatus by means of a first channel, and a second sending component of the first apparatus is interconnected with a second receiving component of the second apparatus by means of a second channel, the first channel being in an operating state, and the second channel being in a non-operating state; the first apparatus is used for sending first indication information to the second apparatus by means of the first channel, wherein the first indication information instructs the second apparatus to turn on the second receiving component; the first apparatus is further used for sending first data to the second apparatus by means of the second channel after sending the first indication information to the second apparatus, wherein the first data is used for training the second sending component and the second receiving component; and the second apparatus receives the first data sent by means of the first apparatus, and verifies the first data, wherein the first data passing the verification indicates successful training of the second sending component and the second receiving component.
