Abstract
The present application relates to a suction catheter, an impeller, and a catheter body. The suction catheter comprises a catheter body, a filter member, and an impeller. A suction channel and a suction inlet in communication with the suction channel are formed in the catheter body. The filter member is located at a proximal side of the suction inlet. The impeller is arranged at a proximal end of the catheter body, and the impeller and the catheter body form a centrifugal blood pumping structure and jointly define a flow channel. A distal end of the flow channel is in communication with the suction channel, and a proximal end of the flow channel penetrates through the catheter body to form a suction outlet. In the present application, by designing the combination of the impeller and the catheter body as a centrifugal blood pumping structure, the negative pressure value at the suction inlet of the suction catheter can be increased, so that the thrombus can be more easily sheared / shaped by suction to enter the interior of the catheter, thereby improving the thrombus suction capacity. Meanwhile, the unique design of the combination of the impeller and the catheter body can reduce the blood flow velocity during suction, and can also avoid the collapse of the blood vessel wall caused by excessive flow at the moment of suction.
