Abstract

The present invention relates to a planar glass-ceramic article (1) for a cooking device, the article comprising a planar glass-ceramic substrate (2), the article (1) comprising a matte zone (4) formed by at least one portion of the substrate (2), the portion of the substrate (2) comprising a planar main face (3), the matte zone (4) also comprising projections, each projection being formed by a mineral material, the projections partially covering the planar main face (3), the matte zone (4) comprising an outer face formed by the planar main face (3) and by the projections, the outer face comprising a profile having a root mean square slope Rdq of between 2° and 20°, the root mean square slope Rdq being measured over a length of the portion of the outer face equal to 4 mm. The invention also relates to a method for producing the article.
