Abstract
The purpose of the present invention is to provide a whiskey-flavored beverage including specific components that have not been conventionally formulated in whiskey-flavored beverages, and a method for producing the same. Furthermore, the purpose of the present invention is to provide a whiskey-flavor imparting agent including specific components. The whiskey-flavored beverage according to the present invention includes at least one selected from the group consisting of acetaldehyde diisobutyl acetal and 2-hydroxypropyl acetate. The whiskey-flavor imparting agent according to the present invention includes at least one selected from the group consisting of acetaldehyde diisobutyl acetal and 2-hydroxypropyl acetate.
