By identifying N and M three-dimensional straight lines through receiving devices, the line-of-sight (LoS) information can be identified, which solves the accuracy problem of LoS path identification in wireless sensing, reduces the misjudgment of NLoS paths, and enables more effective path information reporting.

Abstract

The present application provides a communication method and a communication apparatus. The method may comprise: receiving first information, the first information being used for indicating N three-dimensional straight lines; and receiving a reference signal, the reference signal being used for determining M three-dimensional straight lines, wherein the N three-dimensional straight lines and the M three-dimensional straight lines are used for determining line-of-sight (LoS) information of P paths, the P paths include a first path, LoS information of the first path is determined on the basis of a first straight line and a second straight line, the first straight line is associated with the second straight line, the first straight line belongs to the N three-dimensional straight lines, and the second straight line belongs to the M three-dimensional straight lines. On this basis, receiving devices can be assisted in more accurately identifying an LoS path of a sensing target, thereby improving the target detection performance.
