The invention provides a park-level flexible micro-grid system and a control method, and the system is based on an AC-DC hybrid power grid architecture, and comprises an electric energy router, a flexible interconnection device, a full-DC building and a DC bus. Wherein the system is connected with a plurality of power distribution areas through the electric energy router and the flexible interconnection device; the direct current bus is directly connected with a photovoltaic module, an energy storage unit and a direct current load of a power distribution area, and at least part of the direct current load is configured in a full direct current building; the system is also provided with an energy management system and a virtual power plant. According to the method, a system comprising cross-transformer-area flexible direct current interconnection and energy routing is established, dynamic routing and real-time sharing of power between transformer areas are achieved in combination with a corresponding control method, output is achieved through an energy storage reverse support main bus in the load peak period, power utilization continuity and reliability are ensured, and further, the power utilization efficiency is improved. The interconnection structure breaks through the island operation limitation of a traditional micro-grid, improves the flexibility and redundancy of the system, and helps to alleviate the overload problem of a distribution transformer.
