The invention discloses a chained static compensator (STATCOM) direct-current-side voltage controlling method and a chained STATCOM direct-current-side voltage controlling circuit based on a voltage-sharing capacitor. The chained STATCOM direct-current-side voltage controlling circuit comprises a three-phase star-shaped connection inverter, the voltage-sharing capacitor, n bidirectional switch devices, a sensor and a microprocessor, wherein output voltage of each inversion circuit module of the three-phase inverter is detected by the sensor and is output to the microprocessor; the microprocessor is used for controlling connection/disconnection of the n bidirectional switch devices until direct-current-side capacitor voltage of each phase is balanced. By adding a small-volume auxiliary circuit, energy of each current-side capacitor of a chained STATCOM is renewedly distributed, so that the capacitor voltage keeps stable and balanced, and the key problem that the STATCOM is limited to be used in a high-pressure large-volume occasion is effectively and reliably solved; and therefore, the reliability of a system is greatly improved, and the cost of voltage-sharing control is obviously reduced so as to propel that the chained STATCOM is reliably applied to medium-high pressure high-volume power devices.

STATCOM (Static Compensator) device based on switched system theory and robust control method for same

The invention provides a STATCOM (Static Compensator) device based on a switched system theory. The STATCOM device comprises a reactor L, a voltage type inverter, a driving circuit, an outer ring control module and an inner ring control module. A control method for the STATCOM device comprises the following steps of modeling, signal acquisition, synchronous compensation, stability verification and feedback control. The control method has the following advantages that: (1) when a system is in failure, the stability of the system can be ensured, and interferences on performances of the system can be eliminated; (2) a confirmed voltage output function can reduce parameters which are taken into consideration in operation, and only parameters of resistance and inductance are required; (3) optimized indexes can be confirmed through a determined robust control model according to the definition of H (infinite) control of the control method; (4) the utilization of constraint conditions of an LMI (Linear Matrix Inequality) solving controller is the most convenient; and (5) the effectiveness and correctness of STATCOM compensation can be achieved by reasonably switching a turnoff device in a main circuit of the inverter based on switching rules, the utilization rate of the device is increased, and the service life of the device is prolonged.

As for N lines, the convertible static compensator comprises at least one parallel connection transformer, N current converters, a back brake loop and at least N series connection transformers, at least one side of each series connection transformer is in parallel connection with at least one by-pass switch, alternating current sides of the current converters are connected with the at least one parallel connection transformer through the back brake loop to be connected into an alternating current system, meanwhile, an alternating current side of each current converter is connected with at least one series connection transformer through the back brake loop, the series connection transformers are in series connection to be connected into corresponding lines, and direct current sides of the current converters are connected to a direct current bus or mutually connected through change-over switches. The invention relates to a phase current balancing and amplitude-limiting method for the asymmetrical compensation of a line current of a distribution static compensator (D-STATCOM). The method comprises the following steps of: calculating a group of phase current vectors; balancing the absolute value of a three-phase current instantaneous value in the group of phase current vectors as possible when the group of phase current vectors is in accordance with the conditions that the phase current of the D-STATCOM does not exceed a compensation limit, and the phase current and the line current are in accordance with the Kirchhoff current law; performing amplitude-limiting processing on the group of phase current vectors to obtain a vector; after obtaining a deviation value between the obtained vector and the compensation phase current vector actually output by the D-STATCOM, adjusting the deviation value by using a proportional-integral (PI) adjustor and outputting a modulation wave signal; processing the modulation wave signal by adopting a carrier phase-shifting pulse width modulation algorithm to generate a corresponding multi-level pulse-width modulation (PWM) pulse; and controlling a cascaded converter in the D-STATCOM to obtain a corresponding balanced and amplitude-limited phase current.
