Abstract

The design is available on the television in the hotel room, as well as on mobile phone and fulfills the role of both concierge and a local guide; dedicated to local information and hotel offers, personalized and displayed on the 'big screen', it helps guests to immerse into the locality by providing them with useful and valuable tips and offers; to meet this condition, a user-friendly and intuitive interface was introduced throughout the whole platform; marketplace resembles e-commerce solutions and is a separate set of products and services available in the hotel; the design allows for a full presentation of the offer, which can be grouped and differentiated for each venue or even a room.
