Abstract

An ionizable lipid of formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, or a stereoisomer of any one of them; a lipid nanoparticle comprising the ionizable lipid, particularly, as an encapsulation agent, optionally comprising a pharmaceutically active agent; and a pharmaceutical composition comprising the lipid nanoparticle. A lipid nanoparticle or a pharmaceutical composition comprising thereof for use in medicine, and the use of the lipid nanoparticles as an encapsulating agent. Formula (I)
